Matt at Plumbrite was very professional and helpful. After I tried to fix my water heater myself I could not do it. Plumbrite was the first company to take my call on a Saturday afternoon after I made calls to seven other companies and made it to my house the same day. After having a professional and honest approach to me as a homeowner about my water heater and it’s history. Provided me with options to take care of my water heater. Matt did not try to be a salesman. Allowed my wife and I to go with an option that fits for us. Even came the very next day and installed the water heater on a Sunday. If I ever have a need for plumbing, Plumbrite will be my first call for now on.

Justin and Dan came out to jet my sewer line in May 2022. They were awesome! Explained everything I asked about and did a MUCH better job clearing the lines of tree roots than other plumbers had done in the past. I could see the evidence on the cameras. Great response time and efficiency! I had previously had another company look at my leaking toilet. I had to wait 3 days for them to just come look at it. They found there was a cracked flange at the base. They had to order the part. Over three weeks later, still no part and no working toilet. Found Plumrite through a Google search. Called the office and they had Justin to my house that afternoon. He located the part and had it fixed within an hour! Service was courteous, quick, efficient and he answered all of my questions! We will be calling them for all of our plumbing needs!

The drain pipe for our washer was backing up into the basement. Justin was out to our house almost within an hour of my service call. He called ahead to make sure I was home and the timing worked okay. He was very efficient, friendly, shared helpful information and had some great recommendations for future prevention. He went over costs and expectations before he began working so I knew exactly what was happening. Let me run this from the beginning. 1st call Monique was super pleasant and professional. 2nd Justin comes out and does everything he can to open up my drain. Comes back the next day first thing and tries again. Justin and the crew do everything not to have to dig into my yard and open the main line. FYI I was NOT getting charged by the hour. They charge for the service. So Justin has to break bad news to very stressed out lady. In comes Bill and crew same day and install a new main with ports for access in the yard. I contacted this business to get a quote for a few things that I needed done around my house, not only did they give me an outrageously expensive cost to do such a minor repair. But after the service technician was done they had the nerve to ask me to pay a 49.00$ service fee. This was never mentioned before. I even emailed the company asking about this unexpected charge and they did not even have the professionalism or the curtisy to respond to my email. I would stay far away from this company.

I called two plumbers on a Saturday when I noticed a pipe in my basement ceiling was leaking with a wind chill of -17 degrees outside. One of the companies said they couldn't come until Mon. I had no water! The second company said he would be there when he finished a job. Guess what - he never showed up (waited all day) No answer even when I called to check on his arrival time & then texted-no reply. I then call Matt-now it was Sunday! He came over on that SUNDAY when he heard I'd had no water for two days. He quickly saw where the pipe had burst installed a correct faucet on the exterior which caused the problem. He completed the entire fix and his fee was more that fair. He deserves your business!

We have a commercial building that after moving into it, we learned the sewer main outside the building did not have proper slope and we had sewage backing up into the building.

Needing to get the sewer main replaced quickly and with the least amount of interference on the building tenants were a priority for us.

I called Plumbrite on a referral and I am glad I did. We not only had a very fairly priced bid, but the project was completed so quickly that it went relatively unnoticed by our tenants as they made every effort to not impact day-to-day operations.

Could not unclog the bathroom sink stated they needed a bigger machine i explained to the workers we had an ongoing problem with the sink charged 50 for a service fee the plumber said I was crying about 50 dollars I said give me the 50 back if it's not a big deal I will not recommend service from them

A two hour job was over $1500.00. Parts cost were about $300, which equates to a labor/overhead rate of $600.00 an hour. Matt's a good plumber, however, he won't get our business again at these prices.

Honestly, they did a great job, but I thought it was a bit pricey for the small amount of parts they used to finish the job and the short time it took. Would I use them again yes . I had a bit of an emergency and they showed up and fixed it so at the end of the day that is all that matters. However if you have the opportunity get multiple bids on your job.

We had a cracked pipe in the main stack under the toilet. The guys came in the morning to assess the repair. We had an estimate in our hands by noon. They are truly pro's. I thought this would take at least two days to replace the stack top to bottom. They had it done in one. I highly recommend them.

We scheduled PlumbRite to come to our house to look at and possibly repair 2 leaky faucets, one in kitchen and one on bathtub. It cost $50 for them to show up, which would presumably apply to the repair. I took off work to meet the plumber in a 3 hour window, and he literally showed up in the last 5 minutes of the window (at least he wasnt late). After looking at the leaks, he claimed he could try to fix the kitchen faucet, but it likely wouldnt work. He produced an estimate ranging from $300 to fix it, to $900 to replace it. Shame on us for looking to the professionals to fix something that literally took a $20 part from Lowes and 15 minutes to fix. We would have gladly paid a fair price for the convenience of not having to mess with it, and i suspect this technician knew full well what the problem was. I guess it wasnt worth his time to earn the $50 already paid. Instead it seems he was there for the up-sell. When you lose customers to other providers, or to YouTube DYI, now you know why.

