The people at this company are so friendly and helpful. Colin Elliot was fantastic Plumber. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The price of my visit was reasonable and well worth it. I will definitely be using them again.

I'm sure they are nice folks who do a good job. I was in need of someone for an emergency. Just like 95%of the "24 hour " plumbers they will get to you later when the sun comes up .

I had a pinhole leak in an elbow feeding my water softener. The technician arrived early, kept me informed of each his progress, finished in half an hour and gave me a two year warranty. Five stars is too few.

Called and spoke with Michelle, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. When my issue got a little too technical, she had me speak with Chad, who seemed to know exactly what my problem was over the phone, and sent me back to Michelle for scheduling. This was at 1pm on a Wed and Michelle didn't think she should get a tech out that day, but said she would try her best because we mentioned we had two small children and she didn't want us stuck with a clogged main drain. She was able to get Justin to our house by 3:30 and he was wonderful. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in 30 minutes, and allowed me to hover over him asking a million questions. We had received a quote earlier in the day for 780$ from another plumber and what he was describing just didn't make sense, and Justin confirmed why that didn't make sense and even showed me on the inspection camera why the other service wouldn't be necessary. Was charged 150$, and was happy to pay it. Will use their services again, and refer them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I had submitted a request to my warranty company on 1/30/2021. I got a text that Moon Valley would come out on 1/31/2021. The tech called me that night (1/30/2020) and said he would “try” to be out there when they said they would. Okay. Didn’t hear from him or anyone else on 1/31/2021. It’s the weekend I get it. I call on 2/1/2021 (Monday) to see what is going on and talk to someone who had to research it and call me back. I called to follow up because I would like to get my day started despite the water leaking out of my front yard on to the street all weekend. I talked to Chris. She was curt and appeared to act like I was an inconvenience to her. Zero customer service on that call. I’m already frustrated no one followed up with me. Then I get to talk to someone who acts like I grew a third eye in the middle of my forehead. Nope. Not cool.



I understand warranty work pays low and isn’t a high ticket item but then don’t sign up to do it. I’ve now wasted almost 48 hours with water coming from my yard with a company who doesn’t care...

I needed to have a natural gas line run from the wall to my BBQ and Firepit on my rooftop deck. This required removing the wooden deck boards to run the gas lines and then put them back. I got several bids. Accent plumbing was competitively priced. They were also able to schedule my job in later the same week. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. They left my premises very clean and neat. I would definitely use Accent plumbing again for any future needs due to their great work and competitive pricing for projects.

Something was leaking in the kitchen under the sink, and it flooded my floor. Joe came to fix it right away and it was pretty late that day. He have me a great price, and explained to me what happened. Great place!

I made one phone call and they were here with in the time they promised. They took care of the problem with my plumbing in the bathroom and cleaned up after themselves. We required a new Water Pressure Valve to be installed at our home and Wyman Plumbing knew the sense of urgency, and made sure I was taken care of right away and replaced the item the same day. The service technician was very professional and I highly recommend this company! They are fantastic!

Franz came in to my house was very professional. He check out all my sinks and bathrooms, then flushed my tankless water heater. Plus he replaced a nozzel in my front yard that was leaking. I would never use anyone else. They have been my plumber for 3 years.

My husband and I used APS for a plumbing inspection on a house. They gave us a 4 hour window and called when they were 1 hour out (which schedule wise was very helpful). They were efficient and answered all of our questions! Cody was knowledgeable and friendly; very pleased with the services and will use again!

They tried to rip us off. Rotorooter quoted us $750 but could not do the job because they don't solder copper pipes. Rooter Hero wanted $2000 without a guarantee because they claim the pipes are old and bad. The pipes are in fine shape. It's a connection that is leaking, not a pipe. They saw two old people (50+) and thought they'd cheat us. Avoid Rooter Hero/RotoHero at all cost. Pay more for a real professional.
