I appreciated the method they used to replace sewer line in basement by pulling 20’ of line through the old clay tile with minimal repair of house structure.

Incompetent. Unknowledgeable. EXTREMELY overpriced. Like, REALLY overpriced. Never again. Call someone else.

Adrian and Lee tried to unfreeze my pipes, but my problem is more complex. I appretiate everything they did. Thank you guys!

I had bathrooms clogged, called and within an hour Adrian came on time today, was able to diagnose the issue caused by tree roots, gave an estimate, and was able to fix the issue and clear blockage timely, was professional and explained well, highly recommend.

Called for help and repair person was at my house in 25 minutes. Very professional and explained cost then cleared problem up within about an hour. I'd call them again no question! Repair person was Ron Peterson.

WHY can't all contractors be like Mr. Rooter??? When I call on them, I know they will be there quickly, work hard, and always be professional. No matter how big or small...the work is impeccable and the response time is wonderful. Three years ago Bill came and did a HUGE job with the least amount of tear up of our newly finished basement. He tripled his work just to make our lives easier. He was truly a saint during that time. Today, Paul was quick and efficient doing a great job. They truly care about doing excellent work and I will be a Mr. Rooter customer for life...you know when you call the company you can breathe relief because they will do you right.

Called Mr. Rooter about a clogged bathroom toilet. They charged me $300 for fifteen minutes to snake it. 3 weeks later same toilet clogged again. They ran a camera down it and told me branch main is separated and that I'd need to break up the floor in the house to get to it. They charged $377 for that. I asked if the drain for the washer ran through that separated part. They ran some water down the washer drain and said I should be good because it Y's off and bypasses the separated section.
The next day I did laundry and an hour later came down to a flooded bathroom/laundry room. The guys at Mr. Rooter forgot to put back the hose that went from the washer to the drain. Spent 5 hours cleaning it up. Had to take all the engineered wood flooring up. Wood is all warped and ruined now that it has dried. Called Mr. Rooter and they will not take any responsibility and that their insurance would not cover it.

Technician was very friendly, explained everything, very knowledgeable.

I experienced discriminatory behavior from one of the service men. I have called the service center and was told a manager would contact me back. I received no such call. I called and left a voicemail 8/20 with no avail. I have left another voicemail today and will update my review accordingly. Until then I will make sure I continue to share my negative experience and assume that the company supports discrimination.

I used In Laws Plumbing, their service was through and very reasonably priced. I was given a verbal and written breakdown of my charges and work done. I highly recommend In Laws Plumbing.

Adrian did good work and very professional. I would recommend him again. (Mr. Rooter did lose our appointment and were 3 hours late which was not the fault of the plumber)

I have to applause the people that work for this company! IZZY was awesome really good customer service. Always have fast and knowledgeable service. I have used them twice once for a water heater and pipe repair for a sink. Big or small they can get it done. The people on the phone are kind oh and I said people not machines. They answer all your questions and concerns. The only thing I hope they change in the future is part warranty repair.

We used Mr. Rooter years ago and obtained a lifetime warranty for an expensive plumbing job. When we attempted to use that warranty, recently, we were advised that the new owners would not acknowledge it--despite having bought the franchise (and the warranties previously sold, frankly). Unethical and shady business practices. Call a different plumber.

Service was good, but $277 for a snake job seem to be high. I wasn’t sure on what prices should be, but after I paid I started telling people at work and my customers and they all said the same thing. YOU PAID WAY TO MUCH. I guess I know now.

I called Mr. Rooter Saturday morning, with VERY slow drain issues. Ron was at our door within a couple hours. He greeting me with a handshake and introduction of who he was, very polite. He got our drains working again in a timely fashion.

