Bought a new toilet this month. Spent hundreds on plumbers who installed it but could not get it to stop leaking. Eyman also struck out on the first visit, but on the second one Wayne took off the tank and discovered a flaw from the factory that was the cause. He went above and beyond and did a great job!

We've used this company twice. Both times, the plumbers were prompt, courteous, and professional. They did an excellent job. Will call them again as needed. ADDITION: used Eyman a third time (water heater installation); another great experience. John A. was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. When a leak developed as a result of the installation (not his fault; new copper to old steel), John then walked us through all the options; no pressure sales. He helped us find the best solution (that also turned out to be the cheapest). Great customer service with good quality, honesty, and integrity!

Just wanted to share a plumbing story and a referral.

We had EYMAN PLUMBING come out to take care of cleaning out our main line.

Mind you this was more than just snaking our line. We needed it to be descaled.
We had another company come out initially and they quoted us $1800. That was a little more than I could swallow. So I contacted a second company who quoted us $1000. Seemed more reasonable but still more than i felt neccassary.
Eyeman was the 3rd company i contacted and they charged by the hour and not the job so i took my chances that it wasnt going to take them 6 hours and end up being more then the 2nd quote.
Jake was the tech who came out. I explained to him my situation and what we were told needed done. He proceeded to evaluate the situation and told me it could use descaling to hopefully prevent the backup problem we had. He was very honest and didnt up-sell and actually talked me out of doing more because it was not neccassary where the other company had us convinced we needed more.
In total it took him an hour. He showed me the before and after using his camera. He was very knowledgable, polite, and professional.
What started out as an $1800 job ended up costing me $202.😁

Emailed late on a Sunday night and by 7:00am we had an appt w/ Jeff to install our water heater. The job became a bigger project than we could do and Jeff came and was patient while trying to figure out what was going on. He did a great job installing and was great to work with. He even gave us a few pointers! Eyman is great. I know when we call the job gets done right the first time and if we ever have a question we get answers!

I needed some plumbing work done in my bathroom. Terry W was fast, efficient and got my repair made for less than I had planned. I love this company and call them whenever I need any plumbing help.

Eyman came out to our business to work on a water source heat pump. The speedy service and price were great! But what really stood out was The tech they sent. Kevin was AWESOME! My husband called and made a service appointment on a Monday. First available time was for Thursday, which was fine as the service needed was not urgent. We got a call the next day (Tuesday) morning and they had gotten a cancellation and were able to come in 30 minutes! Our technician was Joe R. He was able to identify our two problems with our master bathroom shower and toilet quickly. Took about an hour and even noticed another problem we had no idea about. Fixed that problem and he was done. He was very friendly and kind. He explained everything he did and even asked if I wanted him to wear a mask! Very professional and will use him and Eyman

Have used this company 2 different times and they have been very professional, polite, and get the job done right. They don't try to upsell me to different products or pressure me with unwanted repairs. There are other companies that do this and it can really be frustrating. These guys don't do that and I am so happy for that.

UPDATE! EVEN WORSE! AVOID EYMAN!!!
I had complained about Eyman and their poor handling of my account, my boiler and their service in general. In March they messed me about... my complaint listed below.
Someone called me to see about setting things right, and they said they would wipe the slate clean for any outstand invoices - the man who came out and knew noting about boilers. This was forgiven and I got an invoice showing NOTING OWED. That was appreciated.
HOWEVER 11 months later they are trying to collect on a bill that was erased-forgiven and removed. Are they desperate for money? Are they just incompetent?
DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH EYMAN! they do not seem to be able to keep their word!

I have been a good client for many, many years with Eyman. Always had prompt and reliable service. But recently, I am not pleased at all. Had an issue with the boiler, they sent out some guy who had no clue, as he had only been with the company for 3 months and not a boiler person, even thought I gave detailed information to the office to schedule the appointment. NEXT, another issue, the boiler did not fire, again I explained what was wrong, in detail to the office, they sent out a man with boiler experience. fine. I told him in detail again what the issue was, he finally nailed it down and said he had to get the part, he would either be back later or the next morning. No follow up communication... I had to call the office a few times to get any answers other than they are all in a meeting. Finally talked to someone...They said they did not have the part, and no one had one. NO ONE??? really??!! there are like and kind parts that could have been installed to get me some heat. So far... 3 days, no heat... not fun. When I talked to the last person in the chain, she was rather snotty and said they had to order the part. So, it was not ordered yesterday when the man ran out the door to get one... She said it would take 2 more business days to get it into their place, (or maybe more) and then we would have to schedule an appointment once the part arrived. So, that means over the rest of the week and weekend no heat, and that it won't be until mid-next week before I can get something resolved. So already 3 days now, no heat... and then I have to wait another 6 days before they can do anything? VERY DISSATISFIED!!! if you want good service, this USED to be the place, but no more. A shoddy way to do business. Remember an happy client tells 1-2 people, an unhappy one tells 10 or more.

Had to have our faucet replaced and Dave D was the technician who came out. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and why our water pressure was low. Very helpful and professional! Will definitely be calling them again in the future!

If I have any future needs I will 100% be contacting Eyman again! Greg was fantastic. He came over for an emergency flooding on a Saturday and at my request (for him) returned a few days later to take care of some other things. He gave me full explanation of what he was doing and what we can do in the future to help with the longevity of our pipes and plumbing. Great experience!!

I have been disappointed in the recent past with plumbing services. So it was such a great relief to have Eyman come out. The technician explained the issues, showed me the before and after, and was very friendly and on time. They also didn't overcharge or oversell me. I would recommend them to anyone. They will forever be my go to for plumbing services.

I actually had a plumber recommend these guys, one of his competitors, if you have a tankless hot water system. He said they have a couple guys that really know their stuff with these systems and I would have to agree. They fixed an issue we have had since we moved into the house, on the first visit, that had stumped a couple other plumbers.

Erin Wolsleben came out and helped us get a new water heater installed. He got here, and was very courteous and professional. He assured me everything would be done properly. He worked efficiently, and if I had a question, he answered honestly. He didn’t try to tack on a bunch of stuff we didn’t need, he knew all we needed was the water heater, and he said everything else was great. We will definitely try to make sure we get him specifically if any other problems arise. 10 out of 10 across the board.

Had an Eyman guy out a month ago for a checkup. There was some work that needed done and he was going to have someone call me to do an estimate.

Two weeks went by. I called, and the lady said, whoops, the dude who was supposed to call was super busy, but she'll put a note on his desk and have him call.

Two more weeks (last Friday), nothing. I call again, and the lady took a bit to look at our account and seemed genuinely concerned. She said she'd call us back Monday.

