Gabe is excellent! I called and left a message he text back within 15 minutes. I text back letting him know what we are needing. He let me know he has a family emergency but can help as soon as family members showed up at the hospital. I informed him family first. He came over in about 2 hours hooked up our washer and dryer. absolutely awful. firstly the handyman ruined 3 drawers by drilling incorrect holes in them. after returning with the new ones, the “finished” job left 2 noticeable nicks on my pantry. one handle isn’t tightened. another handle isn’t even on one of the screws; the screw is just sticking out. i would give zero stars if possible. i cannot believe this is acceptable. please use Ace handyman services instead and save yourself the headache and money.

My 13 year old HVAC system quit the day after Christmas. I was able to make a repair appointment for the early morning of the next day. The service call revealed the repair cost wasn't practical for a system that old. I decided to have the system (2 units and air handlers) replaced, and three teams arrived at 7 a.m. the following day to do the complete replacement. I've been using Parker & Sons for over 20 years and they've never let me down.
