Arizona Fire and Water were the first responders during my recent kitchen flood. Everyone who came to address the damage and see to repairs were great. Mario and Dave (and the others) were punctual, polite, friendly, efficient, respectful. The kitchen is back to its original state and I'm so happy and grateful to Mario and Dave and AZ Fire and Water.

I really don't know if there are enough words in the English language to even come close to describing the service we received from Chris and his team! When our belongings arrived in Arizona everything we owned was covered in mold and mildew. We were beyond devastated and especially worried because my husband was only one year post-transplant. Obviously mold to a transplant patient is not a good thing. Our belongings arrived late on a Saturday and on Sunday morning I began calling every restoration place I could find. Of course I left messages everywhere but Chris was the ONLY one who called me back on the Sunday. Once I explained the situation, as well as the concern for my husband's health, Chris came out the very next day to assess the situation. He and his team immediately jumped into action, removed everything from our home, and took it to their warehouse. Chris and his team treated all of our belongings as if they were their own, even comforting me as I cried over things of sentimental value that had been damaged. With that said, Chris and his team were able to salvage everything they possibly could and many items of my late mother's that were so very precious to me. Not only are they skilled and knowledgeable at their own business, but they made several recommendations for air quality testing for our home and furniture refinishing and repair. This team's customer service was beyond anything we could have asked or imagined! We will never be able to express our appreciation to Chris and his team for all they did to give us back some sense of normalcy in our lives. They deserve 10 stars!!!

All of the reps who we worked with were so informative. Someone called right away to walk us through the process. Caleb came out initially and Markell came to finalize the process and remove the equipment. Several others stopped by throughout. Each rep made sure that we knew the status and told us that we could call 24/7. We enjoyed working with the entire team. They made an unfortunate event bearable.

What an amazing company! I had a water heater break in the garage. I first spoke with Alicia (at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night). Tom was out at my house by 8:00 pm and got me all set up with fans to start drying out the wood and drywall that was impacted. Tom walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and was so thorough, and most importantly trustworthy. 1-800 Water Damage of Phoenix has to be one of the most ethical, fair and professional group that I have ever worked with. They have a customer for life! I hope I don't have a reason to need them in the future, but if I do, they are the ONLY company that I will call!

Jenkins Restorations was contracted by my insurance agency to help me with re-build my kitchen after flood damage from a leak. Everett Sandoval was my main point of contact at Jenkins and he was a pleasure to work with. He was promptly available any time I had a question, showed up at each step of the way to audit and inspect his crews' work quality, and generally was about as helpful as I could imagine a superintendent being. My kitchen restoration is complete and it looks absolutely fantastic. I am so pleased with the outcome and I will definitely keep Everett's contact for the next time I need home remodeling work done. Patrick and Hayden came to clean all of our heating and air ducts, and dryer vent. They were so professional, personable, and on time. Great rapid service took all the stress out of the water damage to my home.

I called AM/PM to come out to review a water leak. After 10 minutes in my home, my insurance company called and recommended to me that I should ask them to leave until the insurance company could review the situation. I did so, and AM/PM sent me a bill for $468 for the 10 minutes they were at my house. I said I needed to work with my insurance company on billing. A week later they sent me a nasty email stating they were raising the price 33% unless I paid that day. While I was out of a house dealing with a major problem this company tried to exploit my situation and strong arm me into paying without going through the proper insurance channels. After requesting they not act in this manner and that I was still waiting on a response, they become unresponsive and sent a threatening letter saying a lien would be put on me if I didn't pay immediately. All of us this was only 3 weeks after the initial services were rendered. I would strongly recommend no one doing business with a company that chooses to operate in this manner.