Here it is, Wednesday, and we've heard nothing.

We really liked Eyman when they would help us out. Not sure why they seem to he purposely ignoring us lately. This review could go back up to 4 or 5 stars if we ever hear from them again. Time will tell.

Eyman does quality work at a fair price. Their plumbers ran a new line for fridge water dispenser at my house and they did a great job, which is why this review.

I am also a landlord and in one recent case Eyman followed up after another plumbing company visited 3 times (and charged me each time) and left things worse than when they started. Eyman found leaks in 3 different places which were due to other plumbing company's poor but brand new work. Eyman fixed the other company's work in under 2 hours. After that experience I started using Eyman for all my investment property plumbing needs and continue to extremely happy with their company ethos.

I have used Eyman multiple times for various rental property issues. This particular time a rather large job was needed. A portion of sidewalk and public street had to be tore up to replace a leaking stop box. Eyman went above and beyond to help. They were honest, timely, and always 100% responsive. I know with certainty I will be using them again in the future. Do not hesitate to call Eyman regardless if the job is large or small.

I am impressed with Eyman. When every other hvac company was 2+ days out to look at AC issues. Eyman got us in as their next appointment with Kevin V. Kevin was courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue, confirmed the parts were available, and had it installed in record time. All while keeping us up to date with findings and costs. If you are looking for exceptional service, look no further than Kevin on the Eyman team!

Reliable, knowledgeable and experienced. We've used them for the last couple of years for plumbing issues with our house and we are very satisfied. One of their service techs, Terry, just finished a job today and he went right to the source of the problem and fixed it.

The Service Tech that started and completed the repair to the main drain clean out wasted no time and did it right the first time.

Frank installed a new hot water tank from Lower. He arrived on time, after a courtesy call, and completed the job in a little over an hour. Did an excellent job, including cleanup and briefing me on maintenance. Very pleased !

Terry is trustworthy, ethical and pretty amazing in this crazy world! I could go on and on, but simply stated he is professional and saved us thousands of dollars on an unnecessary replacement of hot water heater. He could have said “oh yah, you need a new one right now” and we wouldn’t have known! We will definitely only call Eyman for any future needs. I highly suggest everyone do the same! My husband was out of town when our heater went out. Being home with two kids and a cold house is not fun! It felt like Eyman dropped what they were doing to come to my rescue. Gary was awesome and checking in frequently to make sure everything was going well and to make sure I understood what was going on. Ryan & Justin also did a wonderful job keeping my house clean, not minding my dog and getting the job done as quickly as they could so we wouldn't have to worry about our heater another night. Tech Wayne came out, very polite, on time and taking necessary COVID precautions. He did a thorough job cleaning out our main line, and showed me in his camera the trouble spots, although with all the work he did, I’m thinking we won’t (hopefully) have any “trouble” spots for a looong time!

Our experience with Eyman Plumbing was awesome. Our water heater was leaking and even with Christmas Eve approaching, they took care of us. Lisa and Nick from the office did a fabulous job getting a plumber out to take care of the matter. Mark is a rock star plumber. He hesitated zero in answering questions, he was to the point, and wasted no time getting to work once I agreed to the job. You can tell the work is solid and lasting. I had 3 handy men and 2 plumbers that all told me different things, never accomplished the end result, and charged me along the way. If you have any of the problems above. The tech Terry Wilkinson did some work for a friend of mine and he was impressed by his work and professionalism that I ended up requesting him for work at my house. He was very professional and knew his stuff. Scheduling an appointment with Val was easy and when Terry showed up and did the work I knew what my friend was talking about.

After becoming aware of my concerns resulting from a prior visit from an Eyman technician, Nick (management?) went out of his way to address the problem and make sure I was happy. He and Jim came out the next day and took care of our issue quickly and professionally. They were very knowledgeable about the manufacturer of the product they were here to service, and took the time to explain the problem what needed to be done to rectify it. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Justin was great. Asked me if I preferred he wear a mask - I said yes and I wore mine too. Very professional and was able to fix my plumbing problems - even though my cleaning crew had arrived at the same time. I really appreciated that I was able to get a service call on Friday afternoon. THANKS!

Justin/Eyman got to my house on time today and did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing our backed-up kitchen sink and leaking kitchen sink. He was very courteous and knowledgable. I would definitely call Eyman's again should the need arise.

We've had a rough plumbing month with a main line backup and a water heater go out. Eyman was available after hours which was great as two calls were in the evenings and they were quick to get out to us. No backordered supplies, just quick service and fixed problems. We had our outside hose start leaking when we started using it this year. Called Eymab Plumbing and they had someone come over within three days. Joe R came by and was nothing but professional. He had it all changed out and good to go in about an hour. He talked about what may have caused it, what to do in the future to keep it from happening and even checked out another area in our home I had questions about. I'm a first time home owner so I don't really know all the ropes or even how to look certain things up so it was nice to have someone take their time with teaching me. Great job.

I am an Eyman employee, so it was different to be on the customer side this morning. Josh did a great job repairing my furnace. Very professional & knowledgeable. My furnace would misfire, but only about 25% of the time. So when he got there everything was working (so frustrating!). But once I described what had been happening, he was able to figure it out and recreate the situation that was causing it. Replaced the ignitor and on his way. Thanks again, I'm proud to work with you Josh!

I was having trouble with a kitchen sink leaking and a shower faucet that was broken so I called Eyman Plumbing as I had used them in the past with great results and reasonable pricing. I called yesterday and an appointment was set for today. The service tech. (Terry W.) called me 20 minutes in advance of his arrival at my home. Upon arrival he promptly diagnosed the problems and had the parts in his truck to make the neccessary repairs. After fixing these problems, I remembered I also had a bad hose sillcock that wouldn't stop dripping. To my surprise, Terry said that would be a quick repair and he could get it done for me. I had the chance to chat with Terry while he was doing the repairs and I was very pleased with his attitude, demeanor and approach. He was very friendly and courteous. I will continue to recommend Eyman to family/friends and will call Eyman Plumbing for all my future plumbing issues.

This past December, our kitchen faucet corroded and disintegrated. Because we've never really liked our kitchen sink, we thought it best to tackle replacement of the faucet and the sink in one job. Enter Eyman and their fantastic plumber, Dave D. He offered a careful and thorough consultation on what to buy to give us the functionality and the look we wanted. A few days later, after the parts arrived, Dave D was similarly careful and thorough when removing the old sink and faucet and installing the new. Dave D is painstakingly careful and doesn't settle for good enough. It shows in the finished product. Almost every day my wife says, I love our new sink! If that isn't testimony to Dave D's craftsmanship and the kind of people Eyman hires, I don't know what else to tell you. In five years of home ownership, we've needed a plumber four times. Every time, Eyman has come through for us, even under difficult and shifting circumstances. We'll do business on plumbing matters with no one else.