I called at 8:30 on a Friday night because we had a DIY refrigerator line install go VERY wrong. The lady who answered the phone was kind and assured me that these things happen all the time. Jamie showed up professional and knowledgeable. He did not laugh at us for our DIY mistake and assured us we did have the catastrophe on our hands that I thought. He quoted us the worst case and the best case scenario, and said it could be fixed today. He bought a better part than we even asked for and installation was quick and clean. The price was fair. He fixed a mistake and made it better than we could have.
Overall this bad situation was better from the phone call to the technician to having the problem fixed in less than an hour! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter!

Ray was out and he did a wonderful job

We have been having problems with our plumbing since we moved in. Had used another plumber who kept uncloging our floor drain but no explanation of what was happening. We called Mr. Rooter and Ron came out. Within 30 minutes. He showed us how the sumpump was incorrectly installed and not working, and found that our waters line to the fridgerator w a set up to code. He we was honest with us on what we needed and didn't need. He was professional and explained everything so we could understand what we was happening. To say we are pleased with him and his work would be an understatement. I won't trust anyone else with our plumbing again. We are looking to add an additional bathroom and feel very comfortable know they're knowledgeable and get the job done right. Thank you Ron again for finally fixing our problems and we appreciate your professionalism.

Very pricey. They are taking advantage of an Ill elderly woman. The problem started a week ago and still isn't resolved leaving an Ill elderly patient without plumbing. Her credit card was charged an overly high amount and yet the job isn't completed and still no plumbing and no date as to when the job will be completed.

Alex and the team that came out with him were professional, courteous, and transparent during all parts of the process. We had issues with our pipes backing up and the cause turned out to be tree roots. Alex figured out the problem last night and had it squared away the next morning. Will absolutely go to them again for our plumbing needs, and I cannot recommend them enoguh!

***Would give them 0 stars if i could. *** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SO MANY BETTER COMPANIES IN OMAHA. I called for their services- they said they would come and provide a free estimate after they did not give me a service call price over the phone. The plumber who came, came in and starting working on the toilet- I asked him if he can fix the leak AND the toilet chain to make sure it properly works. I asked how much it would cost (he said 190 and this is something that you all could have easily shared over the phone instead of saying you can provide a “free estimate”.) After he did not fix the chain, I told him I had a coupon for 40 dollars off and he said that was only $250 an up (it did not say that on the coupon) and I had to negotiate him to take the 40 dollars off. After I paid, he left and I noticed the chain was not fixed. I called him back and he said it would cost an extra 190 for him to come back. You all called me to have someone else come fix it for a discounted price and I did not want your services.

Showed up almost 2 hours late for a 8am-10am window and charged me about $100 more then the other quotes I got on the phone. Could not give me a quote until they showed up to do the work however they could complete the work sooner. Surprised to see they were so much higher even with a $35 off coupon

Plumping issues are never planned and are always a surprise. All of their on-call team was dispatched for the night but they were able to provide my husband with a quick fix for the night until they could get someone out in the morning. They called at 8 am to inform me they would be at our home in 20 mins, showed up on time, assessed the issue and explained what the fix would be and what the cost would be. After the service was complete, it was explained what the use was and what the long term solution was.

These guys are awesome! I had a slow drain in my house. Another plumber came in and got their auger stuck and ultimately did not even get all of the roots out of the drain. These guys came out, cleared out all of the roots and removed the stuck auger from the drain. I'll certainly be calling Mr. Rooter from now on.

The guy seemed nice enough, and I'm sure they do at-least decent work, but they're terribly overpriced. I had them come over for a plain-jane drain cleaning and got a $700 quote ... for a job that takes less than an hour and that I've had done several times before for a fraction of the price.
I think these guys have all the work they need. Save yourself a lot of money and find somebody a little hungrier.

I phoned for repairs on my toilet. The technician was wonderful. He explained and showed me what was wrong in detail so I could understand. He provided options on how to fix it. He was so polite through it all even with me asking questions. The company doesn't charge outrageous prices to come out to give you an estimate. I will be using the company again.

