The initial visit was fine. We had used this company in the past several times. Unfortunately, we have called them back 3 separate times since the first visit to follow up on a couple items they found which needed attention. We were told all 3 times, they were working on the bid/info and they would get back to us. Weeks passed. Guess what, never heard back EVER!! Moved on with someone else.

I have been having them work on my stuff for years. I almost always deal with Steve. My business will never go to anyone else. Steve is a stand up guy who genuinely loves his work. He also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future! Their service is second to none. Thanks so much!

I am calling them my HVAC Angels. On a Friday at 7:30 I called R Mechanical because my air conditioner quit working. I really didn’t expect anyone to answer I just was going to leave a message so I would be first one come Monday morning. I planned on calling everyone around and pray it would get fixed in the near future. To my surprise my call was answered and they didn’t even have an IVR to push 1 for this and 2 for that. It was a live person. I explained what was going on with my air. It was going to be hot for the next few weeks and that’s when they break down when you use them. Not only did they come on a Friday night at 8:30 but they fixed it. The cost was way lower then I thought it would be. I was so pleasantly surprised and want to let all of you know how great they are. You don’t see this good of customer support any more. I get to sleep in my bed tonight and not sweat. So thanks R Mechanical.

The owners are no less than amazing. They're beyond friendly, they are not above working after hours or long days. They're friendly and will get you taken care of immediately. They work non stop and love what they do. Deb and Steve are the ideal owners of a company. Most of the time you never get to meet or see the owners, and that is not the case here. I love that they're prices are reasonable and I don't have to break the bank to get a job done!

I'm not normally one to write a review but I was very impressed with the staff at R Mechanical. Great customer service, honest and friendly, they definitely go above and beyond!

We had a big name Omaha HVAC company come out when our AC stopped cooling in May. They found our refrigerant to be low and charged us $400 to fill it up, without first checking the system for leaks. Everything was good for a month and then the AC stop cooling again. We called the same company so that they could fix what they missed the first time. They identified that there was a leak but couldn’t pinpoint where it was and said our coil needed to be replaced. We decided not to continue using them and instead chose to call R Mechanical to replace the coil. They came the same day we called to confirm that there was a leak. The technician Brock found exactly where it was and showed me a video he had taken. The work to replace the coil was scheduled within just a couple of days. The cost was significantly less than the big name company, especially the cost of the refrigerant needed to recharge the system after the repairs were done. Brock was once again very thorough in explaining things and careful and conscientious with the work that needed to be done. We felt very comfortable working with this company and will definitely use them again.

R Mechanical was very responsive when I called to get an estimate at 8 PM Wednesday night. The technician was very polite and quick to get our AC back on!

Steve and his crew are shining examples of value and customer service. We purchased a 120 year old house, not knowing how much heating and cooling work it needed. He literally replaced our entire system, which was a daunting feat, considering the size and the amount of retrofitting required. They work is impeccable. But the best example of Steve’s dedication to his customers came after we had received a defective boiler. Though Steve had nothing to do with us receiving the faulty equipment, he and his crew worked tirelessly to get it back up and running multiple times at all times of the day or night to keep our family warm during a terrible cold snap. Ultimately, after it was apparent the boiler was inoperable, advocated for us, going to the manufacturer, who ultimately provided us with a new boiler free of charge. Throughout the entire process, he put up with my frequent calls of outward frustration and anger over the situation with complete professionalism. You will not find a better company to work with that R Mechanical. Steve, Deb, Dylan, and the rest of the company They are like members of our family, and we’re so grateful to have found them.

Don't go anywhere else. R mechanical was prompt, and patient, answered our questions, gave us options, and all their techs and staff are professional, efficient and I can honestly say, I trust them to do what they say they will do. They will take care of you. I will only be using these guys for any heating and air issues from now on. Don't waste your time with anyone else, like we did..... R mechanical came out and had us up and running in a few hours. Fantastic, honest crew.

Couldn’t be happier with the work done by R Mechanical. The owners are wonderful and they truly care about their customers. Their employees who did the work at my house were timely, professional, and did a great job (thanks Dylan and Stan)! We had several different jobs that needed done, and R Mechanical completed everything, and even worked around our delayed drywall installation. Will use this company again and again.

I can't recommend R mechanical heating and air enough! I woke up to a 80+ degree house on the weekend and was miserable. Deb answered my questions on the phone and promised to get me someone the same day. When Steve arrived, he saved the day. Very friendly, reasonable prices and fixed the problem quickly. If you want an honest/trustworthy company, this is the one to pick. Will definitely use them again.

I recently had an issue with my AC unit, and R Mechanical came to my rescue. They responded very quickly and once at my house they identified the issue and got it fixed pretty fast. Very happy with the level of service and will continue to use them for my home and business.

When you invite someone into your home to fix something, there's always a small worry that it'll be someone you don't want in your home. This was not the case. R Mechanical Heating & Air was friendly, comfortable and above all did great work from start to finish. Deb got a hold of me RIGHT away and was able to fit an appointment in ASAP. She explained everything clearly but when the technician came, I never really expected how courteous and lovely the service would be. He was clear when explaining what was wrong AND after doing a diagnostic check, he cleaned our filters. He worked the WHOLE TIME and did so with a smile. What a guy! I highly recommend them. We've had a positive history with every Ralston business we've worked with and these guys were no different. More than positive, floored. Did I mention the price was SO REASONABLE. 2 Compressors replaced, cleaned my filters, ran diagnostics and was out in less than 2 hours. LESS THAN 2 HOURS. I was almost sad to see him go. If anything happens again, we know who to call.

I highly recommend R Mechanical and they will be the only ones who will be doing my furnace work from now on. I get home last evening my house was 82° with the a.c. on could not figure it out. Woke this morning it was 84° by noon it was 88° called one place and was told it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before they could get to me. Then I called R Mechanical spoke with the nicest lady she walked me through some trouble shooting to see if it would work well it did not. She added me to the list it was fixed by 6:30. I will definitely recommend this company the whole process was pleasant from start to finish. Thank you R Mechanical😌😰😀👍