Had Michael Gardner come out to the house. Was very friendly and had our matter resolved in an hour. Very straight to the point and would definitely recommend him if your drains are blocked

Prices are excellent, workers are very conscientious. They installed a new heat pump and coil in a half-day. Nothing left undone, performed the task with the care that would be expected of the Nebraska work ethic.

We had another outstanding service visit from Eyman Plumbing! This time Wayne was our technician who couldn’t have been better and professional. He took the time to inspect the issues from all angles including crawling into the attic and climbing on to our very high and steep roof. He then proceeded to repair the damage to our vent which corrected the problem of back up odors and noise in the sink when flushing the toilet. Thank you Eyman for sending Wayne to us.

I needed the shutoff valves replaced by the water meter. Ty couldn't access the stop box as it shifted. The utilities crew had to repair that before the work could be done. Terry returned after the stop box access was repaired to complete workr. All was completed as I wanted and all service techs and other crews were congenial, informative and good about explaining. I will have no problems calling on Eyman for other repairs needed in the future. Good work!!

Our complex hired Eyman and if I had any say in the matter I would have requested a refund and a cleaning service. The technicians did not even attempt to remove their dirty shoes or wear shoe covers throughout my entire carpeted home, which is extremely unprofessional. One of the technicians smoked (not inside the home) but left and an awful smoke odor which lingered hours after he left. There were sunflower seeds left everywhere in my basement after the project. The door was left wide open during much of the furnace replacement which left the unheated home even colder. If you wish to have a professional service performed in your home please do not use this company.

I don't do a ton of reviews, but this one has upset me a bit so figured I would just put this one up there as a simple call back would have fixed everything. I had Eyman out recently to do an AC check and confirm my AC was going bad essentially as it is an older unit and I had my suspicions. All good. I even got the service plan signed and all that. Tech came out and as he was walking to AC unit, he damaged a piece of my wife's landscaping edging by stepping on it. Not a huge deal I thought as they would simply apologize/have somebody call me and as i said maybe just credit me 10 bucks or something as I had to go buy a bag of edging stakes at home depot for $8.99 I think. Being a contractor myself, I thought this would be easy and no-brainer fix. So, fast forward and come to find out I was correct and my AC was needing to replaced so there was a new AC system install on the table and Eyman was going to be my first choice after going through the quoting process. I even told the sales associate that. There was a couple of mistakes on quote, but nothing egregious and we got that finalized, but as I told I, I just needed a two minute call back on the other item first just out of principle. I wasn't mad at all as of course I thought it would be something so easy and put to bed fast. That call back never came and my last email was ignored. I let it go after that and never replied. After I have given them now nearly two weeks since last email in which they said a service manager would call, it was time to write a review. In the end I asked two people (tech and sales guy) on at least four occasions to simply have a service manager call me and that would have been that. Easy fix, quick 10 buck credit or whatever and they would have been in top spot for new system. Well, they never did. Kept avoiding it and even acted annoyed when I asked. If a customer does something that adds $10 to a service charge, companies like this are very quick to add charges, but apparently their guy can come over, break something and say well that made a good impression and then nobody will have anybody call me to fix the issue with simple apology and easy credit when a $4000 new system was on the line. So with that, I ended up getting a couple of more quotes and found a much better company to work with that even offered to give me a quick fill up on my old Freon before my new system was in. Eyman wouldn't even call me back on this small and easy mistake, much less offer to help with quick reclaimed used refrigerant boost before getting the new system in. As my wife put it, if they are willing to do that and break something so small and not even call you back to make it better with a simple phone call, why would we entrust them to do a new system and risk them breaking something bigger and never getting back to us

I needed to have the floor drain in the garage cleaned out. Ron came out and did a great job. The floor drain had never had service, so the grill and basket basically disintegrated. I was so impressed with Ron. He checked the warehouse to see if they had the part. Ron called me every day to let me know what the status was. Ultimately the office had to order the parts and they also contacted me to let me know the parts were on order. It’s so nice to have a company follow through. Ron keeping me in the loop let me know that the ball hadn’t been dropped. This is one of the reasons I use Eyman Plumbing.

We called Eyman’s because our water heater was dripping from the pressure valve quite heavily. Mike K came out and showed us how corroded the old valve was and replaced it for a very reasonable cost. He explained things very well and made us feel very comfortable about what he was doing. This was our first time is using Eyman but we sure will again if the need arises. We have been needing “ a good plumber”.

My father’s home experienced a failure with his grinder pump, and Eyman responded the same day to help alleviate the crisis. They located a replacement part and returned two days later to complete the repair. Chris was thoroughly professional in his approach, explanation and work.

Outstanding work by Joe Rybin. On 3-25-2021 he removed old toilet, installed new toilet, installed bathroom faucet, and repaired/cleaned a toilet flange to prepare for installation of a new toilet. I highly recommend him for plumbing services.

We called Kim in the morning and she was able to work us in and send Jim out by 2:00 in the afternoon. He very efficiently corrected the problem we were having with a leak and was also able to help us in another area that we had questions about... Great company, great employee, great work!! Tankless water heater - Our old plumber does not work on tankless water heaters so we had to get a new plumber. The manufacturer (Richmond) listed Eyman as an approved plumber. Terry was our service tech. I thought the water heater would have to be replaced but he said the flame rods need cleaning and it works great now. While not a huge deal it was nice that he was clean and did not track water and mud all over the house (it was raining that day). He was nice to my cats and was careful to not let them out (later I did put them in the bedroom). I will hire Eyman again and hope they send Terry.

I live in a mid century home and deal with old but quality fixtures. My service tech Joe R. Had the knowledge to repair rather then replace my toilet. When it does come time to remodel, I will ask for Joe!

Oh my gosh! Where do I begin? Let's start with the initial phone call this morning (1/22/19). Very polite and respectful of our issue. Assured us that we would have someone to us within a 2 hour window. It happened quicker than expected. Tony Morris called when he was on his way. He was at 156 & Q and we are in Council Bluffs . We had a problem with a main drain line that had backed up sewage into the lower level of our home. Unfortunately, we had a VERY INCOMPETENT company come out twice. After $$$$$ it continued to back up.
Tony Morris with Eyman Plumbing was incredible. From the moment he entered our home was so respectful. Immediately put on shoe covers (i supplied them to the previous company--Midwest Drain and Plumbing) Had to mention this company so others don't get ripped off like I did!

