A few weeks ago I would have recommended AZ fire and water to everyone I know. As of today I wouldnt recommend to even my worst enemy. Very poor work done. Workers used my husbands tools and ladder with out asking. They unplugged stuff in my garage so they could plug in there phones and tablets. They didnt match the baseboards nor the casings. They were also installed poorly. Paint didn't match on walls nor ceilings, plus painting looked like it had been done by my 11 year old. I am still waiting on the carpets no call or no show so far today when they were supposed to be here around 7AM. Speaking of carpet, the padding was not installed properly therefore when you walk into the bathroom the edges of the tile slice the bottom of your foot.
The so called manager came out and went to a part of my house where there was absolutely no damage which is right outside of our 18 year old daughters bedroom where she was sleeping to look at the door casing. He did not ask if he could go over there and nor did he have a reason at all to be over there.

I feel sorry for the 2 workers that came out for 4 days to fix the 1st workers disaster. They really did a good job and do not deserve a bad review. They are probably the best of the best at AZ Fire and Water, but if not done shoddy the 1st time they wouldnt have had to come out and basically start over. Unfortunately we are beyond frustrated.

I work in the insurance business and we refer our homeowners all the time when they need restoration. We are taking our referrals elsewhere

Jenkins did great work on a repair after I had some water damage. Everett Sandoval was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. You can tell that Jenkins has a focus on doing the work right the first time and customer satisfaction is very important to them. Would definitely recommend!

I speak very highly of Restore Master, Dan Marks, for his concern for me and my family. The completed work was done in a very timely manner, and every person who worked on my home showed much respect. Part of my home was burnt due to a fire next door. I can testify to the comfort I felt knowing that the work done to my home was done to code. Deeply appreciative.

My experience is too long to write about so I'll sum it up. They are Slow, never return calls when promised, do a rush job, the work is sloppy, you will be calling them to fix and patch things. I've called 4 times and in 1 year after my kitchen was done. And the most recent was 2 days ago my faucet is loose. Im praying it does leak again. He has not sent a plumber to tighten things up. It was and has been a nightmare, to say the least. The people I've spoken to all seem nice but the service is extremely poor. They do offer payment arrangements.

Maybe they need to take on less projects and give more time to each individual. I will be calling back again on Monday.

Everyone at this firm was incredibly helpful and courteous. I'm overjoyed with the lovely renovation they done for me! The crew also moved quite swiftly.

Hired by insurance company to do warranty work for a prior contractor. Frank was very professional, replied to calls and texts and followed up on work being done. The roofers came promptly and explained everything that needed to be done, showed pictures and very professional. The painter kept trying and trying to get the proper paint match,,,, mission accomplished.
Would recommend Next Gen to others and would use them again if the need would arise.

Very professional and very high quality work, They remodel my whole kitchen and they did an amazing job with the countertops and finishes on my cabinets they also did an amazing job on my drywall , matching it 100% they even paint my whole house with two coats from corner to corner I would highly recommend them for a high quality job :)

Mariana, Eddie, Maria, Spencer are the most faboulous people at integrity. I have worked with them on 3 occasions and could not find a better team. I am an elderly woman and could never have done what they did for me, they did all the work for me!!! I worked with first team which are missrable there is no one better than integrity. I miss Pete and Mayra but the team i had today were so great!! They came down the chimeny with my boxes and i didnt even leave them any cookies.