We had a hole in our drain pipe over the long weekend and needed someone to come out asap. I should’ve known why this business was available first thing in the morning. The plumber had no idea what he was doing, even though he called and I gave him specifics before he got here. He had to have someone bring him tools that he didn’t end up needing, then his boss came and cussed him out for replacing the pipe with the wrong material and wasting our whole day. Not to mention they were extremely overpriced. $700 to fix a hole in our bathroom’s drain pipe. Horrible experience and will never call them again.

They came out on a Sunday told me I had a broken mainline. They started the work on Monday and were done by Tuesday. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

They wanted to charge us $150.00 for a water line shut off valve! When we protested, tech told us to 'shut up you don't know what you're talking about'. We told him to leave and paid his $150.00 charge for service call and his time. We got another company to come out the same afternoon and they were great! Mr. Rooter is overpriced and takes advantage.

Our kitchen was completely clogged, taking hours for the water to drain just a few inches. I called Mr. Rooter in Omaha and they had a guy come out within the hour. He was worried there might be a broken pipe, so we scheduled another Mr. Rooter plumber to come double check and he found the main pipe in the basement. He removed the plug within 15 minutes. Now the sink is fixed. They only charged me for the first appointment. Great service and very professional. I highly recommend them.

My mom called Mr. Rooter Friday. The guy did show up in a timely manner. However, he used all mothers material except for a small piece of PVC pipe that he had in his truck. He even made her go to Home Depot to pick up a $10 part that wasn't broke to begin with but he twisted it he broke it. So she had to leave a strange man in her house because if he were to go get the part it would be an extra $100.00. Then she tried to use the $60 off that they have listed on their website and he said no she already received a discount. So I called to speak with a manager about the situation and was told a manager would call me Saturday. I never heard from anyone. My mom ended up paying $350. I think it is wrong for them to charge her that much when he used all her supplies she even bought the sump pump. This place is a joke. Never again will she or my family/friends use Mr. Rooter!

This is not the first time I've used Mr Rooter to clear out my main drain line and they are the only one I will call. My wife called this morning and they said it could be days... They called back knowing our situation was pretty bad and said they could maybe get us in the next morning. They came out this afternoon and Jaime Garcia was quick and professional and had our main drain draining again in no time. Thank you Jaime and Mr Rooter, great service as always!

Drain problems are always stressful. From 1st call to Mr Rooter to job being done was a good experience. Robert, the tech was very pleasant and knowledgebase of what needed to be done. Although I hope not to need their service anytime soon, I will definitely call Mr Rooter

Had to use Mr Rooter twice in last 2 years. They were able to respond by next day or within an hour. Very prompt, explanatory and friendly. All plumbing costs $$$. They are not more expensive than anybody else. But they are MUCH faster responding to fix your problem, other plumbers I called before them, I had a wait. Will use Mr Rooter anytime!

A backed up drain on an early Sat morning is not the way I wanted to start my weekend. Not only was Jaime able respond to my S.O.S. in record time, he was kind, efficient, cleaned up after himself, and even gave me some tips to help prevent future problems. Great experience with Mr. Rooter of Omaha, and Jaime who did the work. I called at 8:30 am and Jaime was out to my house by 9:00! I appreciated the prompt response (another company I called said they couldn't get someone out for 4 days!). Jaime was very professional, friendly and got the job done quickly. He explained everything about the repair and did some additional checks as well to ensure all was good. My leaky kitchen sink was fixed in less than an hour! Couldn't be happier!

Used them in the past with mixed results. Had scheduled them to come out between 8-10am. Was working from home all day so did not care they were late, but when I called at 11am to ask if they were still coming out, they could not have been more rude. They did not even have us on the schedule and when I said we called the day before and had setup a appointment, the service agent was just rude. We told him we would just give our business to someone else and he said OK, bye. Unprofessional and will not use them again going forward.

I called Mr. Rooter with a really bad tree root issue that was causing flooding in my basement. They sent Bill to check out my problem. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done to fix my problem. I thought this issue could be really expensive, but the price was actually very fair considering the extent of my problem. Mr. Rooter gave me a guaranteed warranty on the work Bill did to take care of my problem. I do highly recommend Mr. Rooter if you are having any plumbing issues.

