I had a not obvious problem to solve. Odor from the septic tank would intermittently come on one side of the house. It was always gone by the time the plumber arrived. This occurred over many years. It wasn’t taken too seriously by other companies, some tried, but not as diligently as after I called Anthony’s plumbing.
Finally after a smoke test, an unconnected vent pipe was discovered behind a bathroom wall, from since the house was built! At last, the intermittent smell noted in a wall,not in the bathroom, was explained ! I wasn’t a crazy lady imagining it !
Andreas was sent out every time until the problem was found . I appreciated the continuity and his patience and diligence is very appreciated in fixing my problem. I recommend them highly.

Plomero was great to work with and super helpful from initial call to final service being complete. I appreciated their adequate communication and always keeping me up to date on appointment and when plumber was en route. The plumber was super kind and considerate during service. Another great experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing.  Tyler came out for our annual hot water heater flush and general maintenance check, everything went well, except our water pressure was showing a very low reading.  Not only did Tyler and Joe, touch base on how to resolve this with the City of Scottsdale, they came back and re-read the meter, as well as rechecked some additional factors that might have been causing the low pressure.  Tyler even offered to come back again to meet the City of Scottsdale rep.They found the source of the problem and blew out the pipe, clearing it out and our pressure was back to normal!  Both Tyler and Joe really went above and beyond as usual to make sure our experience was nothing but 100%!!!  No other business is comparable! Def recommend!!
