Horrible service and very disrespectful

Had an amazing experience! Appreciate that they were able to come in and fix everything. Mother of three so money is scarce. Didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of like most companies try!

Working with the Jenkins team was a very positive experience. We had a water leak and after the clean up they got us in contact with the right people to get the different parts of the project done. Be patient as projects take time, but the end result was amazing. Would definitely recommend Matt as a project manager.

I would highly recommend using ASAP for your restoration needs. We had a leak in our bathroom and they responded quickly with equipment and set us up to have everything repaired quickly. The work they completely was great quality and they communicated every step of the way. Everything went smooth and they were able to work with our insurance company.

These people are phenomenal. After Hurrican Ian I had Mrs. Tabitha Coman come out and assess our damages. We were about to have over 50 guests show up for a graduation party for our children when my wife discovered a leak in our garage- OH NO!!!! I had a friend refer R2 Fire and Water. From the moment I called Justin, I knew I was in the right hands. He arrived almost immediately and put my wife and at ease. The process was seamless with all their knowledge and skill set. We were able to continue our party and they took care of the water and mess. What a true team! Justin, Joe, Joey, and Shelby were all top notch professionals who helped us fix and remediate our garage back to better than it was before. THANK YOU ALL!! I would refer this team to anyone.

ATH Restoration is by far the best construction company in AZ. We initially contacted them to remove the asbestos popcorn ceiling. Nathan, Stacie, Jason and their crews are very professional. Jason really took care of us and got the job done on time. We had them paint the entire condo, add a water line to the refrigerator, and install LVT in the bedrooms and other minor jobs. The finished product is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I will be in touch in the near future as we will need additional work. I highly recommend them.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.

I really did like the customer service of this company. I did not have to get huffy one single time. Josh showed up within 6 hours of our call to our insurance company from 66 miles away. They showed up quick, knew what we needed but still listened to my needs without making me feel rushed and they took care of business. The only reason I cant go 5 stars is that it took 3 weeks to wrap things up from start to finish. Now.....maybe that is the norm, maybe they are really popular or just super busy because they are so customer service oriented and well liked. They even did some side work for me that was not related to my insurance claim. Great job and I cannot deny these guys kudos !!

Horrible experience with this company! Actually they do mot deserve any kind of star! The secretary lady seemed to be very nice so i trusted they were a good company until i met the main boss contractor Tim! He is very rude and definately has an Anger problem & should never be a part of a business if you do mot know how to be professional about it! I had them do a releveling service for me on my double wide trlr but come to find out i was told they could not do it due how bad it measurements were from one end to the other so they could not relevel it so was told to just get my refund and find someone else to do the job so thats what i went to the office for on monday but instead got a rude awakening from how theyre real true colors are and was even threatened to be picked up and thrown out of there! Very unprofessional and a rip off business so highly do not reccommend this place!! All i can say is Karma's got my back!

In my opinion, this company was so terrible, slow, and uncommunicative that I could never recommend them to anyone. Kowalski has now become a verb in our house for when something is messed up. Oops, I hammered this nail crooked, I Kowalski'd it. Oh look, the siding that was supposed to be replaced, but instead was hammered down and is now popping out again - they Kowalski'd it. Every chance they had to cut corners, they did, and only fixing some errors when they were caught. I should have fought harder with them to actually fix their mistakes, but after 6 months of dealing with them, I just wanted to live in my house. Avoid this company if you want your work done in a quality, timely manner with communication.