Our kitchen drain clogged on Christmas Eve while in the process of cooking for Christmas dinner. My husband worked steadily for 6 hours trying to clear the drain. I finally called Mr Rooter, and was pleasantly surprised that they had someone who could come help. He was there within 45 minutes and worked diligently until our drain was cleared. He interrupted his own family time on Christmas Eve and never made us feel like we were interrupting his personal time. Jaime was awesome! Would. It hesitate to use Mr Rooter again. Thank you!!

I have used Mr Rooter for at least 9 years. The technicians are friendly and always take care of every plumbing issue I’ve had. I am called when the technician is on their way and they always show up as promised when the appointment is made. I have never been less than 100% satisfied.

We have a sink in our kids bathroom that always clogged up. Which btw, we always had serviced by an expensive plumber. This time we called Mr. Rooter and Adrian showed up, not knowing what he was in for. He was immediately able to unclog the drain but also exposed a slow leak we had for a while. Not what you want but definitely needed to be resolved. Adrian was able to replace some piping ( that's a simple description but you get it) and fix the leak. Overall, I think most people are looking for value when they hire someone to work on their home and we certainly received it with the job that Adrian performed! We are definitely going to continue to use Mr. Rooter for more than just a clogged drain.

Bill, one of the techs, came to our house to unfreeze a pipe to our kitchen sink. He had a very bad attitude when he came into the house and was very rude and condescending towards me (a female). I will never use Mr Rooter again.

Troy and Alex came out right in their time window of 7-9 pm. Had to get two snakes out to clear a a clogged toilet line. They knew their stuff and got it done in good time. Professional and friendly.

He was very helpful and informative in teaching me about the nuances of plumbing and what to do to fix issues when they arise. There was a leak in the sprinkler system that needed to be repaired before selling the house and Ron was so understanding of the need for quick service. He also did a great job of communicating with me when a part had to be ordered. I will use Mr. Rooter and request him if ever needed in the future.

I have worked with Mr. Rooter for a few years now and after numerous experiences. I can say I have always been happy with the service, price and quality of the work. They installed my gas line for our range, fixed our shower and most recently installed a faucet. Each time we had a different tech but all have been professional, responsive and very friendly. Now that we are selling our home and moving out of state they will be our benchmark for good service in our new area.

Made a call for multiple repairs. Bill arrived in an hour from my call, repaired an outside faucet, a pressure valve, and a toilet. The cost was considerably less than other plumbers had quoted, and all the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Bill O’Connor was great to work with. I work a crazy schedule and to have this completed on a day off gave me great peace of mind!!

The plumber came quickly when we called and had the initial problem of a clogged drain solved. Unfortunately, this led to the discovery that a pipe had cracked (not caused by the plumber). They changed their schedule and spent the next several hours removing cracked pipe from the wall and replacing it.

The technician was very nice and on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
However, when I called to schedule, I asked the scheduler how much the service call was, so I could compare, and was told that there was no service call charge. He would come out, assess the problem, and let me know how much it would be to fix it. Then I could decide what I wanted to do.
While he was here he suggested to change the flapper in one of the toilets. I said I would try that and he charged me $125 bucks and left! It made me feel kind of duped. Just tell people how much a service call is, so they can be prepared

We had a nasty clog in our drains causing our sinks to back up. Finally gave up and called Mr. Rooter on Monday who sent Ken the following day. Ken was great and made short work of the problem. He gave us an upfront price quote and I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Ken for any future plumbing issues.

