Even though Diamondback Plumbing seemed to be a large company, I was a bit hesitant to call them because of their mediocre Yelp reviews. But after talking to Steve, their technical advisor that can quote pricing over the phone.The plumber assigned to my project came to my house on time, examined everything he was going to do in a detailed manner even for a small job like removing and installing a toilet. Justin Payne was very personable and got the job done quickly.

Look no further for exceptional service. Alex came out and was amazing! He took the time to show me intricacies of my homes plumbing and was very professional. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did!

Daniel came out to install a faucet, was quick with the work and good price. All turned out great and very pleased with the service.

Christian Myhre came out to give me an estimate on a soft water loop and filtration system. He was extremely professional and knowledgable, knew the answer to all my questions and discussed other options that would solve my problems. I got estimates for multiple projects and would highly recommend Brewer and to request Christian specifically for your plumbing needs.

We had our 20 year old central air conditioning system — outside unit and inside air handler — replaced. It’s a big and expensive project. After doing our homework to understand what would be entailed, we called Parker & Sons. Everyone we worked with, from the salesman who offered our options and quotes, to the gentlemen that tore out the old system and installed the new system, were professional and informative. They were all attentive to our questions and concerns which instilled confidence that we made the right choice in choosing Parker & Sons. They delivered on everything that they promised.

Installed new recirculating pump.

Repairman did complete work and double checked all lines to make sure there was no leaks. Put on valve stop twice to make sure. Good work

Showed up quickly tech was polite and friendly. Was able to get sewer un-clog in short order… recommended some further services I declined because I was not there to inspect. We did the entire deal over the phone. This is a rental house and I was unable to get there due to a broken leg. One of my tenants let him in and he got Ur done….



There was one small hiccup when his company calls it comes in very odd number, and says mainland China, so I never answered, eventually blocked the call not knowing who it was. I never answer calls from mainland China. We got it straightened out and I unblocked it so I could pay but kind of weird.

Very timely service even on Sunday. Called and Andrew showed up and gave me options to fix my problem. I let him know I had to discuss with my wife and called on Tuesday and he came back that day and fixes my problem. Andrew besides being an excellent plumber is a very likeable and professional. Carter came out to our home to fix a toilet and he was extremely nice. Explained everything to me before he did anything. Once the job was done he left the bathroom very clean. I would definitely use them again!

Contacted Jim to install a water heater. Requested a Bradford which he said he could get and install. After 4 months, had issues with the water heater and after a few days came back out to inspect. Said a couple of the parts went bad and needed to be replaced. Ordered and came back out a few days later with parts and said it would be $400 to replace. Of course I wasn't happy after a 4 month old unit and called the manufacturer and was told labor is covered for 1 year with their contractors. Jim knew this but thought he could just get the going rate for the repair and didn't say anything until I declined the service. He had already started the job and was 10 minutes into it so just left with the heater dismantled. Now the unit is not usable as it was before and I have no hot water for 5-6 days until contractor can come out. Jim will do just about anything for a buck and stated he doesn't do cheap jobs and looks for high end customers. Watch your pocket book as he's out for the money and not your satisfaction.

Hi. I just wanted to share the most pleasant experience using George Brazil for an electrical issue. The electrician that came was Bobby J.. He did a great job assessing the problem and fixing it in a fast efficient way. He explained what he eas doing and how he was going to fix it so it wouldn't happen again. He was great. I would recommend using him to anyone.George Brazil was also great to work with. They got here when they said they would and sent a great technician to do the job.Thanks to all involved. Rocky
