Colin is amazing! Our drain lines were backing up into the bathtubs. Maloney's came out initially but couldn't reach the block as we had no cleanout (at least we didn't know we did, even after 25 years in the house). They didn't charge for the initial call. Called a "rooter" place and they couldn't get it either (did have to pay for the service call to them). Called Maloney that evening to schedule a cleanout install ASAP. Colin was back first thing in the morning. After some digging, he discovered I did have a cleanout but it was almost 2 feet underground. Found the block, cleared the line and extended the cleanout. Great service and very responsive.

Great customer service and professional technician, but in the end I spent a lot of money and still didn't have hot water.

I had a tub that had a rusting overflow, and I needed a new tub. When I was getting quotes, the price they offered was significantly less than the others I received. However, the service was amazing and the technician, Franz C. was awesome. I would definitely use them again.

We called because our water heater went out. The person on the phone was polite and the plumber was prompt and also polite.

The problem was $2100 for a 50 gallon electric water heater. Really? The cost of the unit ranges from $450 to $700. That means the cost of labor is at minimum is $1400. That’s excessive for a very common job. I feel bad for those who have previously paid this much.

We called a retired plumber we know and he said this price is way out of line. He contacted a licensed contractor he knows and we ended paying half of this quote for a quality job.

Had a hot water heater pipe burst, and they sent a very helpful plumber by the name of Erick Munoz who fixed everything and explained all of the details and used parts that would not rust. He also told my family about how to maintain the unit to extend the life of it, and gave us suggestions on how to best take care of it. He also wanted to help us by referring us to someone who could see if our walls suffered water damage that could check on it for free. He, and this company will be our new go-to plumbing service!

Mike German, who is a Service Technician for Platinum Plumbing, was out today to fix the toilet in my bathroom which was not flushing. First time calling in, appointment service was great. From being greeted to appt confirmation, it was all a great experience. Armando showed up on time expected, I received a call to let me know tech was on his way. Once Armando arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable as I was going over all the problems I had reported. He was quickly able to analyze and quote repairs along with suggested changes. Armando estimated the time needed and completed work before expected. All work completed was very well explained along with expectations on other repairs needed/suggested. So when a small water leak developed at an isolation valve under my kitchen sink, and another leak became evident where the water main connects with my home, I contacted George Brazil. I was in a bind to get my kitchen sink unclogged. I called Sunny Plumbing on the advice of a co-worker. They customer service agent told me I was next in the queue and a tech would be at my house between 3:00 and 6:00. Not sure why there was 3 hour timeframe if I was next in the queue, but I left work I a hurry to get home. At 6:00, the plumber had not showed or called. I called the customer service line and was told the plumber was finishing up his previous job and would be at house by 6:30. He finally showed 7:30 then started talking an inspection. I said I called because of a stopped up sink. He then quoted me a price of $335 to clear the drain.

That seems rather expensive for a simple clean out but what do I know? I’m not happy about the long wait or the confusion of the service call or the price.

That all happened on October 22nd. I called back today (November 14th) because the kitchen sink was once again backing up. I was told on the phone that there would be no charge for today’s service. When the tech showed up, he told me there was another charge of $335 or I could sign up for their “membership” for $285 and today’s call would be “free”. The tech said I was misinformed about not being charged. Well, they had me over a barrel. What was I supposed to do with a backed up sink but to pay again to get it unclogged.

Bottom line: do your research before using these guys. Very shady & unethical.