Ken replaced the air switch on my Trajet whirlpool tub. I’m so happy to have the jets working again! I called Mr. Rooter on a Wednesday afternoon. Ken was there within a few hours to assess the problem. He was back the next day with the required parts, and had the tub working in less than an hour. I have used Mr. Rooter for multiple visits over two different houses. Each time they have been prompt in their service, professional in their work, and I never feel as though I'm being over-charged. I have even been fortunate enough to receive same day service from them when other companies have been 3+ hours late. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Two experiences with them. First was shower valve replacement to stop persistent leak. Tech was quick, efficient and i thought a good price. No issues.

Second repair was a dumpster fire. Had a leaking regulator valve. Different tech replaced. Advised before he left house i didnt have much pressure upstairs. Tech said had other jobs he was late to and couldnt fix that day. Later thar night, no water in house. Call a diff vendor and explained the issue. Over the phone he diagnosed as part installed backwards. Came out that night showed me proof, flipped it around and all working. Had them install their own part. Called mr rooter to give details and complain, got a call 10min later from an irritated service tech saying i didnt know what o was talking about and he couldnt have made a mistake. Said other company was trying to just sell me parts. When i mentioned they tighten a nut to stop the leak on the shut off valve he said HAD to be replaced, he hung up on me.

I had Mister Rooter of Omaha come out to clear my clogged sink. After a few minutes of using his snake he said he was unable to clear it. His fee for the snake is $300. He said he would need to use pressurized water for an additional $500! I refused. Without a refund of my $300. The next day Tritz plumbing sent a hard worker out, and cleared it for less than $250 in about 1.5 hours. Mr. Rooter omaha is a scammer only interested in the up sell.

I would recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing. The technician Ray came out to my house and did a thorough job clearing out my mainline. He explained everything to me in a courteous and professional manner. The services were reasonably priced including a guaranteed warranty. I really appreciate Ray resolving my plumbing problems quickly.

Liars liars liars! I called to make an appt, I specifically asked them how much it was to come out and give an estimate on what was wrong my water hearter, they told they didn't charge for an estimate. The technician shows up to my house and spend less then 5 min (Im serious here), and he goes to charge my husband $50 dollars. I then call their office and asked why they had to charge me when I was told that there was no charge. Their excuse was that the technician had to charge me because he touched my water heater. Absolutely ridiculous! Will never use them again, and do NOT recommend them.

Very unhappy with high cost and lack of quality and care. After firing tthe company for 2 commercial account and my house continue to send me invoices from a a year ago that either are not valid or have been paid months ago.
Dropped oil on my residence rug due to sloppy wor k process. Hisory of over billing and duplicate billing months latter with no basis other than harrasement ! My advice is stay away at all costs! Estimate is 6000 to replace entire rug since oil has created permanent stains and smells.They have not corrected the issue. They drive beat up vans which look like a disaster!

I hate to be negative so i must first start with a positive. The woman who answered my phone calls was lovely and very polite and professional. Ive had a clogged sink for some time, it would go down if plunged however I got sick or doing that,so we called Mr. Rooter and they came right over, said I needed a new pipe the old one was bad, so I say ok. 3 hrs later and 650 bucks and I still have a clogged sink even worse then before since now I can't even plunge it!!!! 😢😢🤮🤮 im back to doing dishes in tub until i save up and get another plumber!! So NOO I wouldn't recommend them at all!!!

Ken B came out late on a Friday night and saved our daughters graduation party scheduled for the next day! He cleared our kitchen drain quickly and gave some advice to help keep it clear in the future. Very professional.

Adrian was our plumber he was very nice and informed me of the process. We were able to get a same day appointment. Will use their service's again.

Service date 5-19-2023. Service was not fully performed and I was still charged full rate as they stated we attempted to clear the drain. The issue was during the snaking as an older pipe detached from the pvc pipe at the entry to my kitchen line so Bill the service rep stopped immediately and packed up. Quote was $250 to clear the clog, which was not performed. He then quoted me $1,700 to fix the pipe/replace with pvc. I explained I couldn't do that. So the total charge for 15 minutes of snaking was $265 and I'm now in a worse situation I was before. After speaking with several other plumbers this charge should have been reduced. I also provided a $50 off coupon which I had received in the mail but it did absolutely nothing as they just adjusted the total to be higher. I would stay away from this business and call a more reliable and fair plumber. Ask your Facebook friends for recommendations!