I live in Baton Rouge, LA. I have worked in the heating and air conditioning business for over thirty years as representative for a wholesale supply company. Our customer base is made up of HVACR service companies, so I work with HVAC contractors on a daily basis. I know the good ones from the not so good. My son and his family live in Bellevue, NE where they found the need for a humidifier. This was the family's second experience with Eyman. Just as it was in the first experience, the job was done professionally, promptly, and at a fair price. We will use them for future needs and If they ever branched out to Louisiana, I would use them in a heart beat.

I don't know about there service but if it's like there driving I would not recommend them. I had a red pickup from them license plates (VVA 022) almost run me off the interstate today by the Giles exit.

Ryan and Doug did a great job and answered a lot of questions from me. I would highly recommend them always.

We hired Eyman to install a water heater after several referrals from neighbors. The job became complicated due to some unforeseen issues with our house, not anything to do with Eyman or the water heater. From beginning to end of the project, they worked with us to resolve our issues and made sure we were well taken care of. Justin & Rod did a fantastic job removing roots from our sewer drain to the street. They were confident and knowledgeable, but also willing to listen to my input and observations. Eyman Plumbing was able to solve a problem for us that an alternate company said could not be fixed without digging up our driveway and sidewalk to replace a section of the line for considerable expense. I would use Eyman again in the future.

An excellent plumber. Fair deals and professional service. One specific thing they did for me that was excellent was clear an emergency sewer clearing on a Sunday. The came out once during the week, the removed the plug okay. The following Sunday, it plugged it up again. They came out and found that what caused it was a cutter head that another plumber used but got stuck in the line. The decided to call it a warranty claim even though another plumber was responsible. They felt bad that the first technician overlooked it. An excellent service.

Got a quote for a gas line install, but was impossible to get the job going. Ended up using SOS heating and cooling to get the job done at half the price. Will never attempt to use again.

We use Eyman for our plumbing and air-conditioning work. They are courteous, on-time for appointments, and very professional from the persons scheduling the work, to the sales team, and to the hard-working crew. In addition, their pricing is reasonable and accurate. We recently had our a/c quit working (middle of August!) and they promptly gave us a quote with options on Friday, and installed the new unit on Monday. No extra charge.

A big thanks to Greg Barlow of Eyman Plumbing. A week ago he came out to repair a leak in our bathroom. This had been an ongoing problem with no solution. Greg found the problem and fixed it in short order. We had other water pressure issues in the kitchen. Greg determined it was a problem with the faucet fixture. He worked with the manufacturer and they replaced it under warranty. After installation he went through the entire house checking for clogged filter screens on all faucets and slow fill on the toilets. What I appreciated was his professional demeanor and his thorough approach to our plumbing maintenance. I strongly recommend Eyman Plumbing and give Greg a big thumbs up.

Late on a Tuesday afternoon, I called as our basement drain backed up and we had standing water everywhere. Scott Schmitt came in 35 minutes and resolved the issue quickly. He recommended a company to help extract the water and review the repairs that needed to occur. Scott was extremely courteous and gave us a suggestion to avoid this issue in the future. The charge was very reasonable and they are my go to plumber going forward!

Eyman far exceeded my expectations for both the repair and maintenance of my shop. The techs Frank, Austin and Dylan were very helpful and got the job done right!

We have a service contract with them. We purchased a new one for this year. They serviced our furnace to make sure it's ready for the season. In the spring they will service the AC to make sure it's ready to go for the summer. They always do a super job.

My water heater was out that I purchased from Lowe's in Omaha, Eye-man Plumbing was contracted by Lowe's to come to my home and install a new water heater and take out the old one. My furnace and air-conditioner and the water heater were in a very small room. This representative from Eye-man said that he was not going to install the water heater because the space was too little, and was not going to be responsible for breaking something. Then started yelling at somebody on the phone in my house. Stated to me that he was not going to install it. This representative was rude, obnoxious, I told this representative to get his stuff and get out, and don't come back! This representative was very unprofessional, then I called eye-man Plumbing, and reported this representatives behavior, did not get any satisfaction when calling them. When this unprofessional person came into my home acting like this, I did not trust him to do anything. So I called Lowe's and reported this representative, and told them I did not want this representative in my home again! They sent another plumbing company O.C.B. Plumbing, and they were here with-in minutes, and installed the water heater. I would not recommend Eye-man Plumping to absolutely no one. However, if your looking for some one to install a water heater O.C.B. Plumbing are the ones to call, very professional, answered all my questions, and will call them when I need something else done.

We had Marc from Eyeman Plumbing replace our bathroom faucet, he was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend him and Eyeman plumbing. If I have any problem’s in the future I will certainly call them to fix the problem.

Service was well done and was a good value. The online billing did not work well. They ask for the tax amount and then the amount paid. If you put in the total bill amount it adds it to the tax. The online payment process needs to be clarified and/or revised.

A leak on a Wednesday night is never fun, but it was easy with Jim from Eyman. He was fast, helpful and thorough. He quickly dismissed the problem and there is no more leak less than 30 minutes later. I highly recommend calling Eyman if you have a plumbing issue or emergency.

3/17/22 Eyman tech Jim T came to install a new garbage disposal and find the leak under our kitchen sink. The pipes under the sink were in bad shape and he replaced all the pipes and located the leak that two other plumbing companies had not been able to find. Last night after running the disposal we had a pipe come undone under the sink. The disposal has a vibration. It was after hours and I called the emergency line for Eyman. I explained the situation and she took notes and said she had to talk with the supervisor. We were having very bad weather in our area. I called them back and said do not send anyone out. I did not want any one in danger from the storm. Jim called me this morning about 7 am and he was shortly here. He was so professional and had it fixed. He shortened the pipe hoping that would help cut back on vibration. He also took time to look at a disposal that is know for low vibration. He priced it out with them getting it and also using buying it along with installation. He stated he hated mentioning a new disposal since we just bought a new one. He did not pressure us and said try it with the adjustment he made and see if that helps. Jim is so knowledgeable and no questiones I asked was too smal for him to answer. I also talked with Jim about a new hot water heater as ours is 10 years old and probably won't last that much longer. He did not charge a thing for the second visit.. You better believe we will call Eyman and have Jim install a new hot water heater when the time comes. We are life time Eyman customers and a real fan of Jim.

The plumbing service person fixed the prv valve, sump pump, and a hot water backflow issue that was triggering the CO monitor that could not be fixed by previous plumbing companies' . He was professional and thorough and less than the other plumbing companies. He solved problems that had not been successfully fixed previously over the last 4 years. The A/C spent 5 times the amount of other repair people to fix and maintain the A/C system. Both service professionals were exceptional!

