This company separates from the rest that I called for quotes.
The owner of this company was honest, upfront, didn’t set appointments for a day or two, and GREAT price. Sent a worker same day within a couple hours got to my house and finished the job quick.

Other companies try to to scare you making it seem they literally need to lift the house up to unclog a drain. They can’t bs a bs’er. So i went who put it straight to me and it was this company.

Being without plumbing is like being without power, or internet! A very helpless feeling that you don't think about until it's gone. A call to Ben Franklin Plumbing got us a specialist out right away after our sump pump alarm went off over the weekend. Roger showed up first thing the next morning and he was great! He explained what he was going to do, the different possible outcomes, and the cost of what those outcomes would be. I called late in the morning on Christmas Eve, expecting to be gouged with holiday charges, but to my surprise, they didn’t charge me a trip fee at all and sent a lovely girl, Alayna, who provided us with outstanding service and fixed the problem quickly. Unlike the last company that came out for the same issue a year ago and charged us $450!!!!!!! we were charged just $150 for the same repair and it was done right! It is refreshing to use a company that is honest and fair. I will always use them (Alayna) in the future!

We had a great experience. Our water heater busted and we were able to get a new one installed within 24 hours. We were even able to get an earlier appt due to a cancellation on the same day. Plus their quote was a few hundred less then the other two we received. We feel really good about the service and price!

These guys are not only fast ( I had to have a hole dug in my kitchen because of pipe) I never thought the repairs would work (old house) let alone be so fast, and tidy.
