Arthur and crew did a great job working on my septic system. Very efficient, good workmanship. He explained what happened and what needed to be done to remedy the problem. I would recommend One Call Plumbing Services to anyone needing professional plumbing work.

Full day septic repair with maybe 30minute break during work. Left the yard looking good and Aaron even tamped the dirt down to his prevent settling.

Arthur did plumbing repair in a bath. Had to cut tile and cut it clean, covered it back up. Couldn’t tell it was worked afterword. Also took the time to show me the leak and verified the repair with me visually.

I had excellent service from this company and the technicians who came to my rescue. They were polite, confident and took time to explain the problem and what they were going to do. They had to dig in the grass, but were as least destructive as possible. I would highly recommend this company.

Our septic tank needed to be emptied as it had been many many years since it was last done. It had been so long, that we didn't even know we had a septic tank. Besides emptying the tank, they had 2 guys and a tractor here for about 2 hours. They had to remove a lot of dirt just to get down to the tank lid. The total repair costs less money than what most plumbers charge for doing half as much work. Even though there was more work, they came in below the original estimate. They cleaned up the entire place when they were finished and I would highly recommend them.

I have used Arthur for various plumbing needs. He has always been reliable, fair and I felt like I was getting the value that I paid for.

All toilets backed up, shower too (on a Sunday w/ family from out of town)...these guys came out and found the mystery clean out. They saved the day and helped on price too!

Excellent job of installing a new sewer pump. No mess. Done as expected and at price agreed upon. I would use these guys again without hesitation.

They replaced our water heater which had just gone out of warranty. I've never known of a water heater failing in less than 10 years but ours did. The new one is the same brand. Hopefully that wasn't a mistake. We'll see... The repair guy was very polite, professional, quick and the installation looks and operates great.

The drain between my kitchen and laundry room was clogged so I called one call plumbing, and wow was I impressed. Todd was here 15 minutes (not kidding) after I called them. Their prices were extremely fair and the service I received from Todd G. was top-notch. Todd got my drain cleared out in under 20 minutes and I'm happy to report everything is back in normal working condition. I will certainly use them next time I have a plumbing issue.

The ABSOLUTE best!! Dealing with this company takes you back to when a hand shake was all it took. Always timely, responsive, professional, excellent quality, and honest. Arthur has consistently provided his high quality for our commercial properties and home. Can't recommend enough. Give him a call!

One call plumbing supposedly replaced a filtered water faucet for $440. The same day they installed it, it still wasn't fixed and the guy was already leaving. He fixed it by cleaning out cold water slime out of the pipe and replacing a blue line plastic thingy under the sink going to the water filter, he took his $440 and left. A couple of days later it was leaking again and the same technician came out and looked at it and blamed the cold water slime, he cleaned it and left. A week later it was doing the exact same thing, leaking from the faucet on top. The same technician came out and looked at, then blamed it on the whole water filter system. Basically they never fixed what was wrong with it and simply GUESSED at what the problem was and never pin poined the real problem. I do not recommend One Call Plumbing. Steer clear of them.

One Call replaced a water heater and replumbed some monstrosity piping previously installed, making it look nice and clean. They did a really good job and got right on it for me.

The gentleman that did our repairs, Todd, was a very informative plumber, who seem to be very knowledgeable, of his area of expertise. gave us some very helpful information which we used to locate the type of sink and faucet we wanted to place in our kitchen. When it came time to replace the old bad sink he showed how well he knew his job. All the while explaining what was being done and would be done next. We also learned how very poorly the original sink and garbage disposal had been put in in the first place. I would certainly recommend this company and in particular, Todd, to anyone if they are in need of a plumber.

My husband and I were constantly sneezing in our home and we were told that an air scrubber may be helpful. I called One Call Services and Mitch installed an air purifier in the air duct and within days the air in our home was so much cleaner and fresher smelling and our sneezing stopped. Great job Mitch, we appreciate the recommendation and the great service.

I needed to have the water shut off valves replaced before I could have my new washing machine installed. Eddie the owner came out and replaced them for me at a very reasonable price. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would gladly recommend them.

I needed a toilet and shower leak looked at and living in a mobile home I know there are companys that avoid these. From the first contact to the last was a very positive experience. I was notified within a 2 hour window when they would be there and called again when arrival was within 15 minutes.
