He was right on time, very professional and friendly but most importantly HONEST! He even went as far as to explain every step of his trouble shooting and was upfront with any cost associated with repairs before he made them. Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

Really great service. The technician was extremely helpful and took the time to help with a smart thermostat install even though the groupon was only for an AC tune up. He also replaced some old wiring. I'm so glad I found a company that isn't just trying to sell you a new AC unit (my Trane is 27 years old). Look no further for HVAC service.

I’m trying to keep my mom and her own home and not send her to the nursing home like the rest of the family wants to the heating and air worked fine over the summer. The unit is 15 years old. I can’t afford a new unit but Nic was very kind and wonderful to come up and check and make sure my thermostat was correctly put on by me and he fix the wires. He was wonderful. He’s not sure what’s going on with my unit on top of my mom‘s house I don’t really think that any of us can afford a brand new unit so if there’s nothing you can do about the heat I know the air works. I’ll just have to keep her with me in the winter time I guess I don’t know but I love Nic and the service and you guys were great so I wanted to let you know that thank you

My a/c stopped working and Lilcoln Air & Plumbing did an outstanding job from the time I called, until the end of the service. They were able to come to my house the day after I called them which was huge being that no a/c in Arizona is quite miserable. Jeff B was my technician and he was amazing! He did a great job of explaining what was going on, why it was happening, and the next steps he would take. He was very honest and upfront with me throughout the entire process, including informing me of the cost of his services BEFORE he did anything. There was a lot wrong with my a/c unit, but he was able to fix it and make it good as new! I am very pleased with my experience with both Lincoln Air & Plumbing and my technician, Jeff. Highly recommend!

The technician Javier Cruz came out to my mom and stepdad‘s house the other day. We were so impressed with this guy he perform services on our system other technicians say they’ve done but looks like he went above and beyond to go ahead and do it better. Every step of the way he was explaining to my stepfather what he was doing and why he was doing we’ve had doubts about ace home services but this technician cleared that up for us. From getting off the truck looking so professional and handsome this is what an AC technician should look like. We were very spoiled having him out because I highly doubt there will be another technician like him from now on my stepdad has said he’s going to request Javier Cruz out every time we have our maintenance visits.

Ian was the technican that was assigned to my work order. What I appreciate the most is he didn't come in and tell me I needed to replace the water heater right off the start. He did give me options which I like, he explained everything,showed me the bad parts and the good parts and I really appreciate that. And I like the fact that I was able to ask questions and he answered them and did notonce show that I was bothering him and he explained to me what he was doing as he was doing the work.

They were able to get us in quick, fixed everything, honest, fair and priced about right (expensive for me, but they were 100% fair). I would recommend them to anyone. Pro Skill sent two technicians to service my AC on June 1st , Techs Mike and Nick. Both Techs were extremely professional and polite. They answered all my questions thoroughly and looked up a passed service which I had questions about. I felt they were honest with me and presented an honest diagnostic, they did not attempt to up-sell me on any parts. I haven't used Pro-Skill for over a year but after this experience I will give it another shot. When making future service request will be asking specifically for Mike or Nick as my Technician.