We developed an issue with the water heater that was installed less than a year ago. PlumbRite needed to come out a couple of times to resolve it. They came out the same day or the next day I called. Both times the technician explained the work to be done and effectively completed it. The issue was fixed at a reasonable price. The woman who booked our appointment and the technician were both friendly, helpful, and professional.

We had a main sewer line that needed to be replaced. Anyone who knows about these types of problems knows they are big jobs. I talked with Matt and felt a trust right away. I wasn't disappointed. his crew did a fantastic job replacing the entire line from the house to the street. We had a floor drain overflowing while using the washing machine. Jason arrived promptly as scheduled, reviewed the problem and gave me a fixed quote to do the snaking of the 3 inch drain pipe. After giving my approval he expeditiously completed the work and cleaned up so I could not even tell that he had been there. He was very courteous and nice to visit with the whole time. He actually ran three wash loads of water through the drain to assure the blockage was gone. Jason was very professional and up to speed on his trade. Final fee was exactly as quoted. We have used PlumbRite for two years and Matt and his team are always amazing. Justin came out recently to disconnect and reconnect the plumbing under our sink for a counter install. He was on time, respectful of my property, friendly, honest, safe, and professional. I needed some unexpected, additional work completed and he was able to get it completed during the same appointment. I decided to give plumbrite a chance based on their very good Google reviews. We called to get an estimate, they came out at a very reasonable time frame and the tech was knowledgeable and gave me an estimate which I agreed to. The time frame he gave me was 2 to 4 weeks depending on some other jobs which I was just fine with. However, we have tried calling 2 times to just get put on the schedule to get the job completed and both times we were told that they would reach out to the tech and get back to us. Nobody has reached out to us and we are now past 5 weeks since the original 2 to 4 week time frame. A simple phone call to be put on a schedule so we know when we can expect this done is not to much to ask. Very disappointed!

I called Monday with a clogged drain and talked with Mason. She professionally asked for details and set an appointment for Wednesday. I received confirmation for the appointment by a phone message and on the day of the service got a reminder. I thought that was a very good business practice (Plumbrite needs to add their name to their response - by the way). Daniel arrived on time, examined the problem, gave an estimate, and then brought in the equipment and did what he said needed to be done. He cleaned up afterwards, and left after about three hours. A very nice and thoroughly professional young man. I would use this company again without question.

If you know anything about home repair replacing a main drain from your home to the city sewer is a huge job. It's messy, disruptive to your lawn and flower beds and usually means tearing up sidewalks or driveways. I did not have this experience because I chose to hire PLUMBRITE. They have a new method to replace a broken main sewer pipe where they literally pull a new plastic pipe which they weld (on site) together and then pull the new pipe (in our case 120 feet) through the existing broken main drain pipe from the street to our house. It was the most interesting home improvement project I have ever done or had done and when they were finished you didn't even know they were there. I can't say enough good things about PLUMBRITE and would recommend them to anyone who has an older home plagued by tree roots clogging your drain. Matt Simet is the owner and he and his crew are professional, polite and considering the job have great sense of humor. It was a pleasure to do business with Matt. THANK YOU!!!

Our kitchen sink was clogged, not draining at all. We called Plumbrite at approximately 11 AM. They had a guy at our house by 2 PM same day. Shaun Craig came in and got right to work. Took all precautions to keep our floors clean at all times. He got the drain unclogged and draining great. Shaun was courteous and very professional. After less than an hour of work, the plumber said that wasn't as hard as i thought and took $40 off. No itemization on invoice showing why I was charged nearly $600 for a water line. Terrible value, I really wish I had got in touch with another plumber. One that won't overcharge for an over estimation of work. I guess plumbers will hustle customers, too

All the other plumbers I called did not give me the time of day and they didn’t see the urgency of the situation. Kevin was quick and very assertive to find the leak, which ended up being a significant one. Ended up replacing my main line to the street. My kitchen was spotless when he entered it and after he was done installing my new faucet, he left it the same way that he found it. They thawed out my water pipes. I called in the morning and they were out by 2 pm. Very curtious and helpful.. had the water running in less then 30 mins. I called Plumbrite after the plumbers I had scheduled before didn’t have the parts they needed to fix my issue. This was a minor fix and every plumber should carry these parts with them. Since they didn’t have the parts I was going to have to wait until next week to get it fixed. It was 4:00 pm on Friday and Plumbrite was there in an hour! Matt was knowledgeable, professional, and had everything to fix the problem. When I have plumbing issues again Plumbrite will be my plumber.

