TOO BIG TO CARE!They replaced my hvac through Costco.I repaired the first roof water leak myself.They were the only contractors on my new asphalt shingle roof.I requested them to repair the ripped shingles and re-route the drain line so as to not have a white piece of pvc pipe running down the roof so it did not look so, LACKING IN PRIDE OF CRAFTSMANSHIP; and instead attach the drain to the existing drain line, I was told someone else would have to look at the ripped shingles. They did re-route the drain and tarred over the (2) new holes in the new roof, in so doing caused yet another water leak on the existing drain line in the roof. I patched this one myself also and canceled the followup visit to Repair the ripped shingles, as it was apparent to me anytime they are on my roof I must inspect the attic at the next Rain and Repair the leak myself. I eventually tarred over the ripped shingles myself as they had already tarred over all the un-necessary penetrations they put in my new roof and assumed that was there standard of craftsmanship.During the initial install they removed the elbow with a Sledge Hammer, causing such noise and vibration throughout the house I offered to let them use my cutting tools so as to not damage other ares in the house. Now when the unit runs you hear vibrations throughout the house. The ceiling in the living room has a crack, yet I am done with these guys.I was supposed to get a $200 rebate from APS 8-12 weeks after installation. After numerous calls now being 14 weeks later, still no check.I fed and tipped all workers that came to the house, and this is what I get for the close to $10,000 I paid.I would suggest Costco dis-associate themselves from this company.

Franz was absolutely amazing when he came to my home. He noticed a crack in my toilet during an inspection, which could have been disastrous. Then, regardless of the late hour, he went and got me a new toilet, installed it and then changed all my filters and fixed my toilet seat. All in less than two hours. So reliable and same day service. These are my new plumbers for life.

The nightmare situation everyone dreads after returning home from a weeks-long vacation happened to us when early the following morning, sewage water began flowing out of our shower and tub drains and onto the floor of our bathroom, master closet, and bedroom. Roots had finally compromised the integrity of the clay pipe that our house's ABS drain pipe were connected too and created a major blockage. Our water-softener system was recharging and flushing water into the clogged pipes, which caused the backup into our bathroom. We called a trusted Phoenix area plumber that we've used since moving to town in 2010 but our call was rerouted to Anthony's Plumbing.



Our old plumber has since moved away from Phoenix to help a family member but entrusted his client list to Anthony's Plumbing, and for good reason. The team from Anthony's plumbing responded fast and repaired and cleared the damaged pipe that was buried EIGHT FEET under ground. They worked diligently, all day long to make sure that we would be able to use our facilities that evening. The owner, Branden personally came by to explain every detail of what his team had done and was a tremendous help in advising me on dealing with the city since it was their pipe that failed. when the repairs were complete and fully inspected, Brandon personally came by the following day to fill-in the massive hole. He had a professional mason come by to patch the driveway and it now looks as if nothing ever happened.



My family is in the plumbing business back east and I know what is and what is not quality plumbing. Anthony's is a top-notch plumbing business and they strive to make their customers feel satisfied with the work they do and they stand by their work. Anthony's plumbing's business card is now attached proudly to my refrigerator and I won't hesitate to call them or recommend them to any and all my friends if a plumbing issue ever arises in the future.

Gerry came out today and unclogged 2 drains. He was professional and took the time to educate me on the issues. The rate charged was quite competitive. I will definately use Rooter Hero for another job I need in a couple weeks. Two thumbs up.?

I would definitely recommend Simon. He is very honest, prompt, and reliable. He got my kitchen sink up and working again. I've never had a plumber clean everything up the way he did.

Allen with Springs Plumbing showed up on time for the estimate. We were adding a gas line into the kitchen. He was very professional and reasonably priced, showed up on time to do the work. Excellent experience with this company. I run a large real estate business and he will get all my future business.

I’m very happy with the service and in the future will be using them and referring them to my friends. Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.
