Best Drain Problems in Phoenix AZ

Charles M was our plumber today, and he was great to work with! He was prompt, efficient, neat, and so sweet and mild mannered. I would strongly recommend this company. We’ve had them repair our gas dryer and our kitchen sink. It’s such an inconvenience to need repairs, but Wyman plumbing will promptly get you scheduled and get the repair job done!

Anthony was our technician and he provided us with excellent service. Anthony was thorough and professional and answered all our questions and provided us sound advice. Anthony was honest and saved us money by letting us know some of services we requested were not necessary. We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for the past several years and have been very happy with the services they provide. They have been prompt, trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable.

So far so good! I've called Parker and Sons twice now - once was for a plumbing issue. Next for an estimate on water softener. Very happy with the gentleman who helped me with both items, as well as the office staff I've spoken to when I've called. Will continue to use this company for future needs within their scope!:)

The two stars is based on cost. Looking at other reviews, I don’t doubt this company does quality work.

We called because our water heater went out. The person on the phone was polite and the plumber was prompt and also polite.

The problem was $2100 for a 50 gallon electric water heater. Really? The cost of the unit ranges from $450 to $700. That means the cost of labor is at minimum is $1400. That’s excessive for a very common job. I feel bad for those who have previously paid this much.

We called a retired plumber we know and he said this price is way out of line. He contacted a licensed contractor he knows and we ended paying half of this quote for a quality job.

FINALLY, an honest, helpful, expert plumber!! Eric Munoz provided the best, quickest, and most polite service I have ever experienced, and I have been a homeowner for decades. They were good when they came out, but then never sent me a bid, and aren't returning my calls to proceed.

My home warranty sent this company to fix a leaky toilet. Instead of actually fixing the leak, the technician only applied caulking around the base of the toilet. Ended up creating another service request, another $75, to fix the problem.

Smiley Plumbing, Walt, did a super job installing our new hot water heater. Walt is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very very professional. A true craftsman that is hard to find today. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Carter came out to repair one leak on a cracked pipe he inspected it and brought to my attention 3 other repairs needed. He was very professional and did not try to play salesman but inform me what repairs also needed to be addressed. Would highly recommend them.

Paul was excellent. He is so nice and did such a great job installing our water heater. Even with the 116 degree heat today, he was always in good spirits. I will highly recommend him to everyone I know. And I will have him do all future plumbing work at our house.
