Great company. I called all around to have a septic company come out and this company was able to come out within the week to inspect and pump out my septic. The owner is really nice and got back to me in a timely manner. Was very professional and quick. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs there septic pumped or inspected.

I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Definitely recommend Cave Creek Septic! From the first initial call Ed was very helpful by ensuring me its a job that they can handle as well as asking me questions to figure out what was going on. He made me feel like I was in the right hands! When Kurtis and Mike came out they answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it! I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. I needed a septic tank pumped within a week. Since this is not something I do on a regular basis, I wasn't sure where to go. I used Google to search for companies in the Phoenix area. The first company I called made it sound like a major project. When I called A American Septic, Waley Witham told me that it shouldn't be a major project. He was able to access my house plans and locate where my septic was most likely located. He sent me an email with a very fair estimate.

Within a week, Taylor from A American Septic showed upto take care of the job. I was concerned since I didn't know the exact location of my septic tank that a major part of my land scaping would have to be dug up.

Taylor took care of locating the tank within a few minutes of arriving (I have lived in the house 26 years and never knew where the tank was). After Taylor located the tank, he began digging. The amount of landscaping that was disturbed was a small area of about 5X5 feet. Taylor knocked the job out in a short time and put the landscaping back as if he was never there. I was very impressed!! The price I was charged was the low end of the quote that Waley quoted me.

I normally check Google for ratings before I hire a company to do work that I am not familiar with. I am writing this rating for others that also use ratings to find reliable companies. This company does exactly what it says and doesn't have any hidden costs. I would give the 6 stars if it was available.

Howard was on time, very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my septic. One could tell he was a very honest, hard working man. I've use this company in the past, and it was excellent then too. Ann who answers calls and schedules was very pleasant and knew her info well too. Not an ounce of negativity with my experience with them.

Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. For any of you septic needs he always makes sure the area is looking better then when the first dig was made. If you know septic work it’s hard to find contractors that take pride in their work. I have not needed a plumber before and had no idea where to begin to pick a plumber. So when I googled plumber Anthony's plumbing came up with Google backing the company! Then I read the reviews and gave them a call. Anthony came out to assess my problem. He was very knowledgeable about what we should do to fix the problem. With the great customer service Anthony provided has made me a customer for good. Will never have to worry about any plumbing needs I know Anthony's plumbing will always be ready to take care of any of them!

At first I was in a bit of shock at the cost of the repair, but then after seeing the amount of work that went into replacing pipe under an existing concrete slab. The house was built back in the late 70's or early 80' I beleive. They could not cut the concrete where the pipe goes and the amount of hand digging done was a lot. I appreciate the amount of effort and time involved. They did very professional and quality work. I am glad we won't need another job done like that again, because like I said the cost was not cheap.

I phoned Belsito after reading a review on Nextdoor. We needed someone who could not only clear our drains, but fix a 10ft. belly in our pipe. From the very start (even the phone call) to the clean up, the customer service we received was outstanding!!! Jared took his time explaining our situation and what needed to be done to get the job fixed! Thankfully he was able to fix our mess through the basement ceiling,saving us the nightmare of digging up our tile and the cost to do so. He did have to cut a good chunk to get to the pipes,but was very careful NOT to disrupt the speakers. He was very careful to drape everything prior to, and saw that it was all cleaned up when he was done. His manager, I believe, came to check on his work, and left shortly thereafter. We requested our personal plumber to come out and fix a leak we were having at our office. They told us they would not be available for a couple of days. Monica Williamson happened to stop by our office the day that we were having issues and said she would be able to get someone out for us right away. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She was able to get a technician out to us immediately, and he fixed our problem on the spot! We are definitely switching our plumbing to Reddi Services from here on out. I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

I would definitely recommend Valleywide Plumbing & Patrick!

Jodie did a fabulous job for me. I would highly recommend this company and Jodie in particular. I had a septic problem and a vent problem on my roof. Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
