Robins Plumbing was very pleasant and professional from first call, throughout the service, and in the follow-up. Our kitchen sink kept backing up. The service technician, Nathan, explained options and their costs to clear and then clean out the line. It needed both the snake and power spray to clean out likely years of gunk. He ran both through multiple times and then ran a camera through to check and prove the work. He gave tips on how to keep it clean and what to look for if I attempt the work myself. We were extremely pleased with Robins!

Honest rates. Good plumbers. They will do their best to get you seen as quickly as possible. I do recommend them if you are ever in need of a plumber.

This is the letter I sent to them. It was ignored.Dear Sirs:I am respectfully requesting a refund of invoice P 04375. Your advertising clearly states that the line will be camered for free with a drain cleaning. I clearly explained to the appointment setter that I WANTED the line camered to find out what could be done to fix my problem.I was told that would not be a problem. When the tech arrived, he told me that he did not carry a camera and if I had the drain cleaned, someone else would be out to camera the line.After I explained the problem to him, he attempted to clean the drain after pulling the toilet.He was unable to clean the drain and told me that I would be contacted by someone to schedule a time to have the camera work done.I waited 2 days and then I called in. Jason was scheduled to come out and camera the line. He looked at the situation and told me that he would be unable to put a camera in the line, as the line was too small. He was talking about the 3” line under the toilet. He had no idea where that line went, which was the point of looking. BY THE WAY, I HAVE HAD THAT LINE CAMERED. He didn’t even try.He gave be me an estimate of $4800 to tear up the concrete and put in new lines. Which was odd, as I have no plumbing experience and I asked him if it would cost around $5000?So, the line is not CLEAR. The line has NOT been inspected. And the toilet has NOT been replaced. REALLY?Please consider refunding this invoice since nothing was done and nothing is fixed and the toilet has not been replaced.Can I put the toilet back on-of course, I put it there in the first place. My problem is you wasted two days of my time and did nothing.Do your selves a favor and refund the money.Sincerely,Dr. Fiedler

Stefan installed a tankless unit for us when he worked for another company. He was the BEST aspect of dealing with that company. Just called Simba (Stefan's own Company) to come out and troubleshoot an issue for us with the tankless. He came the same day and did not charge us a fee for doing so. We loved working with him, and feel confidant that he knows what he is doing and is very professional.

Roger arrived early, diagnosed and explained problem, offered a solution. Roger completed the water heater swap quickly and professionally. Definitely went the extra mile. Happy customer here.

Jose was fantastic. We use the maintenance program offered by Parker and Sons and he made it worth using with this visit alone. He was professional, respectful of our home, came in already wearing his wask which we had requested to the operator, and answered a handful of questions that were outside of his regular maintenance visit.I will absolutely be recommending him to others and asking for him personally if anything is needed for our AC or Furnace in the future. Call at 7.20pm they said get some one out in a hour 175.00 service call shows up at 9.40pm then said it 185.00 for cartridge that's 19.99 on Amazon then charges 14.40 to put on my card so 374.40 for a19.99 cartridge that took 15 minutes to put in that's price gouging call option one plumbing a week a go have not been contacted yet

Paid $390 for them to clear bathroom pipe and they got it to drain for a day and then back filling up.

Called to ask them to come back because the job wasn’t done correctly and they just want more money.

Andrew, and his apprentice, Tyler, were fabulously helpful with our plumbing problems. They went out of their way to help us, and really cared about quality of workmanship. Their boss, Jason, was equally helpful with a suggestion to help us with a long standing problem. I will use Champion again!

After sending 3 technicians to service our water heater, Pruitts installed a generic element in our water heater which still didn’t fix the problem we called about (no hot water) and it made the situation worse, it turned our water yellow. When we brought this all up to them they then said “oh sorry your home warranty won’t cover this because you have a commercial water heater not a residential.” So they were happy to come 3x and only after they couldn’t fix the problem and actually made the situation worse did they tell us they can’t help us and our warranty won’t cover it.
