Great experience with a plumber! Lou H was fantastic ~ friendly and even arrived early. I have never been so excited to see a plumber in my life. Our shower water never really ever got hot. We were always nervous about calling a plumber thinking it would turn into a huge expense. So honest and helpful ~ it was a simple fix (for them of course) and the price was affordable. Feels good to now have a plumber we can call that we trust and feel comfortable.

I hate to say it but we had a terrible experience with these guys.

They left a mess in the house when they left, not a normal amount of dirt & traffic you expect from someone coming in your home to fix something.



They installed an under-sink RO unit that I purchased from Home Depot & didn’t properly install the under-sink part or the spout that goes on top of the sink, it looked good at first but then came unattached & dangled there useless. Worse was that because the RO unit wasn’t installed correctly water leaked to my hardwood floors & created a bubble. The $700 to fix is bad enough but just the headache of dealing with it really is what was most irritating.

We called to complain & show where they messed up at & they refused to even hear us out stating that because it wasn’t their product they installed it wasn’t their fault. But the product wasn’t the problem, the installation was.

Poor customer service & terrible plumbing service that ended up costing me a ton of more money. But they were decently cheap (my dad always told me you get what you pay for).

I gave 2 stats because they did fix a running toilet so I gotta give them credit for that. I’d say if you work hard for your money spend it elsewhere for your plumbing solutions.

These guys were professional and fast. My plumbing issues turned out to be way more than expected due to some vicious tree roots growing everywhere. They got everything done in a week from start to finish with all the surprises that came along the way-like having to dig up my back yard and replace the sewer line. They have reasonable prices, and I highly recommend them.

Adam Bunn was prompt,on time. He diagnosed our problem and gave us two options. WE bought a new water heater from Home Depot. He picked it up and installed installed it in 3 hours. He cleaned up afterward, and hauled the old tank away. He did a terrific job and Custom Plumbing should be proud of having such a great employee. Good job.

Great experience. I posted on a local Facebook page about plumbing work needed, the office contacted me immediately and they were at my door within 90 minutes. He did quick work, fixed my plumbing and was done super quick. Highly recommend!

Franz did an amazing job. He was on time, clean, and so nice. The Aussie plumber sent me updates when he was on this way. I would recommend them to anyone.

The drain clog repair worked so well that s washing machine drains no longer backs up into the sink.

I tried to complete a shower repair and broke the faucet cartridge inside the pipe. My wife told me I needed a professional. I made 6 calls to plumbing companies, no one could help me today. I have 2 infant grandchildren and my mother-in -law living in the house. The gas and water was off. Option One said they could respond

within 2 - 4 hours . Two hours later Tim with Option One was at my door. After assessing the problem he gave me 2 quotes. They both depended on how much damage I had caused.



Within an hour the repair was made at a very reasonable cost, especially considering my short notification. Both my wife and are are very pleased with the work and the professional tech, Tim.



Option One will always be my first call should I have any new plumbing issues.
