Goettl tech Elvin was simply fabulous. He arrived on time, wore his shoe covers whenever in the house. Did a thorough check of heating system and is having the manufacturer confirm his readings. We had a problem with the AC condensation overflowing into shower, found our primary outflow hose and vacuumed out the hose - it now works. He checked all the reading in the AC Unit on the roof and then replaced the batteries in the smoke alarms.

He communicated with us every step of the way - excellent.

Finally, as we have the Sadie Maintenance Package there was not additional charges. We could not be happier with the service.

Look, there's a reason this place has so many excellent reviews. I got oh so many quotes to replace my AC unit and move to a heat pump. Not only was Day & Night reasonably priced, the salesperson, Brian, was incredibly pleasant and responsive to deal with. We ending up having them not just install a new 5 ton roof unit, but fix some bad ductwork. The technicians, led by Eric, arrived on time, did their work efficiently, and were also super professional. Our house is now heating and cooling MUCH more evenly and efficiently. Our air conditioner broke on a Sunday when our daughter and grandson were visiting from Boston. They are not used to hot weather. I called quite a few air-conditioning companies. Some didn’t answer the phone, some couldn’t come until the next day because they don’t work on weekends. Only Lincoln Air and Plumbing could send someone out that day! Daniel arrived and check things out but needed to come back the next day because he needed to review the system with the manufacturer. I have environmental illness and cannot tolerate scented products and the next day he arrived wearing nothing scented! He figured out how to get our air conditioner working without the part that was needed as a temporary fix until he could get the part. When he returned with the part he remembered to once again not wear anything scented and I had no reactions! He went above and beyond for us and I recommend Daniel and his company to everyone.

We began the day seeking a quote for hot water heater replacement.Without prior knowledge or preparation, Ramesh coordinated with Kris and Joe Lord to install a water softener in addition to the new hot water heater, along with two cartridges and a faucet.All of the work was done in an absolutely professional manner, but also in a very friendly way. The installation was remarkable, especially in contrast to the prior amateurish install.There are pictures of the finished product. The entire extemporaneous project was completed by sundown.We could not be more satisfied with the quality of the work that was done or the skilled tradesman that performed it.Kudos to your entire staff.

Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.