From the first phone call to arrange a free consultation about installing new electric base heaters to the installation itself, Eyman employees did a great job. Ed Micek, the consultant, and Ryan and Justin the installers did a very professional job. They were on time and very knowledgeable. Ryan and Justin did a fantastic job of cleaning up at the end of the installation. We really appreciated the final visit by the licensed electrician, Bill. He solved a couple of hiccups in the wiring specific to our setup and he clearly knew his job and did it well. We heartily recommend the heating portion of Eyman Plumbing, HEATING and Air.

Holiday weekend and the sewer backs up! Left for out of town so called the emergency line to set up an appointment for Monday morning. Price was HALF of what another local company had quoted just to run a root dissolver down the pipe. Eyman actually removed the root ball. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if needed!

Called Eyman about a plumbing issue that needed attention after hours on Friday. They advertise 24/7 service but the billing rate after hours is over $300 per hour, more than my accountant and attorney charge. I feel Eyman was trying to take advantage of me when I was faced with a problem. I will never call them in the future for any plumbing problems.

Prompt, Friendly and they do great work. We will be customers for a long time.

If you live in Nebraska, you know you are going to need heat in your home in the winter...I have a boiler and radiators and I woke up to a cold house the other day--I called Eyman and they had John come to my home and he quickly found the problem, fixed it and assured me that my boiler was now in good shape for the winter.

Woke up to an issue with a shower faucet that required us to turn the water off to the whole house. Called our home warranty company at 7am and were told that they might be able to get to us sometime before 9pm but no promises. Called Eyeman and they promised to work us in before 4. At 9am Joe Green calls us and says he can swing by on his way to another call. 30 minutes later it’s all fixed and our water is back on. Joe was professional and courteous. We will now be repeat Eyman customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was recommended to this company by one of the owners. I was told by one of the owners they would not rip me and my husband off. I was also told that they would get the job done with no run around. I was told if we had to put a claim on our homeowners insurance that they would pay for part of it and we had to cover the rest.

Well I call to set up an appointment to have an estimate done on our main pipe. They stand us up make us wait 4 hours before they even decide to call and stating their was an emergency. When there was a call no voicemail. Then I am contacted the next morning to have another appointment set up. I agree to the appointment. Then they send plumbers to do an estimate instead of sending an estimator.

I then find out from our home warranty they are not covering anything, now we have to put a claim. i contacted the customer service department to have them give a better break down of the estimate. They decide to tell me they will call me back. An entire month goes by no phone call back nothing. We put the claim in through our homeowners insurance only to find out they do not have someone to contract out to the house. So that now means we have to still go with a company that gave run around's. So we contact them back to let them know we have not been contacted about the breakdown and we are still waiting. They give it to us we tell them that we still need the pipe fixed.

They set up an appointment, we move into a hotel. I make arrangements to make sure someone os there to let them in only to find out our retaining wall fell due to rain and there is enough room in the driveway for them to work around it. But we still make sure the pieces of the wall is moved out of the way. We call them an hour and half after they are moved to let them know they can come back only to find they are not going to show up until the next day. The next day I show up to the house and wait for them only to find out they are not showing up to the house because they do not have a contractor available to dig up the cement. We have already been in the hotel a week now and it is almost time for us to leave they were not going to care about that until I made a fuss.

Then they decide to say they want to contact our insurance to get them to extend the stay. They extend the stay, and the job finally gets done. The owner stated if we are only paying for the portion of the job that has to deal with the dig up and laying new piping then we should only be paying for half of the estimate. Well half of 7265.84 is not 6591.84. We fully expected that bill to be 4800 or 4900. But to have a bill of practically the full amount and it was not even a job worth the amount they charged.

We got ripped off and I do not appreciate it at all. I contacted Midwest plumbing and they estimated the job that was done at 4800 not 6591.84... If we had known we were going to get ripped off we would have never went with this company.

I cannot say enough great things about this company, especially Patrick and Kerry. These two were patient while answering all of my questions, they were honest with what needed to be fixed and they took great pride in their job.

I had another company come out and they were going to charge $3000 more for doing the same exact thing.

I never leave reviews but felt strongly about leaving one for this company. I will only use this company in the future.

Waking up to a flooded basement is never a good way to start the day.

Nonetheless, from the minute we called Eyman Plumbing, Eyman went above and beyond to defuse this stressful situation. Greg showed up promptly, determined the cause was a particularly aggressive main line clog, and worked tirelessly to resolve this clog for hours. Greg ultimately fully opened the clogged drain without necessity of digging up or replacing any piping.

Because of Eyman, this stressful situation quickly dissipated into a far more manageable situation. Eyman charged a very fair price and we could not be happier with their work. We are deeply grateful.

Had company look at our heated driveway. They would do diagnostic tests and never get back to us on what I believe are the full results after months leaving their equipment at our house. They sent us a bill for what, I’m not sure, since I don’t think they fully diagnosed anything and just forgot us. Do not recommend to anyone.

Dwight came out on a Saturday, diagnosed and quickly resolved the problem we were having. Very courteous service. This is the second time we have had Eyman out, and they will be called on again should we have another issue.

For some reason this driver decided to stop in the middle of a green light, on a very busy intersection even at 84th and L causing me to slam on my brakes.
For whatever reason, this person sat at the green light until it was yellow then chose to go, despite being honked at to inform him he was sitting on a current green light.
I believe in the safety of other people on the road, perhaps these drivers might be more aware of their surroundings if they stayed off the phone while driving?

We had our sewer repaired recently and the outside caps in the ground do not stay. The pipes are exposed When I called to get a technician out here to put the cap back on so as to prevent the pipe from being exposed or to assess the situation, I was told that I would have to wait 5 days or pay overtime for a problem that was the result of poor work that was done. I paid $3000+ for the work that was done and apparently, warranty on repair work doesn't take precedence. I would not recommend Eyman Plumbing for sewer repair work as they do not honor their work for loyal customers. Diane Shymanski

We had them out to install a water heater. They came a day early and the plumber/installer, Eric, explained to us why the water heater broke and charged us half what ither companies charged, with no upselling. He was also very friendly with our dog, which was very nice as well. would highly recommend this service, and will be using them if we have any more plumbing work, or hvac work.