Truly unbelievable experience after paying over $200 for screwing on a shower knob that had fallen off. While it’s not customary, I was made to pay for service prior to it starting due to the fact that I called from an out of state number. Nevermind the fact that I am active duty, and living in the Omaha area. Subpar service at best.

Ron Peterson was dispatched to our home two weeks ago, on a Saturday afternoon, to fix a clogged toilet. My husband and I were impressed with his work ethic and how personable he was that we special requested him to replace our water heater today. The coldest day of the year, -37° windchill, Ron showed up and finished the job. We are already planning for him to come back in the Spring to run a camera through our pipes. Edit…(12/28/2022) Third call to Mr. Rooter. We had a sink that wouldn’t drain in a bathroom. We have only lived in this house a month. Called Mr. Rooter and they dispatched Jamie to our residence. He was amazing! Very thorough, professional, and explained everything my husband and I needed to know regarding the issue. These guys have been amazing and they will continue to have our service in future. Again, we highly recommend their service!

Alex was very helpful in resolving our tree root issue and also gave us some terrific advice about our kitchen drain and pipes.

Our sump pump stopped working on a weekend. We called Mr. Rooter. The office staff was friendly and send Jaime to check out our problem. He arrived within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate of what our expense would be. We gave him the okay and he installed our new sump pump and check valve. Great comfort with a rainy weekend in the forecast. Professional and pleasant.

Called him out for a FREE estimate and would not use the outside pipes, he said it was too cold. He told me I would have to tear out a wall and it cost 180 dollars just to get equipment in and it would be around 500 dollars total to clean my pipes. I don't think he wanted to do his job, I think he was the owner, and was very rude. When I told him to leave he walked out he didnt shut the door either. He was VERY RUDE. Would NOT recommend!

I got fed up , such of being taken advantage of and called Mr.Rooter . From the time of my call I felt heard. The dispatch listened and understood this was my first home . Bryson was at my home by that afternoon. Diagnosed and was able to return that day and complete the pipe removal and replacement showing the pipe that was just gone and undesirable after the competitor RR 4 times of cameras and small fixes . Since Bryson was here my family and I had the ability to breathe and not fear water flooding even we woke. 1/2 the cost and straight to the point. Mr. Rooter is proven that they exceed expectations with their customers

I would think twice before I would call this company. We had them at our house two weeks ago with a plugged main drain to our house. They did respond within an hour which was great. After they got it opened they highly over charged us for what they did. Today our main drain was plugged again so we called them to see what they were willing to do about it since it had only been two weeks., We were told that the person who had been here didn't come to our town anymore. A little later our daughter called them on her cell phone and told them she had the same problem and she lived in the same town we do. She was told, sure there would be no problem. The lady told her That's what we do. Excuse me. We got taken good by this company. The ironic thing is we got a card in the mail today thanking us and offering us $35.00 off their next job. This was dated Aug. 2, 2016. I don't think so. Just beware people apparently making things right for their customers isn't part of what this company does. NEVER AGAIN, I don't like getting taken by a company. One star is way too high. The Mr. Rooter guy who came to our house was driving an old white van with red and blue writing on the side. I assume he was associated with the Mr. Rooter who has the nice red vans. The funny thing is they have two different phone numbers. Strange!

I made an appointment early in the morning (like 6:30 a.m.), and the gentleman was here by 9:00 a.m. the same day. He was professional, did the job, and cleaned up after himself. I appreciated the quick service and professionalism.

Finally got basement drain opened with pressure equipment for $1,200. But, unfortunately the pressure blew waste up in toilet and kitchen in finished basement. They left it that way but when I called the next day they sent a cleaning crew that did an okay job of cleaning up. All they needed to do was put the stoppers in the sinks and putting the toilet lid down. Probably wouldn’t use them again.

