Scott was very responsive to our call, was able to arrive early in the morning so I didn't need to be late for work, and was able to clear the blockage in our drain quickly and easily. We were expecting much more costly work to redo some plumbing. We will be using Equisure again, next time we need a plumber!

Scott and his crew have been amazing! We had two plumbing emergencies in a week, one at our house and one at our rental property. He handled BOTH the same day and was extremely knowledgeable, one was even on a Sunday morning. We had to have a major pipe repaired and his team came out to fix it with total professionalism and finished it in half the time I thought it would take. Not to mention they gave us some helpful tips on how to maintain clean pipes in the future. These guys are A+!

Very responsive and were able to come out quickly and on time. Great communication, explained everything and answered all my questions. Even showed me how to fix a separate issue as well. Highly recommend!

Mr. Wichert arrived promptly at the time he said he would. He quickly cleaned out my clogged bathroom sink drain. I was pleased with his work and price.

My problem started with another plumber getting his snake stuck 80 ft out in my main stack, after I had a sewer backup in my basement. I called several other
companies, all stating I'd need to have the snake located and extracted. Which would be thousands of dollars. That night I prayed for someone with skilled hands to come and resolve this issue.
The next morning I called Equisure Inspectors. Scott and Jordan showed up, after speaking with Scott explaining my issue. Scott informed me he was optimistic, he could remove the snake. Sure as s***, he and Jordan got the snake out! Scott advised me to wait a few days and they would come back out to clean the out roots and hydro blast the pipes/main stack. He kept ne informed throughout both processes. Both men were professional and great at their craft. I will be using this Father Son team for all my plumbing needs in the future.

After having 3 different plumbing companies out to my property Scott finally helped me with some main drain problems. He came the same day as the call, texted me photos and videos as he was working and then gave me a 1 year flow warranty. I am finally satisfied. This had been a continuing issue with only cheap quick fixes that didn't last. Scott is the man with a plan.

Fast, honest, knowledgeable, professional service at a reasonable price! I called on New Year's Eve and they were here within an hour. They fixed our drains and showed us the roots that were causing our problem. They also advised us what to do to prevent the roots from taking over again. The guys left our property nicer than what they found it and left it smelling good too. We have used other plumbers previously, but never again. We have found our forever plumber with Equisure Inspectors.

Bill and Scott treated me like family and saved me Thousands of dollars by snaking my main drain instead of tearing up my drive way . I was scared because of the magnitude of the situation but Scott calmed me down and walk me through the situation . Quick, friendly, knowledgable and honest. After multiple plumbers have been out monthly to unclog our basement drain from tree roots, we felt like it was a never ending problem. Equisure was the last and only plumber to thoroughly get the job done and warranted their work for years to come. Definately would recommend.

Scott and crew were fast, efficient, clean and above all honest. We had a toilet and tub drain issue and other companies wanted almost 500 just walking in the door or ice the phone without even looking. They inspected the downstairs drains and found a solution without pulling the toilet and charged a third of the price. I will recommend them again.

Scott and his team have always been easy to work with, they are on time, honest and will explain procedures and any issues they may encounter. It is often hard to find a quality service provider, but I believe I have done so with Equisure...no need to call anyone else.

Perhaps they should avoid making rude comments about other people in public when driving a company vehicle. Doesn’t look good for business.
