Our A/C stopped working this past Sunday and so I called Penguin Air to come out and service it. The unit that stopped working controls the main part of the house plus two bedrooms and it was getting hot quick in their being mid day. After calling they took my information and said a tech would be out to service it and would call about 45 minutes before arrival. It was great news when I got a text first showing a picture of my technician plus a little about him. Then a call saying he was on his way. Arrived when he said and started to look at the unit. Diagnosis was a blown fan motor and and brackets which also hurt the fan inside the unit up in the attic. We went over pricing and he started to repair it. Did a great job and shortly after we had cold air blowing and starting to cool the house down. Very nice technician that keeps you updated the whole time. Our tech we had was Jimmy and recommend him and Penguin Air for your A/C repair. Thank You Jimmy

Another excellent experience with Hobaica and their technician Justin. I have been with Hobaica for many years and Justin has been my tech for several years. He is competent, punctual, and communicative. I appreciate this company's biannual inspection plan and that my Hobaica installed equipment passes every time.

My husband and I had a great experience with Goettl. We had called a handful of other companies and either never heard from them or was pushy. But Goettl was different. They answered immediately with a human dispatcher and sent someone over to us within hours. Mike came out to do the evaluation of what was going on. (We replaced our thermostat and the havc system worked for a week then stoped.) Mike got on our roof and took a ton of pictures for us to see the issue. Instead of just telling us to replace the unit he gave us the option to have the compressor rebuilt. That's when we told him we'd rather just replace it completely. He was great with setting up the process and even was able to get it installed for us that same day.
Luis and Raphael were our installers. They kept us informed every step of the way. Any issues that came up they took care of it immediately. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs and comfortability were met. Raphael and Luis came back the next day to make sure the system was working properly, they did some extra stuff. Raphael got us hooked up with a new uv system after showing us how our old uv system wasn't installed properly. I'm usually nervous about everything but this was just a relief. I really felt all the associates cared about our needs and this was definitely some old school customer service that I miss. Because of Mike, Luis, and Raphael we will definitely be using Goettl in the future. This a A star team and we couldn't be happier with our new system.

Our air scrubber bulb had gone out, which during cold, flu, and a pandemic... probably best to keep that thing running. The system was in need of a maintenance inspection anyway. I've always found Day&Night to be competent and I don't feel like I'm being wallet-flushed.

My a/c stopped working and Lilcoln Air & Plumbing did an outstanding job from the time I called, until the end of the service. They were able to come to my house the day after I called them which was huge being that no a/c in Arizona is quite miserable. Jeff B was my technician and he was amazing! He did a great job of explaining what was going on, why it was happening, and the next steps he would take. He was very honest and upfront with me throughout the entire process, including informing me of the cost of his services BEFORE he did anything. There was a lot wrong with my a/c unit, but he was able to fix it and make it good as new! I am very pleased with my experience with both Lincoln Air & Plumbing and my technician, Jeff. Highly recommend!

My service technician, Miguel, was punctual and professional. He installed a Tesla home charger for my and it looks amazing. The reason I docked a star is the price, I believe their prices are a little high. Over $1800 to install the home charger on the exterior of the house less than 4 feet away. This included labor, a 50a breaker, conduit, and power cables. Overall quality work and I would use again, just a bit on the pricey side!

These guys did a great job the first time, and repaired tons of mistakes made by previous company I used. They even show up when the say they are going to show up. If for some reason they can’t, they call and let you know.I use Patrick Riley for both HVAC and plumbing, and they have always been great.Great company, great employees. I had shopped around getting quotes on the work I needed done (a pinhole leak in an exterior pipe) and was honestly shocked at how much it cost. I called Walker Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend in the home improvement industry. They were extemely nice and came out to my house exactly when they said they would (greatly appreciated). Jodi was the tech and he was absolutely great. Best of all, it cost me about $200 less than the other quotes I had gotten. I would totally recommend Walker to my friends.
