These guys are awesome. They came in, got right down to work, even stayed late one night, and got the floors replaced and drywall/painting done in 4 days. And they were the most professional, polite and hard-working individuals that I have ever seen in action. I will gladly use them again if I ever have a need for construction work. Dispatch coordinator was amazing called 30 min before tech arrival like requested. Mason was upfront about cost very direct and to the point. He was able to resolve our issue at one of our local sites with no hesitation. Always called to provide an update and he didn’t back away from the challenge. Nice clean work. That’s what we like and what we are looking for.

I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.

March 2018 referred by online contractor listing thru USAA. Russ Hermann personally came out and did all the measurements and provided us a quote to build a covered patio on our house. At that time they had good reliable people and they did a great job, all done very professionally and Russ did a final walkthru and touchup. we were very satisfied. The house looked great after the job was done.
2021- Apparently the company has changed and added a partner Mario Rios who is not reliable, does not follow-up on the job and cannot be contacted during or after the job is done. The work that was discussed was not done but prompt payment was expected anyway. I paid them off to get the lien off the house and had to finish the job myself. Mario uses his family to do the work and does not provide guidance to them on what is to be done except by phone. Looks like Russ Hermann is not running the company anymore and the lack of quality on the job and after really shows. I cannot recommend this company anymore.
