I needed a bathtub faucet either rebuilt or replaced. They were very punctual in regards to setting me up in a timeframe that worked for me and within 2 days of the initial conversation. The morning of the service call I received a text stating my technician would arrive shortly with a picture of him and everything. About 20 minutes after that text no one had arrived. I then called them and the man who answered the phone said he would contact him and call me back. In which he did and stated he had to stop for gas which I’m not sure what he drives but that shouldn’t be a 20+ minute delay. He apologized and said the man would arrive shortly. Another 10 minutes goes by and now my whole morning is thrown off by this delay and Jim and a younger guy show up to my door. Jim never once apologizes for being late, instead just asks where is the problem and if I know how to shut off the water. I’m sitting in my dining room and they’re in the master bedroom bathroom and I hear him jabbering on the phone. So now he’s late and on the phone like time isn’t of the essence and my time doesn’t matter. He keeps sending the younger guy back and forth to the truck for tools. They finish in about 30 minutes and Jim just walks past me and out the front door, at least the younger kid spoke to me on his way out. I go into the bathroom afterwards and yes the faucet now works but there’s black handprints all over my shower walls and he caulked the Hot knob bezel crooked to where you can still see the old imprint and outline of the correct placement and there’s residue left all over both knobs that I can’t get off. Very unprofessional with no regard to the customer or the cleanliness of their work and I would not recommend them!

joe at 2 good plumbers & his asst. re-piped my entire house for one- third the price of the other plumbers I contacted. They did a great job & finished exactly when they said they would. I saved over $6000 on the job. He was licensed & insured. what a savings!!!! I would recommend them any time.

I was referred to this company by a close teacher friend. I was looking for someone honest and reliable. Also, a company that charged a fair price. With Wyman, I hit the jackpot. My garbage disposal wasn't turning on. The two gentleman arrived. There was great communication with the company giving me a window so I knew exactly when to be home. The problem was fixed within a few seconds. Bam! I think what I liked most about this plumbing company was that they didn't charge me to have someone come look. Most plumbing companies would charge $50-$100 just for look-sees. Thank you Wyman family for doing a great job and treating me like a valued customer. I plan on using this company again with all my plumbing/water needs.

My a/c slowed down and wasn't cooling--8:30-9:00 pm. I called Parker & Sons as I purchased my a/c from them and have service maintenance and warranty with them. Though it was late, a service man arrived about 20 past midnite. He worked for an hour or so lit by flashlight to repair what he could. My coil had ruptured--so not good. Brian Miracle--yes real name--fixed what he could, ordered a new coil, and got the a/c running so I had some cool air that night. I can't say enough about his professionalism and his attitude--at 1:30 in the morning. 2 days later he came a finished the repair, installing the new coil, cleaning and checking my system. I paid a small service fee, for what was to me, a life saving repair. His knowledge and competence put my mind at ease.Parker and Sons really performed according to and beyond the highest professional standards when they repaired my equipment. I felt as if my welfare mattered--such a change from most services today.To say I highly recommend them doesn't do them justice--but I do, very much so.I am so glad they are my A/C specialists, I trust them to honor their commitments.

I can't say enough about what a great company Deer Valley Plumbing is. My water heater failed while it was still under warranty, and I needed a new one installed, but because I have a direct vent water heater, the company that my home warranty sent out told me I needed to pay $1000 out of pocket for modifications that were needed to install the new water heater. They wouldn't listen to me when I told them I paid several hundred dollars to make those modifications when I had the previous water heater installed 4 years earlier. Then two other plumbing companies agreed that I had to make the modifications and pay for extra parts. Thankfully, a rep at the supply company told me to call Deer Valley Plumbing, and I am so happy I did. They were able to determine from photographs that I did not need the modifications, and they quoted me a price that was half of what the other companies had estimated. And they said they could have the water heater installed the next day. Don, the technician, was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to install the water heater in less than an hour (I had been told it was a 4 to 5 hour job by another plumbing company trying to justify their expensive pricing). My toilet separated from the floor. The hold downs had corroded and broke loose. Called Ms Raegina, Anthony's Plumbing, for help and she set me up with an appointment right away to my convenience. I also wanted both my showers control cartridges replaced since they were each 34 years old. Reply....can do! Anthony, later along with Brandon, arrived. Estimates were clearly given and made sure I understood the scope of the work. Upon approval they got on it. Just the way it should be! During the repair, they respected the property, insured the repair was done correctly and cleaned up before leaving. I have been using them since 2006, yes you will see another review I have done in the past. About 2 years ago. Hmmmmm.....must be a reason I keep using them. They continue to give outstanding service without any worries.From the initial call to Ms Raegina to the time Anthony and Brandon completed the work, you can tell they are a well operating team.
