I recently had a plumbing issue. This company went above and beyond my expectations. They kept in contact with me while I was on will call. Updated me when a spot became available and even gave me an accurate ETA. Anthony was our Plumber, he was very knowledgeable and respectful. Highly recommend! I cannot say enough great things about this company! Albert and Joel were a blessing to work with in a very stressful time and their crew are amazing. We had an emergency major repair and both Albert and Joel consistently checked in on the progress their crew was making and gave me up to date progress reports on how things were going and explanations when they needed to try something a different way. I also very much appreciated that they offer a Veteran discount. Will use again for all plumbing needs :)

They were supposed to come out Friday between 2:00 and 4:00 not even a phone call had to call them no clue, said that they will come in the morning between 10:00 and 10:30. We shall see I will write another review. Bad communications. It was a no-show, To extend on my other review writing, 4 days later they contacted me from Friday to now Tuesday they really have the worst communication skills I've ever come across and their equipment doesn't seem to work. You cannot rely on them to do what they say!

Reddi Heroes sent Jorge Prieto-Moran within 3 hours of my request for a plumber. Jorge was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He looked at my exterior leak as it bubbled up onto my front yard. He felt he knew what the problem was likely to be and gave me an estimate within 10 minutes of getting to my house. He worked for 21/2 hours to repair a leak in the main water pipe to my house. His work was neat and he carefully explained the problem and how he repaired it. When he left, the yard was clean and no evidence of the repair remained. I was very satisfied with his work and I was happy to learn a little more about my home and how the water service worked. I received a detailed invoice with a 1 year warranty for parts and labor. The cost was exactly what the estimate was. I would enthusiastically recommend Reddi Heroes. Also, Mr Prieto-Moran was an excellent representative for the company.

We’ve hired Clint several times now for a few issues that popped up in our home. He has consistently provided exceptional service and I have 100% confidence in his repairs. I rarely write reviews but I know how hard it can be to find trustworthy tradesmen. I highly recommend Clint if you want the job done right the first time. High quality, responsive, punctual, and professional.

Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. I will always use and recommend them. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP TODAY!!

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Arthur & One Call Plumbing Services. Jesse restored my faith in plumbers when the first plumber I hired left within 5 minutes because he was allergic to cats. Thankfully, Rooter Rangers came and did a marvelous job. My name is Mark Z I had a plugged up toilet. The owner of the facility called option. One plumbing had a really terrible experience with the last guy. I told the man I hope I don’t have a bad experience with you. He was very polite. His name is Sammy. He did a fantastic job not only did he go way above the call of duty it was fixed, and I give him a thumbs up.

Lupe was our technician and he was great. Greeted my wife and I on time and started to assess our leak. Once he found the problem he laid out a few scenarios and gave us bids. He was very knowledgeable and advised us on which option would be best but didn’t try and push us to the most expensive one. I really respect a company and service provider that understands you need help and does all they can to make sure they leave the situation in a better place than when they arrived.

Mr. Rooter was to me within 2 hours of calling! How fantastic is that! I received exemplary service from Danny Try a TRUE PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER! He was very thorough, and I could tell by his knowledge that he has been in the business for quite some time. He explained everything in detail what the problem was, He was very nice. There’s so much to say, I could write a short story here. In a time when customer service isn’t really commonplace; this company takes it up past the top notch. From the first phone call and friendly voice on the line, things were great. Service was same day and within 2 hours of the call. They texted a photo of the tech coming out AND a bit of their ‘story’ before they ever arrive.