They really took the time to explain the situation and help us with our options. I'm very disappointed in Eyman plumbing. On Friday I paid almost $1400 to replace my water heater and washer pressure valve..Which I didn't see anything leaking but he explained the orange crusted rust was due to a small leak and nothing was wrong with the water pressure valve but I can't remember why it needed to be replaced. After 2hrs of replacing it I had to use the bathroom and heard this awful loud vibrating horn noise which was very annoying and called Eric Thompson the guy who replaced it and ask if he can come back out something is wrong.I explained what happened plus told him I also heard that same noise from the water heater by the water pressure valve he replaced and I never heard this loud noise before.The first thing he did was quote me a price for a toilet valve $15 and a service fee $55 and to call back on Monday to make appointment. I still was trying to get him to just come back out and look at it. I was furious because why would I pay more money for something that wasn't completed right. I never thought about checking the other faucets until I took a shower and heard the exact same noise and realized it was all my faucets.Of course now it's the weekend and I called the 24hrs line explaining my situation plus I told them I recorded a video on how loud the noise coming from all my faucets.The first thing they tell me it will cost me $325 for them coming out which I refuse to pay since I already paid for services that wasn't completed correctly.She told me someone will call me and come out which no one did.I called back on Monday at 8:08CT and ask to speak to a manager because I refuse to wait all day on a day I took off work to get this fixed immediately.She came back to the phone and said once he look his first job assignment he will stop by and she gave me a timeframes of a hour.Now its going on 1130am so I called a guy friend to come by and talk to these people.Once he got on the phone the plumber called me 5mins later on his way..When he got here he adjusted the water pressure valve still was hearing the loud noise he wanted to blame it on the mud meter gone bad and that's the problem but I had my neighbor who works for mud stop by because I needed an opinion about the noise.The plumber didn't want to replace the water pressure valve but did it anyway and guess what the noise stopped.Then he goes to say there was stuff in the original new valve and that's why I had a problem..No one from the office called me to apologize for their poor customer service. I wish I could post the video of this loud annoying noise because I shouldn't had to listen to that everytime I turned on a faucet or flush the toilet.It also was very embarrassing when I had company over.They just couldn't believe no one would come out and look at it.The only reason I gave them a one because they did come out fast at the beginning to diagnose and replace my water heater but after they got paid and they was done with me.

We have a older home, built in 1912, that does not warm or cool evenly on the 2nd floor or the sun room on the back house, leading to lots of floor heaters in the winter and window air-condition units in the summer. Eyman's HVAC team evaluated our forced air furnace and air conditioner and recommended a ductless HVAC installation that would significantly reduce the load on our older A/C and furnace and allowed for efficient, zoned comfort -- two things that have saved us money while we enjoy every area of our house year round.

As I was driving the other day, one of their workers in truck 22 stopped and pulled over to move a huge hose out of the road that fell off a semi truck and was bound to hurt someone.
I thought that was admirable to think about the safety of others especially in this day and age.
I’ll definitely be using eymans next time I need them based off this interaction alone!

My service included wrapping the HVAC system in insulation and insulated the roof cavity. From the very first phone with the schedulers, to Chris the lead technician who came out the very same day to assess my problem (and even made us aware of other issues we didn’t know about), and to Zack the installer who did the work the next business day we couldn’t be more pleased. Even the gal who took my payment over the phone was just as professional. Zack showed up on time, worked hard all day and cared about quality. My bathroom was cleaned up afterwards leaving no debris at all. The fees were extremely reasonable and worth every cent. You won’t regret doing business with Eyman. Great Knowledge, great quality, very professional and reasonable fees. What more could I ask for?

Eric (and his assistant) did great work replacing some ancient (112 year old) pipes that had corroded to the point of leaking in my house. All is good now and hopefully these pipes also last 112 years!

Jim knocked it out of the park at my house today! I’m already telling everyone about the best service experience I’ve had in a long time. Jim fixed every fixture in my bathroom (toilet, tub faucet, shower head, and sink) in one hour. Due to low usage in my guest bathroom these all needed some attention before I have guests stay at my home for Christmas. He took the time to understand the issue, diagnose/confirm, and offer solutions. As a woman, I often have service providers think they need to over explain things to me—which is not necessary. Jim did not talk down to me, he treated me like a competent person! It was refreshing. He was professional, respectful, kind, and efficient. Keep Jim around! I know I’ll be asking for him if I ever have any future plumbing needs. I’m going to tell my friends and family to do the same!

Just bought a home and wanted to have the HVAC looked at. Called Eyman and they sent Kevin out. I must say as a former service manager I was overly impressed with the way Kevin took the time to explain the condition of my HVAC system and what needed to be done to solve my issues. In the end Kevin was able to answer my questions and resolve the minor concerns I had. It was one of the better experiences I’ve had. Will for sure be using them again and asking for Kevin!

Much to the dismay of my family and their desire to have an (incredibly) hot shower, our water heater sadly went out Sunday evening. I called Monday morning and they were able to get a plumber there within an hour. Our plumber, Terry, was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He fixed our issue and left the area cleaner than when he came. I highly recommend Eyman Plumbing, Heating, and Air (and Terry). I certainly have my go-to plumber from now on.

I called to have a plumber come out and look at my situation and assess what would need to be done, and was told from the receptionist that my call and details would go to an estimating department and then they would get back to me! Three days later someone got back to me and when I told them I already had hired a plumber the response was “oh great OK thank you”!
The three other plumbers I had called as well were able to schedule an appointment for a plumber to come out and give me an estimate while I was on the phone with them that first time. This company supposedly has some process in place where they determine if your situation needs to have someone come out and give you an estimate! By the time they had called all three of the other plumbing companies had already been to my home.
I asked for a manager and was told there were no managers, eventually I was given a callback by an office manager and explained the situation that because of their processes they lost out on an $8700 plumbing job!!!!
Being in sales and sales management for over 35 years myself and I am absolutely incredulous to how this business could be rated number one when they don’t even have someone in place or some process in place to take the first phone call!!!😳🤦🏻‍♀️😳

Had a great experience with Eyman, dealing with Nick to get a pair of hot water heaters replaced. Techs showed up on time, courteous, professional, cleaned up their mess, and did great work. The price was very competitive to other plumbers in the area that I called, in fact they were a little bit less than most and could get on it right away. While they were on site, I also had them replace a sprinkler drain valve that had been problematic for some time. Would recommend.

My furnace went out yesterday and I missed the call by serviceman Aaron that he was ready to come out. As a result I lost my chance to have him come out yesterday. 😢 I took a chance and called Aaron after hours anyway and he called me right back. He was off duty but said he could try to help on the phone. We FaceTimed. I ran up and down the stairs at his command, trying all kinds of things. He ended up sending me outside (-40*) to check the vents. Sure enough, he was right. The condensation in them had frozen and blocked them. I made a small hole in them and my furnace worked again!! Aaron was patient, kind and knowledgeable. It was warming up when I went to bed. I am eternally grateful to him for his help! It was off again this morning but I was able to go back out and do a more thorough job and get the heat up and running again!

