I had a leak between the house and street. I called my service line warranty company who in turn contacted Moon Valley Plumbing. I received a call from MVP that they would have a plumber dispatched in 30 minutes. Dallen arrived within 45 minutes, found and fixed the problem. Moon Valley Plumbing will get all of my plumbing business going forward. Great service.

Thanks to Custom Plumbing of Arizona I can use my bathroom again! Their prices are great, they came out the same day and there was no extra charge for this rush service which we desperately needed because we only have one bathroom in our house. Nash B. was our plumber and he was very polite and knew what he was doing. He fixed our plumbing problem and didn't leave until he knew that we had working plumbing which I am so grateful for. Received a same day appointment. If you are available all day, you can get a cheaper rate. The company called, emailed, and text to let me know Roger was on his way. Roger arrived, introduced himself, and got to work quickly. Although no fault of Roger’s, we did find out my year old home has some issues with the plumbing... really unhappy about that! Roger fixed the current issue, cleaned up, and was on his way. I don’t think this is the cheapest company out there, but I received good service so it lessens the heartbreak of the cost. I’m really hoping I do not need to see Roger our his company again, but if I do, I would give them a call.

I needed to replace 2 aging HVAC systems. Justin Mason and crew were courteous, friendly, and hard working. I appreciate their time to install 2 systems on the same day.

I contacted Deer Valley Plumbing to resolve some inspection issues prior to closing on the sale of our house. I call them mid morning and by 1:30 pm there was a technician here. Deer Valley text me with a picture of the technician and approx arrival time. Eric did an excellent job in fixing each issue on the inspection report. Eric was friendly, professional and performed a thorough job in making sure every thing was up to Code. He also took pictures and provided a summary. I highly recommend Deer Valley Plumbing. I believe this is my 7th time using Option One. Usually it is a slow drain or a clog when I call them. I wouldn't keep using them if they didn't do their job. I had a slow bathroom drain today and the last time was a year and a half ago for the same thing. You have to expect that. The last time I called was for a kitchen clog, which was not as long ago, but the kitchen sink is still draining. I am happy with Option One and they are inexpensive compared with other plumbing companies.

My toilet separated from the floor. The hold downs had corroded and broke loose. Called Ms Raegina, Anthony's Plumbing, for help and she set me up with an appointment right away to my convenience. I also wanted both my showers control cartridges replaced since they were each 34 years old. Reply....can do! Anthony, later along with Brandon, arrived. Estimates were clearly given and made sure I understood the scope of the work. Upon approval they got on it. Just the way it should be! During the repair, they respected the property, insured the repair was done correctly and cleaned up before leaving. I have been using them since 2006, yes you will see another review I have done in the past. About 2 years ago. Hmmmmm.....must be a reason I keep using them. They continue to give outstanding service without any worries.From the initial call to Ms Raegina to the time Anthony and Brandon completed the work, you can tell they are a well operating team. Issac, the tech, was super honest and came out at midnight to help. When he couldn’t fix it right then he explained why and that he would return first thing in the morning. He returned first thing and fixed it. He was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend him and actually have already given the company’s info and his name to friends.

We were doing a bathroom remodel that converted a walk-in shower to a bathtub/shower on a third floor apartment-style condo. The plumber that was going to install our tub bailed on us and we were in a bind. We needed a plumber to install the bathtub before the flooring could be installed, which was less than a week away. We contacted several plumbers on a Saturday, and Simon was one of the two who agreed to come out and look at the project and give us a bid that same day. Simon was the first to look at our space. He was very professional and explained to us even better than the previous plumber exactly what the process would entail. He was very knowledgeable, having experience with both commercial and residential plumbing issues. He said he could get us on his schedule, but with such short notice he would have to charge a premium, and advised us to talk to others to see if we could get a better deal. We did, and Simon was hands down the most knowledgeable and the most comfortable with doing the work. Being on the third floor of an apartment-style condo, with the possibility of leaks affecting neighbors below, was a nerve-wracking position to be in, but Simon seemed unfazed. And not in an arrogant, over-confident way, but in the way of someone who is experienced and skilled at their job. We agreed to pay the premium to secure Simon for the job and we couldn't be happier with the work he did. He followed up with installing the shower fixtures a couple weeks later when the tile was completed. We have worked with several plumbers over the last couple of decades of being homeowners, and Simon and his crew were a pleasure to work with. The best we've worked with so far, in fact. We look forward to hiring them for any plumbing work we might have in the future.
