I got a new water heater installed, team was on time, efficient, and helpful. Price was very competitive too. When I noticed something minor after they left, they returned and helped fix that, along with a shower leak - that was probably just a coincidence but they fixed in nonetheless! Would totally recommend them!

We had a water leak underneath our house that was slowly draining water into our neighbor’s yard and driveway. Once we discovered the problem, we called literally six different plumbing companies. SmithPro was the first one to come out and take a look, gave us a fair price, and began work the next morning. They were very professional and did a great job!

My husband called initially to ask about our failing water heater and got an appointment set up. Brian came out and met with me to inspect and decide on a plan. He treated me with respect, didn't dumb anything down, and had even agreed to repeat everything he had just explained when my husband called me to ask a few questions (he could not be onsite for the appointment). Brian explained everything as he had to me. We agreed that replacement was best option. The 2 techs who came out to perform the replacement (Rob and Mason) were both very nice, friendly, and professional. The installation was quick and done cleanly. There were no hidden expenses in our quote and I would recommend them 100 times over for any plumbing needs.

Very professional...although the main issue was a toilet clog....which turns out to be more than clogged toilet...I received a call from another company within 10 minutes of Smithpro leaving and that company is coming out today. I'd leave about eight stars if I could. When we came back from a vacation to water dripping from our downstairs bathroom ceiling, that was a pretty poor welcome home. We got it to quit dripping, but that required shutting our water off, and with a toddler at home, I needed someone out quick. SmithPro had a tech out within a few hours, who got it diagnosed and fixed for a fraction of the price I was anticipating. Not only that, they were super friendly, patient, informative, and kind to my (very curious) daughter. As a new homeowner still learning the ropes, this was about as well as I could have asked for things to go, and while I hope to not have to use plumbing repair repair services again for a while, if/when I do, I know who I'm calling. Thank you so much for making this experience so simple and seamless!

They are awesome I have used smith pro several times in the last 5 years. From unclogging our sink also unfreezing our kitchen pipes and replaced our outside spicket. They are well priced and fast.

Have used Smith Pro twice now. Once to hook up our kitchen faucet, disposal, and plumbing after new countertops were installed, and the second time to replace a water heater and install a water softener. Both times they completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up when they were done. Very happy and will use their services again.

Young gentlemen showed up to fix a clogged kitchen drain which was having water backup (it was a mess!). He was courteous, respectful, and got to work right away. He was having a hard time figuring out the issue, so he called 2 coworkers and they showed up quickly- together, they fixed the issue right away! Turns out they had gotten a mix up with my address and had gone to Bellevue, then realized address was in Papillion. Appreciate coming my way regardless and taking care of our issue..! =) They cleaned up their work, left area clean and dry. Wonderful service, we will definitely use them again. Thank You!! 😊

I had Dan Nelson come out and check my house for a leak detection because I had water soaking my carpet in the basement. He was very thorough, checked the whole house, and found out that it was my sump pump that had broken. He replaced it immediately and now I'm not leaking anymore water. Dan was completely professional, explained the situation, and gave me different options before he did any work. He even forwarded my information to have a water mitigation company come out and make an assessment. I would recommend Smithpro plumbing to anyone who is having water issues in their house.

Super fast response from the office manager and excellent service from the tech! I needed someone to diagnose tankless water heater issues I was having and the original installer ghosted my pleas for help. They not only spent time diagnosing the issue in person, but spent lots of time on the phone with tech support (I have an advanced unit) as well! A+++ in my book and they now have a long term customer!

We have used this company both inside and outside the house on several occasions. I find their workmanship to be excellent they are very professional and knowledgeable and what they do, and they are friendly and responsive. It is always nice to find a company that you feel comfortable with.

Plans for the day- replace vanity top and faucet. Also replace the worn out 4' run of metal drain pipe located inside the stud wall. SPP arrived a little before the scheduled time.
Several hours into project it was determined the parts required to connect to the main 50 yr old cast stack were discontinued and completely out of stock. Now necessary to replace 20 section of main stack which was used by 2 sink drains and also contained a rusted through hole! Necessary parts were obtained and expertly installed. Dan completed this major project by mid-afternoon and onto his next assignment. Would recommend them for your plumbing needs! THANK YOU!!

The plumber and his apprentice put back the drain and overflow cover. We had an issue of a slow drain before the bathroom pipes froze. So, needed assistance with getting the water flowing and the drain cleared.

Removed and replaced old galvanized pipe with copper. Dan and Mason worked pretty much non-stop the time they were here, but Dan would take the time to answer any questions I had. Very professional, honest, respectful and easy to talk to and worked with me when they had to come upstairs since I have a dog. Work looks good, finally got good water pressure in shower, and they did a good clean up when done. Amy, who handles the calls is also very nice to talk to and easy to work with in scheduling, especially with the pandemic affecting everyone. Brian who did the estimate was also good and quick response with estimate. Good price and will use again when needed.

Whole team is responsive to texts and phone calls. They deliver on what they say. Will work with this team in the future.
