After spending over a week dealing with a very dishonest septic company and trying to get a passing grade to sell our home, we called Mike Roybal Septic Services, desperate for an honest assessment of our septic. While the other company was ready to rebuild for thousands of dollars, Mike conducted the same tests and found no issues. We are now certified and ready to sell! Honesty and integrity is hard to come by and this company has both in spades.

Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Ed is the man. I called him to explain my issue and he identified it over the phone. He was able to come the next day and resolve my issues. He located my tank, dug it up, cleaned the filter, pumped it out and had me back in working order by the end of the day. His pricing was reasonable, and he's just a great guy that you feel good about hiring. I will have Ed come out to clean my filter each year, and pump my system before large family gatherings.

What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

Everyone I worked with was fantastic. The office staff went above and beyond to help me and kept me up to date through the entire process and there were no surprises. On both visits to the home they explained everything that was gonna be happening as well as educate me on how to maintain the septic properly going forward.
Other companies can take a lesson from them on customer service too!

I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

I highly recommend using Anthony’s Plumbing and requesting Ron St. Denis for all your plumbing needs. Ron fixed my hose spigot last week in less than ten minutes, then he stuck around for over an hour to patiently answer several unrelated plumbing questions/issues that had built up for me in recent years. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my 15+ questions, plus he couldn’t have been any nicer. This was by far the most pleasant and impressive plumber experience I’ve ever had, he went above and beyond and I feel like I should’ve paid a lot more than I did for this service call. Couldn’t have been more pleased. There’s no way I will ever use anyone but Ron for all of my future plumbing needs.

I was in the process of purchasing an older home and completion of inspections is a time sensitive matter which Hero completely understood. I spoke with them and they were able to get someone out there the same day and the inspection report w/video was provided the next day.

Maritza was so kind, followed up throughout and answered all of my questions, was in communication with me providing updates on anything outstanding and provided overall excellent customer service. I couldn't be happier with the speed that they were able to turn around the inspection or the customer service.

When I decided to sell my house I ended up hiring another less then reputable company it turns out to inspect my septic system only because I was crunched for time. When they failed the inspection I was suspicious because Belsito had been out to do some repairs a year earlier. Granted, things can happen but I asked Belsito to come and redo the inspection. From speaking with Krista in the office, who has always been courteous and friendly and always did what she said she would do in a timely manner, to Kenny and Tom, who I believe did the scheduling, and consistently followed up with me throughout the process. Kenny also made some after hours and weekend calls to me to make sure everything was on schedule. And lastly there was Ronny and J.B. who did the actual work. Ronny kept me apprised of everything he was doing, completed the inspection and even made sure the house was secured when he left as someone had been there trespassing. These guys all went above and beyond and I highly recommend their company and personnel.

Reddi Service was AWESOME! Office staff was so friendly and caring and I was able to get service within 2 hours of my call after a week of others failures. I had a leaky cartridge in my bathtub that ran hot water constantly. Yikes for my water and SRP bills. Matt M. was friendly, professional, patient and diligent; and was able to remove the very stubborn and corroded cartridges. Reddi Service cares. I will use Reddi Service for all my plumbing, and AC needs. Pricing was reasonable, less than competitors.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

Cooper's Sewer & Drain came out to service our septic tank today. Chad was our service technician and Stephanie was the person we scheduled with. Very professional service from both employees I spoke with! Stephanie called to let us know when our tech was on the way and Chad arrived and made quick work of the job. Chad showed me a filter we didn't know was there and recommended yearly cleaning for it. When he was done, Chad cleaned up the area nicely and leveled out the dirt well where he had to dig up the tank access lids. I would highly recommend Cooper's Sewer & Drain! Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
