We just had Damon out to help with a really unfortunate drain pipe leak and he went so far above and beyond helping us figure out what we need to do in order to take care of this issue. He was on time (2 minutes early even) and had a very calming demeanor which was very helpful throughout my mild panics due to the severity of the plumbing issue we had. I couldn’t be happier with this service and company and would recommend 10/10! Love this company at the quality of technicians/plumbers they choose to hire!

Justin from DiamondBack Plumbing updated our vanity sink lines and our toilet lines to help prevent any future leaks. He is very knowledgeable having been in the field for 20 yrs. Please note, I have waited about a month since the service, just to make sure the review was not driven by emotions. Initially I was really impressed -- sure they charged me $40 to come out and give an estimate, but felt like they understood the job. Many things were done right. A couple of things were not -- resulting in me (the homeowner) having to break apart the newly set concrete to compensate for an incorrectly installed shower drain. Then, after the tile guy pointed out that the shower valve protruded too far, I had to rip apart the drywall and reset the unit. Ironically, this was the first time I ever hired a plumber (usually do these things myself), but life was busy and I did not have time for this. For the record, I did contact Moon Valley when the issue involving the drywall was noticed and a guy named George seemed mildly interested, but this was not an "emergency" so there was nothing he could do. This was frustrating, but where it got worse was when their customer service person, Sharon M., called me/sent emails, there was no apparent sense of apology, just a great deal of defensiveness. Sure, my tile project would have been put on hold for who knows how long if I did not fix the problems -- but when I reported it, it was not an "emergency" so she did not see what the big deal was about. She stated that I did not give them a chance to fix it -- which is not true -- I contacted them immediately and spoke to George. I think what she meant is that I should have been willing to wait for days for them to get around to stopping by. For the record, no discount was ever offered for my hassles. Ironically, I liked the plumber and despite the issues, that was not was bothered me...we all make mistakes. It was the way Sharon, on behalf of Moon Valley, handled the situation that left me never wanting to do business with Moon Valley again. Their prices are higher than an independent plumber (my experience) -- apparently what you are paying for is "the service".

Christian and Emilio were efficient, knowledgeable, and very courteous and personable! They were able to explain and show me the repair on our water heater. I will definitely call them again for any other plumbing needs we have!

I was disappointed in Parker and sons. I felt I was ripped off. All I needed to be done was to replace a shower cartridge put a new flush item in the toilet and a new bath tub spout. Now looking on line at several sites. The maximum I could find to install a shower cartridge was 200-400 dollars. The piece only cost 17 dollars through Amazon and should only take about 15 minutes for a professional. Next the toilet needed a new flusher which online should of cost me out of pocket about 100 dollars. And the bath tub spout about 100 dollars. So parker and sons only itemized the 3 things I did without putting a part number charge or hours worked. They charged me 1282 dollars. I told the person that was too much since I have replaced the cartridge before myself for 17 dollars. I knew they had me in a rock and a hard place since the wife was complaining about the leak and I couldn't wait a few days and order the parts myself and do it. But 1282 dollars. The max they should of charged me was 600 the most. The next day I was still upset so called Parker and sons and complained and told them I would like a credit for about 500 dollars. But they said no. When I told them I was going to right a bad review on them. They offered a 250 dollar credit. I told the person on the phone that the person hat came out did not itemize the bill for parts or labor. He said they don't do that. They just pull a number out of the air and if you agree then sign this. We'll I would never recommend them to anyone. They are s rip off. And they should still credit me back at least another 250 to satisfy me and then will write a nicer review

Richard did a fantastic, professional job of replacing two bathroom faucets. The shut-off valves under the sink broke during the installation (not his doing) and he replaced those as well. Very friendly, competent, and respectful of our property. Highly recommend

We called Simon around 2pm on a Wednesday due to our water heater leaking water everywhere. He was able to arrive and quote the replacement within an hour, and had the whole unit replaced by 630pm. The service was quick and professional, exactly what we needed. We will call him again for any future plumbing needs that may arise.

I am pleased about their timelines about their job. It was our Gas water heater repair, we called them and they fixed our appointment and did their job on the scheduled time frame. Really impressed, specially Alan was prompt and friendly. Highly recommended.

5 stars are not enough to describe the professionalism this company has. They have been my plumber of choice for the last 10 years and will continue to be as needed. They are always on time and their work speaks for itself and always leaves the area better then they found it

Terrible experience. You must accommodate the companies schedule instead of focusing on the customer. Go with a mom and pop plumber who will offer good customer service instead. They also have this 5 hour window with a half hour notice to show when they head to your residence and then conveniently want to bill you if you do not make it on their schedule. Then ask you to reschedule

This is a great company. I had Bob come service my water softener and then install an RO under my kitchen sink. Bob is great! He is very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and worked efficiently. Many plumbers make commissions selling RO systems. The plumbers at Quail do not make commission off of the RO products. I felt like I got a very honest, upfront and reasonable price for the RO system and service. The scheduling department is also very prompt and friendly. They always got back to me quickly, and everything was done on a timely manner. I'm glad to say I've found a plumber/company I can call for any of my needs. Thank you Quail, you've got yourself a forever customer.