They said, they do free estimate but they are not.. they charge you money just to come without figuring out the problem or even doing anything. Plus i have coupon from them for free estimate but you still have to pay just for coming to your house. just wasting your time and money.

They came out as soon as they could. Adrian came out multiple times and located my mystery plumbing problem. He was professional and kind. They handled ALL repairs and explained what exactly was wrong and what got fixed. I would give the whole team I spoke with a 10 star review if I could. They treated us like family, not just another paycheck. Love these people to death!

Service tech was helpful but ultimately i paid 200 dollars for him to replace 2 screws and to tell me to bring something back. I don't feel like anybody should work for free but i paid 200 dollars to get my leak fixed, not be told how to fix it myself

Adrian came out on a Saturday night (somewhat emergency service), very polite and professional and went the extra yard to remove a broken shower cartridge, where other plumbers might have wanted to just replace the entire valve which would have been a more costly and invasive job. Call them first thing in the morning they were there by 8:30am! Toilet was unclogged and he was out of there by 9am! Amazing! Definitely will be using them next time!

Mr. Rooter would not give me an estimate for work over the phone. I was told the service person would bid the job when he/she got to my home and evaluated the work. I expected the bid to be in line with other rooter companies. I was shocked at the price quoted for a simple cleaning of a kitchen pipe.

I was called within the scheduled time to say the truck was on the way. However, I had to call back 2 hours later as it had not arrived. When the truck did arrive it was past the scheduled window but there was no apology or other acknowledgment.

There is a $25 fee for showing up and I did not want to reschedule with another company so I went ahead with Mr Rooter. I had to mention that there was an April special on the web that was not up-front offered. Even with the discount it was expensive, $250 discounted to $200. Other companies are half that.

The pipe was an easy clean and was done in about half and hour. It was noted that a locking pin on our garbage disposal was broken. I was quoted $350 to buy and have a new disposal installed. A disposal can be had at a big-box store for less that $100 and the install takes an hour at best.

My conclusion is that Mr. Rooter bills out at about $$250 an hour. Yes the work was done. But it could have been done as well by any rooter company at much less cost. I will never use Mr. Rooter again.

Called them and they said it would be almost 6 pm before they could be her but was here 40 minutes early. They did an excellent job and explained everything they were doing!!

We had a main line root blockage, John arrived within a hour of my call for service. John told us the price for main line cleaning right up front. He went through different clean outs, Bryson also showed up and they worked together and they tried break through, always making sure we were aware of all cost. Both gentlemen were very professional and polite as they got our lines open and cleared. We highly recommend Mr Router, and especially John and Bryson they are the best!!

I used Mr. Rooter to replace my mainline drain with a lifetime warranty in 2002. I called them to check the mainline which had tree roots growing in it again. Due to a change in ownership, not dissolving the company or rebranding, they did not honor their warranty nor was there an attempt to see if it was on the city side of the street that the tree root blockage occured. I will never recommend this company again. It is sad that there is no integrity in business anymore.

Bart and Aaron installed a utility sink, added water lines and drain line from the sink to the stack and assured everything met my expectations. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Mr. Rooter was hyper responsive, professional and had my toilet repaired quickly. I would highly recommend their services.

Bart came out and cleared our line all the way to the street. He was able to show us that our line looked in good shape and just needed some tree roots removed to prevent any further problems. He had a challenge with the way the line was laid with 4 or more turns but did a great job. He and his partner cleaned up after themselves and where very easy to work with.

Had issue with backup. Called and were there in an hour and got it fixed. Very happy with service. Had Ron and Ray doing service.

I called to have them come look at the stems in my bathroom shower and sink. They were supposed to be here at 12:30pm. I called at 1:00pm. They told me they had a 2 hour window and I was next in line. It is now 5:30pm. Not so much as a phone call to say they are not coming or anything. How incredibly rude to to leave people just sitting around waiting like this. It is a holiday weekend and I have stuff to do. Now I have guests coming over and no bathroom to use.

