We have been very happy with their service.
We had them change the bathtub faucet from 3 handles to one handle. The bathtub wall is porcelain tile
and we were afraid that we would have to redo the tile -- but the plumbers assured us that
no tile work would be necessary and there really was no tile work necessary.
They are polite and clean and fair priced and they show up when they say they will.
The best part about their service is that both times that we have used their plumbing service, they did an excellent job!

This company has been nothing but excellent everttime I've needed them.  They have amazing customer service especially Donald, he's prompt and there with any need of service. I was having a hard time understanding something, he explained it to me in a way I understood.

Stefan and his team are AMAZING! We will definitely use services again in the future. He was not only able to help me with my installation but he also helped guide me into the best kit for my current shower system. He even ordered parts for us! Five star service!

Supposedly electrical circuit issue was going to be trouble shot in lieu of the last hvac checkout that was left on our maintenance contract. The electrician did a great job, but was unaware of any reduction/credit for the remaining hvac visit. No one informed him of the credit previously discussed. Great work, but poor communication from the folks that made the appointment.

James, Michelle and Franz did a great job as a team on our outdoor shower installation. We would recommend them to others!

I called them Early this morning they said they would have some one here between 10am & 12 I waited till 1 pm called them . They said they would have some one call me right back !!! They never called back so I called again they said someone was still coming .

Called them back at 3 pm they said if I could reschedule i no ! They said they would try & get some between 4-6 pm . Then called back a few minutes later to tell me they were coming .I cannot reschedule Because no one will be here on Monday . They basically waited till 3.30 pm to let me know they were not coming . It is Friday to late to reschedule someone else to come . NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL

Thought water heater needed to be replaced but Vance checked it out and only needed new thermocouple. Vance saved the day. Will use him again.

Friday morning, I woke up to find that I had a clog in my house's main line - a recurring issue for me, due to a belly in the line that results in a clog around once a year or so - and when my usual plumber wasn't available, I called around for an another plumber. I talked to several that either 1) don't do this work, or 2) weren't available that day. I finally found Simon, who promised to come that same afternoon. I was impressed by his responsiveness and clear communication. I also was impressed by his perfect 5-star rating over 200+ reviews. It turns out that his rating is well deserved! Simon texted me when he was on his way, and arrived at exactly his promised time. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, and is very thorough in his work. And his price is very reasonable. I will happily vouch for his professionalism and integrity, and give the highest recommendation.

These guys are not only fast ( I had to have a hole dug in my kitchen because of pipe) I never thought the repairs would work (old house) let alone be so fast, and tidy. Truth is, I always switched plumbers due to bad experiences, finally I have a plumbing company that actually helps you and does the job. As a woman dealing with contractors you normally figure they are going to BS you - not these guys they actually help you. And go out of their way to get the job done affordably. I cannot thank them enough for making a stressful situation easy

Peerless and their whole crew is awesome. My husband and I bought an older home with bad sewers. We negotiated with the sellers to have the sewers fixed. Peerless came out a few weeks after we closed on our house and completed the work. They didn't discuss billing or payment with us, because their office manager had already arranged the payment of the work with the sellers. Top notch from start to finish.

This is a great company. Very friendly. Very efficient. And very professional. He came out the day that I called and fixed my toilet. Josh, the owner, came out himself with his helper Cree and they did a bang up job.Thank God for Cobra Plumbing.

Chris and his team have been incredibly helpful during our transition to our new home. I originally picked them for a job because they quoted the best price. I’ve used them for multiple jobs in the past few days, and will continue using them in the future because of how responsive, courteous, and helpful they have been.

I needed to change the kitchen Facet, and my Home Insurance send Mr. Zolten Laszlos, from Laszlo's Plumbing, to do the work.

This is an older house, and the kitchen faucet had been there for many year, so it was not an easy job, but Mr.Zolten did a fantastic job! After he was done, he cleaned the area where he worked, leaving it cleaner than it was before he started to work.

Mr. Zolten did an excellent job. I highly recommend him. I wish everyone would be as good, reliable, respectful, and knowledgeble as Mr. Zolten.

I want to say Thank You. I had called on Saturday with an issue regarding the water valves under my kitchen sink, I was having a dishwasher installed. I spoke with Martiza in the office and was so impressed with her professionalism. Maritza called me back when promised and kept me informed of all scheduling. The gentleman arrived on Monday, at the time established, he was extremely professional as well. My home was built in the 50’s and all that goes with it. The water valves were so old a certain replacement valve used, the gentleman didn’t have that on his truck so he went out to get one with hesitation.



The job was taken care of and I can’t Thank You enough for the pride that is taken in the work performed and the professionalism of your team. I have already highly recommended Hero Home Services to my sister, who is a realtor, as well as neighbors and those that I work with. You just don’t get service like this anymore………
