We had an issue with our ac. Penguin was prompt to respond. We ended up replacing our unit. Penguin worked with our schedules, they were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and all around great. From our first interaction, to calling the office with questions, to follow up to ensure everything was working up to standard. We are very happy with our experience! Great company!!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

This is an excellent company to work with. Tells you honestly what work needs to be done and doesn't try to sell you an entire AC system when all you need is a repair. Great advice. Was ontime and took care in doing his job. Too many AC repair guys today are commissioned sales people. They only want to sell you everything new. It is getting harder to find the people who will do the repair instead of replacing everything. This is a company who will do repairs and also do replacements if that is what you need and want. Would recommend to others.

Mike S was a pleasure to work with. He had good explanations of the work to be done. He answered all of our questions. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. We always enjoy working with Goettl! He even came out on a Sunday to help us get heat the same day!!

The people at 1st Choice Mechanical are awesome. Jared, Justin, Marquis, and Brandon were great to work with. I had a new AC unit installed and the guys worked until it was done, even returning after dark to install a different Thermostat. The business department assisted in financing options and Tori was exceptional with customer service. Your air conditioning always quits after 5pm on Friday night. I called A & M Mechanical and left a message. It said they open at 8am on Saturday. Amy called me first thing on Saturday morning. She said they could get some one out that morning. I was relieved since it was getting pretty warm out. Brad was at my place by 930am. Excellent service. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He didn't take long to diagnose and repair my air conditioner. I will definitely use A & M Mechanical from now on.

2 vents were replaced without switches (and without my knowledge, too). The walls were recently painted and the man pulled the old vent out and it also peeled out the paint. He did not communicate with me about what happened. Dishonesty, over priced and poor quality of work.

Their service was a A+, we have a totally new install Air Systems, work done on time. Wonderful to deal with, very professional and knowledgeable.