I had a leaking pipe connecting to my washing machine, it was clearly affecting the drywall and I had no idea how to fix it. It also rusted the laundry water supply line box. I called Plumbrite and they were able to have someone out to give me a free estimate. While the estimate was more than I had anticipated, I went with Plumbrite because they were very professional, kind and answered other plumbing questions I had. The next day they came back and performed the work. Overall I'm really satisfied with their job, everything appears to be functional again and my laundry room was left clean and orderly. Came home to no water and downstairs bathroom flooded. I called 5 other companies before PlumbRite and they all said next week even for emergency. Plumbrite quickly answered, simple name address, and issue on the phone, and Guaranteed to be at my house before midnight and I called around 8:45pm.

Installer quickly explained fee and what is needed. Found a burst pipe, fixed it and noticed a smaller leak and ended up finding another part of the pipe broke. Glad he spent time testing and redoing otherwise he would have had to come back. Even carried my soaking wet insulation to my trash can!

Very easy, quick, and clear. The $200 trip charge for after hours is tough but still understandable especially if what is going on with our weather.

This was the most horrible experience! We paid after hours to come after 530p on Thursday night. Logan does not know what he's doing. He said he'd take care of us and we didn't hear back from him Friday, Saturday or Sunday. On Monday we received a text that they would arrive at the home between 8a - 9a. They didn't come so we called and they told us Logan would be calling to give us our options. I called the office to complain and she apologized and said she would call me back within 10 minutes. A few hours later she called and said they would get us taken care of. Logan called and gave us a 4000 quote - over twice what it cost to have the same job done last year. it was a difficult job and it was above Logan's skill level and he just didn't want to do the job. Aksarben is coming out today, thank God - 6 days with no hot water. Thank you, Plumbrite and Logan, for leaving us high and dry! Logan told us we are customers he looks forward to helping and he would put a gold star by our name for being so nice. Maybe we were too nice! Skip over this one and call the next company, folks! You will thank me!

When Cooper G. first stepped into our home, he walked in with a smile that was so welcoming, we knew that this was going to be a good fit. He is kind, considerate, professional but friendly and compassionate which you don’t find a lot these days. He went above and beyond for us. He was always on time or early and would wait till 8a before coming to the door. He respectfully, every morning would tell us what he was going to accomplish for the day and at the end of his day, everyday, he would let us know what was done and what was happening for tomorrow. He also let us know any time he was leaving for lunch or needed more supplies. He would also make sure everyday that any mess he made was cleaned before he left. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends when needing any type of plumbing.

On his final day, I asked him if there was any cardboard from the water heater so we could cover up the places that needed drywall, he said he had some out in his truck that he would get when he finished in the basement. Well to our surprise he was covering them up for us, so now we can go pick up our kitties and not worry about one or both being so curious that they see the holes and try to jump in.

I would recommend for someone that works as hard as he does, with the passion and commitment he has shown, to be recognized!

I had an extensive plumbing repair performed by Plumbrite. My entire plumbing stack was replaced from the basement to the roof, my lavatory lines including my toilet and shower drainage pipes were replaced, and they replaced my kitchen sink drainage pipe. The two excellent technicians I had for this job were Joshua Wood and his apprentice Austin Grife. They were punctual, professional, great with my pet, and answered all the questions my wife and I posed to them respectfully. If you are getting work done by Plumbrite you should request these technicians.

My wife and I bought our very first home not even a week ago. With it being an old home, we were expecting some issues, but we were rather disheartened to learn that we needed a large amount of new cast iron sewer piping, and also had a significant amount of roots growing into the lines under the house. Frozen pipes, called and immediately got service scheduled same day. They notified me by text/email 30 minutes prior to arrival and showed a pic of who was coming. Both plumbers were outstanding! My technician John Herbert was amazing! He was here within 30-45 minutes for an emergency call on a Saturday and the company had the cheapest fee. He walked me through step by step what I did wrong, how to fix it & how to do it properly the next time. He even took the time to answer questions about other plumbing issues and gave his opinion on those. Would 100% recommend plumbrite & John for any plumbing issues you have!!

These days, its entirely too hard to find good tradespeople.. no one wants to work anymore, and its always off to the next job. Not knowing if the issue is solved or not, but glad to bill you. I had an extremely bizarre issue at my house, so I called Plumbrite after a previous company left throwing their hands in the air. Enter Justin with Plumbrite - if you are a plumber, this is the plumber and company you should model yourself after.. honest, courteous, efficient and most importantly thorough. After describing the problem, and what the other company had done (not much), Justin went to work. Methodically checking things the other company hadn't even thought to check, when the issue was identified, he had the parts with him on the truck. My wife was thrilled, she thought I fixed the issue because he got it done so quickly, it was done before she got home!