The employees were extremely professional and thorough in their examination of the problem and solution recommendation.

I asked for a second opinion on a possible collapsed pipe leading to my kitchen sink and two wonderful knowledgeable men came to my home to investigate. Ray took the time to snake the drain and determined there was buildup and had it cleared in 15 min! The gentleman I refer to as The Boss (sorry I didn't get his card) was informative and even took the time to explain their process as Ray worked. I will NEVER call another plumber! The cost was worth the peace of mind! Thanks guys! - still no issues 1 month later!! A +++++++

Spoke with a lady on the phone, she would not give any prices over the phone. When I kept asking about the price she became more upset and eventually hung up on me. Will not be using this service.

My tech spent two days trying to cable a drain before saying we needed to do a spot repair on my main sewage line. I was told these two days would count as credit towards our $3,200 estimate but this never happened. In addition they tacked on an additional repair that they did not explain clearly. Honestly I think it’s because they ended up breaking my pipes.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with the owner to clarify and sort out this bill but I’ve been redirected to underlings for weeks.

If you can afford the time to shop around with plumbing services, definitely look for plumbers besides Mr. Rooter

UPDATE: they exposed my foundation and water leaks into the basement whenever it rains. They refuse to make this wrong right and my mom and I have had to hire a private contractor to fix this

Not sure what exactly broke but my shower handle was not working and water was gushing out of it they got the problem fixed but the reason I gave 3 stars was that my shower handle starts on hot water instead of cold npw and it's hard to Guage how hot it's gonna be when I turn it on now I know it's a minor thing and the shower does work not and I'm grateful but to do that every morning is a bit tedious I called them several times over the course of like 4 days and each time they said they'd get back to me and they never did every day the next phone call would be something like oh we meant to get back to you or we'll figure out what happened and let you know and no call back I suspect that because they had to cut into my wall and install a part from behind that it was put in backwards to what the instrcutions say and that's why it works in reverse now so maybe they're not to willing to come out and correct and error once the job is done and written the check or maybe there's a good reason I've been been playing phone Tag for a week that's been my experience the shower does work now so it was it is.

Mr. Rooter was a great experience. The main water drain in my basement backed-up and caused some water issues. I called two companies in the area and Mr. Rooter was able to get out to my house within 2 hours of my call. The plumber, called 20 minutes ahead of time to give a heads up he was on the way. When he arrived, Alex shook my hand introduced himself with a smile and quickly got to work. He identified the main issue and what it was stemming from in a matter of minutes. He fixed the issue, gave me a bit of a tutorial on why it happened, what steps I can do to remedy in the future, and what he was going to do to fix it today. Only took a matter of 30-45 minutes to do all of this. Fantastic experience, awesome service, will make me call Mr.Rooter anytime for any future drainage issues. Well done.

Alex arrived and identified the problem with my slow draining sink. Rather than just clearing the pipe as a previous company did he addressed the underlying problem and reworked my kitchen drain plumbing and added a clean out access. Very pleased with the results.

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled to after my experience. I had a broken flange that caused my toilet to leak. I called Mr Rooter and they said they were able to come same day. The first person showed up and said he didnt know how to do it. He set up for a different guy from Mr Rooter to come 2 hours later. That person never showed up. No call to notify me. I called Mr Rooter and they said the plumber went home sick and forgot to call me. They credited me $25 which was fine. I reset up an appointment for two days later. Again no one showed up and I never got a phone call. I called back now a third time and they sent me the next available truck that day. They eventually showed up and were able to fix my problem. The plumber was Adrian, who did a nice job and was friendly. I rated a 2 star not from the work performed but due to being no called no showed TWICE.

Mr Rooter was super fast with sending someone out the same day I called to address my drain issue. Dustin was very professional and clean while doing the work needed. I highly recommend this company and I'm definitely using them again.
