I own a short term rental property and during a guest stay, the water line to the washing machine failed and water started pouring out onto the floor. This was Jan 2 at 4:30pm and most plumbers were closed for the holiday. I had to get it fixed and the water back on for the guest, or be forced to relocate them to a hotel at my cost. I reached out to Springs Plumbing and they asked for pictures of the problem, agreed to the work, gave me a fair price, and Alan showed up in an hour to work on it. Within 90 minutes the pipe was fixed and the water was back on. He replaced both hot and cold feeds so they will be more reliable in the future and this won't happen again. He also cleaned up area and gave me advice on how to manage the wet area going forward. The guests were so happy they didn't have to relocate. I will be keeping them in my contacts and call them if I ever need their help again. I highly recommend Springs Plumbing for their responsiveness, professionalism, quality of work, and cleanliness. Champion Plumbing replaced our entire pipes (from the old orangeburg to new) - we waited to post a review to give the full scoop and happy to say, we have had no issues at all - everything runs so smoothly!



Additionally, they helped connect an old gas line so we could use a gas stove and offered a MUCH better price than the other big company plumbers we got quotes from.



We gave five stars because we prioritize the quality of the work done over promptness. Occasionally, the crew was late or it was difficult to get a response on a tedious issue (separate project details needed for permit), but EVERY time they delivered solid work and resolved the issues.



We appreciate having a company that we can trust with the more foundational projects of the home, because, let's be honest, no one wants backed up pipes ?

Awful! Complete scammers. Took advantage of my elderly mother. Charged her a ridiculous amount of money to repair her water heater. Avoid this company! Complete jerk when we tried to find out exactly what he was doing and why he was charging almost $900 to repair an old water heater.

Orlando came by and unplugged my drain he was very helpful and professional would highly recommend him.

We're reletively new homeowners, and we noticed a leak in our 13 year old water heater, so we called out to All Hours Plumbing. It wasn't a big leak, so we scheduled to meet the next day. James went out of his way the night we called to make sure there wasn't any major damage and to show us how to turn off the water. He was very helpful in showing us the basics, answering our questions, and getting us set up with a new water heater. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service!

Aaron was friendly, courteous, and professional. Also 2/3 of the price I got quoted by a big box store. He was very responsive to all my questions and concerns and I felt like he cared about my job. We have employed him a couple times now and couldn't be happier about the services we received. Definitely highly recommend Plumbrite Services.

I called at 9:56am on a Sunday morning. Brandon was here, found the leak, repaired it and was finished by noon!!! Great service from beginning to end. Will definitely use again!!!!!!

Friendly, professional, quality work

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!
