Best Air Air Conditioning in Phoenix AZ

Although Tidy Casa has probably the best customer service out of any cleaning service I’ve used before, that’s about it where it ends as the actual cleaning service just isn’t there. We used Tidy Casa twice and live in a two story two bedroom condo. The first time, our master bedroom and living room (this equates to the entire downstairs) wasn’t vacuumed - there were literally dust bunnies on the floor. The bathroom sinks still had gunk on the handles. I thought it was a fluke. The rest looked moderately clean (okay) honestly looked like someone tidied up and maybe did a light clean to prepare for having guests over. Although not nearly as good as the cleaning service we’d been using in the past which cost the exact same price, but I really liked being able to book online with Tiday and how responsive they were so I gave them a second chance thinking it was just a snafu. I worked with the customer service rep and blatantly told them that if it wasn’t better next time, I wasn’t going to rebook again. You would think that if you wanted to keep customers, you’d tack on a special note to the cleaner like “hey really go above and beyond this time” or even “hey just do a GOOD job”. But the second time I got home and it literally looked as if someone cleaned my house so quickly that they didn’t even have time to move anything back. The 8’ 11” rug in our living room was completely bunched up. The pot on a shelf was like awkwardly on the far edge edge, when it had been in the center (it’s the only thing on the shelf...) and several other things were just kind of thrown together. Again it just looked “okay” almost as if it would get dirty again within 2 days. Not worth $135 when it felt like the cleaners really only “tidied” my home in a rushed 45 minutes, instead of taking the time to truly clean a home with attention to detail. Until they change their business model and hire better cleaners who have more time to give a home the attention it deserves, I don’t foresee them keeping clients. A friend of mine had a similar experience in an even smaller space. Unfortunately it doesn’t matter how great your customer service is, if you can’t deliver on the services you’re selling you’re not going to keep clients.

The Cleaning Authority personnel who come to our home regularly are very professional and thorough. My wife and I appreciate their level of care. They are efficient, attentive to details and friendly. We have used them for years and very pleased with the team that arrives at our home to help us keep our place in tip-top condition. Excellent service, very professional and fair priced. We’ve used Pigeon Specialist before to net off areas of our roof where pigeons like to roost. We have a big problem in our part of the valley. I’ve been consistently pleased with any of the work we have had done with Pigeon Specialist. We have had them come out to fix other companies mistakes, at this point Barry and his team at The Pigeon Specialiat are the only people I want working on our pigeon problem. I would highly recommend this company.