Everything went well and seems to still be working fine thankfully! They followed through on everything they said they would and did quality work it seems. One plumber maybe wasn't super professional, but I'm not worried about that. One was still learning but worked hard. He may have made some very minor mistakes, but he worked hard and cared about the quality of the job, so I didn't mind. My home was left very dusty and dirty because of the work. I wish that dust at least could have been minimized more, but I know this work is messy. The office people were very responsive. I did have like 3 or 4 different people and numbers contacting me, though, and that got a little confusing. I would have preferred to do the negotiating and communication of time and price with one (at most two) people in the office. The priced seemed high, but I think that is just our world now. Everything costs more. I'm willing to pay more if the work is high quality and will last, though.

I had Shaun Craig come out to clear a basement drain line that wasn't draining after some basement bathroom work had been done. Shaun was real honest with me about what was going on, and did more than just the minimum. He cleaned out some other pipes around that clog just to be sure and give us peace of mind, and didn't charge us for doing that. Would definitely recommend him and this business in the future.

They rerouted several water pipes, installed new water pipes and replaced an aging out of code sink drain. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Your plumber kevin and his helper (Justin or Johnny) came out to my house to finally fix the garbage disposal that husband had left in not working condition for 4 months. He doesn’t do dishes so did not realize or care of the importance. Anyways, they convinced me on a better disposal and I am so glad I did, it is so much quieter and I can barely hear it. My husband was obviously going to fix it that weekend, not likely. I guess I should have married a plumber, that helper Justin or Johnny was pretty easy on the eyes 😍

I can not say enough about how great the Plumbrite team is! Super professional and you’ll feel safe when discussing the scope of the project. I wish I could say they came and did a great job snaking my kitchen sink instead of replacing the main sewer line under the street, but that’s the point, what ever your issue is, they can handle it quickly and efficiently.

The technician was scheduled to show up at 2:30 to 3 o'clock didn't show up until almost 5. He called around 4:30 to tell me he was just then on his way.
They came out confirmed the leak was the inline heater on my newly installed jacuzzi tub. Aparently, it is missing seals. I live 1 exit away from Menards. I ask If I go get a new heater w/ seals if they would stay to complete the job or come back? Honest question, I'm paying to have my leak fixed right?
They respond with disdain saying it's past 5pm. To deter me further inform me they get paid $150.00 hr to wait or to come back im told its another $140.00 service call plus $150.00 hr. I choose the cheaper option and ask them to wait while i get another heater w/ seals. Of course the new $200.00 heater doesn't come with the seals. These 1 1/2in seals im told are 'specialty' parts. The tech said he called Menards and they don't carry them. I was charged almost $200.00 for plumbing services but my tub still isnt functional.

I go to return the new heater, and look for these 'special' seals. They ARE on the shelf, and cost $5.49!

I have a couple small plumbing projects: sink install, a shower drain install left but also my main line has to be replaced. For the supervisor to come bid this is a $30.00 fee.
Based on my experience this company isn't someone I would recommend, and absolutely will not be contracting my future plumbing needs.

Maybe I'm old fashioned, or don't understand the process? If you pay for a service shouldn't it be done? When a seal is standard why is it not carried on 1 of the 2 company trucks? And why cut future sales by being shady.

We have used Plumbrite a couple of times- Justin and his crew are always professional and masters at their craft. This company and its employees are fair and honest which is very important to me.

I had a silcock capped off and redirected to anotjer room in my basement. Not an easy job since the silcock pipe was behind drywall and an installed shower. My service tech Jordan C was awesome! He was respectful, patient, clean, and honest. He listened to my questions. He let me know step by step what he was going to do and also provided me with what the procedure would be if he ran into a snag. He had booties and tarps and he used them. After the job was done he cleaned everything up. It was like he was never there. PlumbRite would always call me back right away and answer all my questions and concerns. They have great follow-up skills. I give PlumRite and Jordan C 10 stars. You guys are the best. A shout out to Justin? He came out to estimate the job. He took his time, measured, and told me how it would work. He provided the estimate the same day that he came out to the house. PlumbRite is now my go to plumbing company. Thank you for doing such an awesome job and proving stellar customer service!

Replaced an old non functioning sump pump. Receptionist was friendly and professional. Arranged a service time quickly. John arrived on time and was very courteous and clean. Diagnosed quickly and had a new pump functioning in less than 2 hours from arrival to departure including a trip back to get supplies(about 15 min). Gave a variety of repair/replace options and price was reasonable. I would use this firm again.

I had a great experience. The plumber technician Daniel was very polite and helpful and patient he answered any questions I had for him and he answered them in a professional manner. I am very happy with their service!

I will not use any other plumbing service EVER. These guys know what they're doing, and they don't leave unless it is done to perfection. I cant speak on all of the employees, but Josh W. is an absolute gem. I make sure to request him any time I've needed Plumbrite services. THANK YOU JOSH! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!
