The P-trap under my sink was damaged by another contractor while he was installing a new dishwasher.I called Day & Night for repair service at 2pm on a Friday afternoon. Day & Night hustled to schedule a plumber (Jared) for 4pm that evening. Jared completly replaced the damaged plumbing parts and re-routed (cleaned up) the under sink drains.The repair took the better part of 2 hours. The quality of the work is outstanding.My only beef is the bill which was over $600. Still, I would call Day & Night again if needed because of the fast response and I know the job was done right.

Javier Cruz with ACE Home Services is the best of the best! Not only is he knowledgeable about AC units but he made sure to explain things to me in a way that made sense. He was very friendly and professional. He performed services in a timely manner and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. Our AC went out and Chris came to fix it the same day. He was friendly and professional and took the time to show me what the problem was and explain it so I would understand. He gave me options and fixed it quickly once we decided what we needed to do. I appreciate having a nice cool house after a hot night with no AC!

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

Justin did a great job. He unclogged the drains and installed a water line for our new refrigerator/freezer. I will definitely use this company again if the need arises.