Terry took wonderful care of us here at the Police Federal Credit Union of Omaha. We actually tried a different plumber who was unable to find/fix the problem. Eyman is very knowledgeable and cares about the customer. I lost my air conditioner on the first hot day of the year and they managed to find a way to install a new one the very next day, Otherwise I would have had to wait over the full weekend. I really hate to leave a bad review but for safety reasons I will. We had our heater replaced a few months ago and it was a good experience. Very nice employees.. but a week later I started waking up with migraines and my sister came over three days into it and expressed how the house smelled like gas. We have been leaving minimally for coronavirus reasons and had apparently gotten used to the smell and dint realize. So we had the house checked for a gas leak. It turns out Eyman didn't install our heater correctly and left us with a pretty big gas leak that could have turned into something a lot more disastrous.

Kevin Volk Jr was my tech and he was out at my home expeditiously, within the half hour or so. He was knowledgeable, informative, and able to use basic diagnostics to determine the root of malfunction. He was kind and courteous to me, and even respectful and gentle to my pets as she interrupted him to introduce herself. Overall, I couldn't have welcomed a kinder tech to service this unit. We live in an older home. Our shut offs under the kitchen sink were leaking and needed them replaced and had a new a new faucet for the sink also. Had a 7:30 appointment and he arrived right on time. Jim T. was not only professional but very personable. He fixed the bathroom faucet and installed a shutoff valve under the sink, which we didn't have and needed. He also replaced our garbage disposal which had been leaking. Due to the cold weather we offered him a cup of hot coffee which I think he enjoyed. Thanks Jim T.

Had Eyman come out to jet the sewer line. Operators had to utilize our outside water line to fill their tank for the jetter. Apporoximately 10 minutes after the job was completed my Wife discovered half of the basement flooded. Identifying the issue we found that the water bib utilized by Eyman was the culprit. During the course of the job, the water line being used burst/cracked from being over pressurized. Wife called the office to report while I began pulling our ruined possessions from the basement. Office said they would send the guys back out. Operators returned and reported findings to the office personnel in which the office personnel informed the operators not Eyman problem or responsibility and to walk away. as the office attorney informed them not Eymans problem. Office informed my wife they would call for plumbers to fix the pipe they burst and would call us back and have not heard a peep from them since.

Heard back from the office at approx. 2-3pm stating they had a plumber available to fix the break. Already had another plumbing company on site repairing.

Started having plumbing/drain issues. I submitted a non-emergent work request on their website. Was contacted promptly the next day for confirmation and what time my service was scheduled. Jake arrived on time and fixed our issue quickly. He cabled our vent from the roof to open the line and cabled the tub drain as well. Eyman will be our go to for plumbing, heating & air service.

I’ve used Eyman Plumbing twice while at my current residence. Once to replace a spent cartridge in a tub/shower control and earlier to replace my water heater. They were exceptional in both instances. While at work, my old water heater ruptured. Fortunately my wife was home and when she heard the water rushing shut off the house’s main supply valve. After informing me, I called Eyman, supplied the info on the old heater and told them what I would like to replace it with. About 3 hours later when I returned from work, the Eyman plumbers were just finishing the job. Timely, courteous, professional. Extremely efficient, thoroughly knowledgeable-and willing to share that knowledge. I asked several questions about the old heaters rupture and they explained what had failed.. what could have been a somewhat harrowing experience was just a bump in the road, thanks to Eyman Plumbing.
When we could not draw hot water in our spare bathrooms tub I called Eyman. Soon, while on his way to our house, an Eyman plumber called, asking for some info on the situation, which I provided to him. He said he believed the problem was a failed cartridge in the control valve, informed me of the parts cost and said he had one on his truck. Shortly later, he arrived and about a half hour later was finished with the replacement. Again, prompt, courteous, professional. Eyman is my go to for any plumbing repair/remodel.

A drain pipe needed replacing under the cement floor of my basement. Eyman gave me and estimate was accepted by the insurance company so the work started. The floor was opened up, pipe removed, replaced, and new cement mixed and poured. The men were pleasant and completed the entire job in less than a day. We were well pleased with their work and politeness. I will definitely call Eyman anytime I have a plumbing issue.

We had a leak in our kitchen faucet and it had to be replaced. Eyman handled ordering the new faucet under the Moen warranty. Joe Green was the technician that installed the faucet for us on 2-23-2021. He was professional and did an excellent job. He was very personable and kind to my elderly father. We had to have our existing water heater replaced. Called Eyman plumbing very late in the day. Got a return call first thing the next morning and got scheduled for that afternoon. Terry and Ryan did an outstanding job of installing a new air conditioner and furnace for us. They were extremely professional, courteous and diligent about their work. They provided me with good communications on how it was going, answered all of my questions about the system and walked me through it. They arrived shortly after 7:00 a.m. and completed mid-afternoon. The house is do comfortable now.

We also worked with Larry on the sale of the units installed. He gave us the pros and cons of the various options, and we ended up with a very affordable and efficient unit, and followed up with us for any questions.

Joe and Mike were the best!! They new exactly where to cut the concrete floor and locate the 3 cast iron pipe in both the hallway and utility room. They removed the dirt, removed 5' of pipe , replaced with 5' of pvc and back filled. They kept the concrete dust to a minimum by using a shop vac and spraying water during the cutting. And of course cleaned up the area.
I can definitely recommend Eyman and will use them for any future plumbing needs.
I also must add that Nick accommodated my tight schedule having to have the work done by a certain date for my arriving family.

Eyman replaced our hot water heater. We noticed the hot water heater was leaking a steady stream of water, so we had two plumbing companies evaluate the issue. Both recommended replacing the hot water heater; however, the process at Eyman was low pressure and less expensive. The representative at Eyman walked us through several options, including a tankless heater, without being pushy. They were available within a day to do the work. Our tech, Rob, did an awesome job installing the unit. He was also very clean. He dusted our utility room after the installation. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend Eyman.

We had been fighting a water issue with our washing machine and had used another company in the past. They were fine and did an adequate job, but the problem came back. After seeing several Eyman trucks around town and reading many reviews, we called Eyman. From the very first phone call to the last interaction with our tech, Dillon, everything was first class. We had one tech, Bill, come out to try and snake the line, but rather than waste the time and money, Bill called the office and requested Dillon come over to replace our washing machine drain line. Bill was very kind and even came back later to help Dillon finish the project . Both of these guys were great…very personable and polite. The coordinating specialist in the office worked her magic and was able to get Dillon out the same day and minimize our down time. My wife and I were both very happy and impressed with Eyman and will be going back again the next time we need plumbing help.

