In the chaos of my water heater blowing up, I called Pink Plumbing to set up an appointment. Days before the appointment, Brandon from Pink called me. By that point, there was extensive water damage. He was prepared to pick up a new water heater and jet over. I explained that my contractor turned up the standard heat setting and it began leaking rusted water. Brandon explained why this happened and the entire process as he exchanged heaters. I was immediately impressed with Brandon’s knowledge and his expertise. I knew I was in competent hands as Brandon is a licensed, bonded master plumber - contrary to my contractor. He calmed my frazzled nerves and handled this fiasco professionally. Brandon was awesome from the beginning to the completion of my emergency. In addition, he provided a reconstruction company to repair the wall damage. I would highly recommend Pink Plumbing because you will be treated with respect, courtesy and a level of professionalism not known to me before in this business.

Didn’t use drop cloths when working at the fireplace to install gas log set. Leaned into the ivory chair with his dirty work clothes beside the fireplace instead of walking behind the chair to get the heavy log set. Refused to stand up and walk around the chair after being politely asked to do so. Drug the carton containing the log set on the hard wood floor. Didn’t place gas line in agreed upon location. Drilled through the roof overhang. Said he’d caulk or tar around the pipe and didn’t do that. Black handprints on walls in and outside the house.

Had a great experience with Moon Valley Plumbing. I had my sewer back up and the plumber that I called could not unclog it. I had a service line warranty and they sent out Moon Valley Plumbing. They ended up digging up my yard and replacing about 10 feet of sewer line. The guys that came out, Alex and Cole, were very nice and professional. They got the job done quickly and it looks great. They put my yard back together and made everything up to code. If I ever need a plumber again I will definitely call Moon Valley.

I had Craig out house to do plumbing repair on pool leveler and did a fantastic job with a very good rate. I will use them for future plumbing services.

Very happy with new water softener and filter they installed for me in the garage. The plumbing looks so good I dont have to hide it. I hardly see any water stains anywhere in the bathrooms or kitchen. Service was quick, easy and professional. Would definetely recommend to and use them again!

We had a service call to check out our hot water heater and other water systems. Cisco was our technician and he was punctual, knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything he was doing, customer oriented and a very conscientious person. We signed up for the Optimum plan and look forward to having Benjamin Franklin maintain our water systems.

I was in serious need of pluming and the only name that came to mind and number I have saved on my phone is Rooter Hero! Its a Saturday and I get/got serviced like its a Monday!

Even off the clock Chris aways answers. For instance today he was off and still made me and our business a priority by passes me along to some just as amazing as himself Ron. Ron came out within a few hours provide feedback and options as to the issue and got it done within less than an hour. And to top it off Chris who again is off the clock called to make sure we were taken care of!!

If there was an option id say 10 ?

In a trade where it would be easy to pull a fast one on customers, Simon is the most honest plumber you will likely ever meet. This weekend Simon not only responded to and resolved an issue at my home on incredibly short notice, he also shared tips on how I could extend the life of my main drain and even resolve future issues on my own. Simon even noticed a couple of small items while he was there (like a loose faucet) which he fixed for free while he was there. There’s a reason why Simon only has 5 star reviews on the internet.

It was late evening and my kids just finished showering or did they…they were not able to shut the valve- it would just spun around! I was forced to cut the main water supply but lost water throughout the house! Called many sources of so called “open 24” hours and finding out nothing could be done for couple days- unbelievable!.

I called Springs Plumbing and left a message (and my hope! lol). Allen called back within 20 minutes (was busy that’s all;)) and said was able to come. (Yes!). Showed up but before entering my (messy) house, he placed shoe covering on (very thoughtful!) and proceeded to fix the issue. The job was completed quickly and saved my day! I highly recommend his services on professional, reliable and thorough level! And will use his services in the future- no doubt!

Louis came out to unclog my toilet. Was fast clean and super professional. Definitely recommend this company.
