Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

micro was able to send a technician out the same day to get our water heater replaced. Our tech was knowledgeable and professional and finished the job quickly and quietly.

Worst company. They collected $640 from us and were trying to collect money from the insurance company as well for the same service. Their final word was to get another company to give us an estimate after they supposedly located the broken pipe, and were going to start working.
Reported for Insurance fraud, Federal Trade Comission for this guy business practice.

My fiance was home when the worker arrived. After looking at our furnace, he told her about a host of problems, but was unable to diagnose the cause of the thing we called about - a strange whine which recently started whenever the furnace is running. Much of what he told us felt like scare tactics designed to convince us to buy a new furnace; that there was a crack in our coil, that it could cause a C0 leak in our house, and that MUD typically shuts off the gas for this kind of issue. Further, he told her that both our furnace and A/C unit were too old, and we should just replace them instead of attempting repair. They are 16 years old and original to the house.He also told my fiance that the freeon in our A/C unit is illegal as of the first of this year. I'm not really sure what the implication there is - that we won't be able to purchase the freeon anymore, that we should replace the furnace, or that we were in possession of an (now) illegal substance? In any case, it wasn't the most helpful remark. Conveniently, the worker also mentioned that the company just so happens to have a deal right now, where we can buy a new furnace and get a free A/C unit. The worker advised he would be back on Wednesday with a more detailed quote on the costs of replacing our furnace and AC versus repairing the former, but unfortunately, we never heard from him, neither in person nor via phone call or email. I'm extremely disappointed in the scare tactics, the shameless sales pitch and the lack of follow through from this company.

I requested a quote and Fernando responded almost immediately and we set up a time the next day for an appointment. Since we have an unusual size valve in our toilet they had to order it online but that arrived quickly and the next morning they returned to fix the toilet. The communication was great and the service was fast and friendly. I have found the plumber that I will call anytime I have another plumbing issue. I can’t recommend them enough!

Called a plumber on Monday morning to see if someone could help us with some clogged drains. They referred me to Omaha Drain and we were able to get someone to come right away. Jesse was our person for Monday, he was very friendly and professional , was upfront with recommendations and what the cost would be. He spent awhile trying to unblock our sink drain all the while with a smile on his face. We had to schedule someone to come the next day to hydro jet our lines and Collin and Paul were the two that did this. They were also very professional and courteous and finished the job for us . I wouldn’t hesitate to call Omaha Drain in the future. Very happy with results.
