Called a weed control company 2 weeks ago and they finally showed up only to say that it was too windy and would call back to reschedule.They never did. I then called Fromms on Tuesday and talked to Nick.He said he could come the next day.He showed up on time,did the job,and left me a happy camper.He did a great job along with a year warranty.On top of that for a lot less money.He has a new loyal customer in me. ? Ernie.

Barry helped me out a lot with my pigeon problem.

I had gotten a letter in the mail from HOA about taking care of the pigeon problem I was having at my house, so I decided to research places and get quotes.

What I appreciated most about Barry was that he didn't try to B.S. me into spending more than I needed to. They gave me the fairest and cheapest quote BY FAR! I'm talking a fraction of the price of other companies for quality work. They don't try to up-sell you or try to get you to take care of areas that aren't even problems. Barry told me straight up that these were my problem areas, and these are areas that MAY become a problem, but as for now, I would only take care of these bad spots. He let me know that if I wanted to be proactive, they would definitely help handle the other areas for me, but he didn't push me to try to make a sale. I really appreciated how real he kept it with me.

Another thing I liked was that he was very flexible and willing to work with me on my schedule and payment.

He told me to give it a few days to a couple weeks before the pigeons completely move on, but so far so good. I wake up every morning to the sounds of pigeons outside my bedroom window, but I haven't heard any pigeons outside my window yet!

All in all, I'm glad to have crossed paths with Barry and the company. Will definitely be giving them a call if I ever need them for anything else.

The owners take personal responsibility, and the service continues past, treatment with personal follow-up and re-treat if necessary. I've had weed treatment yearly since I've lived here, and since I started using Rid-a-Bird for weed control, my yard has never been cleaner and weed free . Their termite guy Steve has be prompt and thorough on every job he has done for me or my clients and provided extra value to his service by noticing other things in the home that may need attention way beyond termite control. Rid-A-Bird is a trusted source and I highly recommend for all your Pest, Weed, Termite, and Bird control/treatment. Oh, forgot to, mention, snake removal too....they have come out on short notice when there has been an unwelcome visitor near the house to remove.

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank. I highly recommend making an appointment with this team to see how they can help with your pests.

Nick got us on his schedule quickly, worked around our busy life, and kept us updated on exactly when to expect him. He was professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain how the product worked, and assured our pets and babies were safe around them. He mentioned areas that he had assessed needed to be treated more heavily, like specific bushes in our back yard, and asked if there were any specific problem areas I had noticed in the house. We will absolutely be using Fromms Pest Control for regular service and will be recommending him to all our friends.

We are super impressed with Green Magic Pest Control! We have been looking for a pest control company for quite some time. I reached out to a few companies via email and phone and never heard back. A colleague of mine referred us here and I contacted Green Magic that same day. I was contacted back within five minutes of calling and Matt was very helpful in explaining the services/pricing. We did our due diligence in asking a few friends and family members what they pay for their services with other companies and Green Magic is SUPER reasonable in comparison. They also offered us a discount for our initial service which I really appreciate. Matt was able to schedule us for service the day after inquiring. Thank god for that because our pest problem has gotten a bit out of control and we needed someone to come out here like, yesterday. Soren did an awesome job while he was at our home. He was very informative, thorough, and kind. He removed all of the webs around our house and sprayed both inside and outside. Super happy with Green Magic's communication and service. 10/10 would recommend.

Multiple re-treatments required. Scheduled appointment within warranty period with very limited availability only to be cancelled without notification or call. Customer service unwilling to uphold the warranty based on their own inadequate service and mistakes.

Way overpriced!! More than twice as much, i guess it depends on your situation for me i was selling a house and this was the estimate given so i went with another pest control to trwat termites.