We had somewhat of an emergency: two leaks in the basement. When I called on Thursday I was told it was a very busy time but that they would try to fit me in.
Terry (plumber) called me at 8:45 AM Friday to say he was on the way. Terry an Matt arrived shortly thereafter and were finished with both projects by 10:15 at a very reasonable charge.

My air conditioning recently quit working. While looking through the Yellow Pages, I noticed that Eyman worked on air conditioning,( I did not know that) and since I had used them before for plumbing services, I knew that I could trust them. John knew right away what the problem was. He was professional and cordial, and at NO TIME did he insist, that my unit was beyond repair , and that I needed a new air conditioner. Nor did he quote me an outrageous price to get my unit repaired, that would lead you to go ahead and purchase new unit. Experiences I have had in the past. He fixed the problem at a very reasonably price, and my air is now working. I have already recommended Eyman to someone who had the same bad experiences, that I have had. When my air does finally conk out, I will have Eyman install my new one.

Great technicians, installed custom replacement a/c compressor and condenser in an old home on schedule. Had one small issue which was repaired quickly and all is well. Very professional crew. A+++

Setup appointment in the morning. First guy came out before noon for an estimate, another guy came out late afternoon to perform a partial drain cleaning (snaking). He said I didn't want to pay overtime rates. He said someone would call me on Monday to setup an appointment for hydrojetting. Left a lot of standing water on the basement floor and said it was fine, even when it was up against the walls. I was surprised they were willing to leave the mess so I cleaned it all up since I did not want any more water damage.

Monday and Tuesday came around and no one called to schedule that appointment. I'm assuming the tech did not pass on that information. So basically I payed weekend rates for a partial drain cleaning. Ended up going with another company to hydrojet the rest of the pipes and payed significantly less for the whole system to be cleaned. Should have gone with them the first time.

I always talk to jennie at the office and she is so patient and helpful with whatever I need. Roger has been coming to maintenance my A/C and he is very knowledgeable and does a great job getting it ready for summer. He also does my furnace in winter also. Love their maintenance program.

I had Eyman technician, Scott Schmitt, come out to camera old cast iron gutter drains prior to installing new gutters. He and his coworker arrived on time, were professional, and took time to answer questions I had about the services provided. We have used Eyman in the past and will continue to use them in the future. The company was easy to schedule with and communication was easy with the dispatch team. I highly recommend Eyman overall and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend people ask for Scott.

We asked for a second opinion and paid over $400 for nothing and no follow up. They even did not reply to an e mail sharing our concern about the service. Thanks.

Our technician Mike was great! We had an unexpected issue come up and he dealt with it with ease, without expressing any frustration. We were experiencing a clog in our main drain-- we found out that our drains have never been touched! There was 50 years of blockage in our drains. He was very clean and friendly, I will definitely be requesting him the next time we have an issue with our plumbing. Highly recommend! Thanks again Mike!

We have had our Trane AC unit for 5 years. It has not worked an entire season yet. I don't know if it is Eyman or the unit. All I know is, they have replaced bits and pieces and it still has not worked a season. I do not know whether it is incompetence or shoddy design or what. They keep working on it each year, but not really fixing anything.

I think Frank Ellis is a great representative for Eyman Plumbing. He completed an installation that had some differences from the ge product that was delivered. Because he has a good knowledge and good experience he was able to observe the situation and make necessary adjustments to get the product installed. He has great communication skills and is very pleasant.

24 hr service line no one answers on the weekend was on hold for 1 and 04 minutes. 19sec. That allowed me to call 3 other companys finally get help from burton.

Great place

Overall they do quality work. Occasionally communication has been a struggle with them about when they will be out to do said work, but they always come in with a good attitude and address everything promptly on arrival.

They are a union so way over priced. Came out at 9 to fix my air conditioner. We did everything they said. At 5 they were closed and we’re going to charge 300 extra dollars cause they were closed. It wasn’t even 12 hours later n $$550 Come to find out they didn’t even follow procedures. If your air-conditioning motor ever breaks make sure they don’t come back till tomorrow because your hvac has got to drain so fuses don’t get blown. Two other Hvac companies enlightened us of that. Super disappointed. Two other companies laughed at the price to. Never again. Asksarben Hvac will be my only go to. So sad

This place is so great and made it stress free! There was a plumbing emergency at my center where the supply room was flooding and I had to get someone out there before the next morning when customer would arrive. I called Eymans Plumbing at roughly 9:30 PM and they had someone call me within 30 minutes and had someone out there within the hour. Even though it was a tough job, came with some struggles and it was a late night (we weren’t out of there until 3:00 AM) the guy was super friendly and positive the entire time. He joked around, laughed and made the situation the best it could be. What could have been an extremely stressful situation ended up not being one at all. Super impressed!

Mike K was our tech that installed our new valve for our shower. Super polite, very professional, and detail oriented. On time as expected as well. Granted, I’m sure all Eyman employees are great at what they do, but we’ll need a main shutoff installed and hope Mike K comes back for another install. Thank you All at Eymans.

I am totally disgusted and annoyed with Eyeman Plumbing. In my opinion, this company is a complete mess. I feel as though we were forgotten about and pushed to the back burner repeatedly. I don’t believe we ever reached a resolution with the issue we tried having Eyeman Plumbing address - we just received bills demanding payment, the last of which threatened legal action when the issue was still being worked on as far as I knew - very awkward, in my opinion. I requested callbacks several times and didn’t hear back from anybody. We received so many excuses and apologies from the manager handling our project, but ultimately, they failed to follow up with us, and our patience ran out as weeks passed. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone - we had a horrible experience, and we would strongly discourage anyone from using Eyeman Plumbing. We are local business owners who communicate regularly with a lot of people - we will forever discourage anyone and everyone from using Eyeman Plumbing due to our horrible experience with the company.

*Update - the company reached out to us with an apology, and they refunded our payment. The experience will always remain a bad one, but we do appreciate them trying to make things right in some form.

Eyman Plumbing installed a washer and dryer hook ups with new plumbing. First time we used the washer, the water backed up!! The water damaged drywall caused a big headache. Our family cannot use the washer.
Eyman refused to come out and look at it with out charging overtime (over 300.00 an hour). They did all the work, and refused to take any responsibility for not installing the drain right. Oh and by the way, when they did the installation one of the workers had to borrow a freaking bucket. What plumber goes to do a job on a drain line with out a freaking bucket. Not reliable. They send out interns and they do a half-baked job, then the real plumber's come in and charge you into debt.
