Best Air Air Conditioning in Phoenix AZ

We had a leak in our wall and we could feel the water reaching under the floor boards so we called them. By the appointment day they got here the leak had somehow stopped. But since it was a second leak from after they already worked on it, we thought they'd be quick to fix and re-evaluate the first fix. But this fact didn't seem to bother them. The first guy came, talked and talked, eventually needed to call a supervisor. He didn't do jack. The supervisor came and took the problem to a whole new level: counting the humidity level from the leak without showing us and then exaggerating it to his coworker over the phone, pointing out code issues with the wall, and started saying the whole water heater needed replacing (no one even from his own company had said anything about these points before), repeating "but insurance will cover everything so no problem" over and over. We lost it when this supervisor said he was going to call a THIRD GUY who is actually the estimator. No, Nope, and Never Again. We called Pink Plumbing and when HE saw that the leak had stopped he went straight home in 10 mins, "no further action necessary, call again when it does actually start leaking". Guess who we will call when there is a leak? (Custom Plumbing is a sister company to Copper State which was horrible at everything including arriving on time, arriving on the day promised, and signing off as having fixed a mold where they hadn't.)

The technician was very prompt in responding to my r/o water system leak. I found him to be very personable and helpful in trying to resolve my problem. He, however, appeared a wee bit inexperienced and he didn’t provide the most economical solutions. A second opinion by another more experienced plumber gave me more economical answers. If you need a quick response and cost is not an issue, they’re a good company to seek.

From start to finish my experience was amazing. The first call in the lady was so pleasant and helpful. She switched me to dispatch and she was amazing as well. Then Anthony and Alex came out, while my store had a power outage that a good chunck of Peoria had they just kept going and fixing everything! They were so awesome. Plus job well done and no issues and cleaned up even when I told them not to worry about the mess. I couldn't be more happy with my call and service! Looking forward to some projects we are doing in the future with them!

Water was leaking from an exterior pipe on the side of the house. Spoke with Kelly from Arizona Integrity Pluming and he knew exactly what the problem was over the phone. It was the irrigation pipe and even though we no longer used our irrigation system there was still pressure in the pipe. Kelly suggested that we turn off the water to that pipe and to use wd40 since it was rusted. We took Kelly's advice and presto the water leak stopped. Literally all we had to do was turn a handle and Kelly knew that. He is an honest man and he is the perfect example of why Arizona Integrity Pluming lives up to their name!

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

Matt was great. Came in with booties so didnt drag dirt in the house. Figured out what was wrong with AC unit and replaced the part that was broken. Didnt try to sell me something that wasnt needed. Great experiance.

Our service guy was great.

Do not use them! This company is hired through my apartment complex! We continued to have drainage issues on a weekly basis and the techs blamed the complex for not wanting to do what they requested needed to be done. We have a really good Manager and that was not the case at all. This company makes a huge mess when they “try” to fix something and doesn’t clean up anything. When they do come outback on the weekend there window of arrival is 8-5pm. They make everything more difficult than it needs to be!!!

Jimmy was quick, friendly, and very helpful! Great guy who went the extra mile to make sure we had our new thermostat set up and understood how it works!

Matthew was knowledgeable, honest, and up front with what his inspection would entail, and with what potential issues he found with my home's 14-year-old plumbing. I decided to have him replace my hot water heater. Matthew was courteous, efficient, and helpful with suggestions regarding the next steps I can take with keeping my home high and dry. I will ask for him again with any future plumbing needs.

Elemental Plumbers was great for us. Our water heater went out on a Sunday and I was sure we'd end up waiting until at least Monday for it to be fixed. Miller! Within an hour we had a tech out who was friendly and professional. He replaced out the water heater and provided an estimate for a water filtration system to replace our old water softener. We were so impressed with the company that we opted to go with it. By Tuesday the work was completed and cleaned up. We are very pleased and will definitely recommend Elemental Plumbers wholeheartedly

Travis was very professional and prompt. His estimate was fair and spot on. He and his crew fixed my drainage problem ahead of schedule! A real lifesaver!

I have recommended Donley to my clients (Realtor) and family, because I trust their integrity. Carl Bartoli (service manager) helped out when my sister had an unscrupulous technician from another company attempt to scare her into spending $2,000 in repairs (or a new unit for $12,000). The Donley technician showed up and fixed the problem for less than $200. Fred (technician) was just out at my house to perform routine maintenance. Everything was professional with no up selling. I like having a company that I can trust to take care of my clients and family!

Our water heater burst and since we had used Day & Night before, we called them immediately. Justin came out the next day and gave me a quote for a tankless system. He and his assistant, Ignacio, came out the next day to install. We are beyond satisfied with the work done. They were prompt and professional and left our house in better shape than when they found it. Every person that we've come into contact with has gone the extra mile. They do r/o systems, water softeners and a/c. They will get ALL our business from now on. Finally, someone who does it all and does it all VERY WELL!

I did some work with Dennis and his company and I must say these people are the most professional friendly is family-owned company that I have ever came into contact with. I never actually enjoy digging a hole in my life but these people made my experience just the best I would prefer anyone to use them on any job that they have and their plumbing needs are in home without a question of doubt
