Very polite when I called about the problem my nephew was having in his mobile home. They made an appointment for the next day. When the tech showed up, he explained the situation and what the main cause was with a quote to fix it. It was so nice to have someone answer the phone and get an appointment so quickly. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling if I ever have a plumbing problem in the future.

Excellent Company with great people! We had a drain that we've had problems with for years. Omaha Drain came out right on time and they would not give up. After trying several different snake ends they finally pulled out and old rag. They also cleaned our main drain and did it all for what most companies would charge for one drain. Highly recommended!

Aaron McDaniel was awesome-Omaha Drain took care of us-serviced my mother’s home on a holiday weekend-Aaron was professional and kind-walked us through the process and fixed everything-there was a glitch which was fixed promptly (and was no fault of Aaron and Omaha Drain), this company is truly 24/7-will recommend to everyone!

Dylan was our tech. He was very professional, courteous as my girlfriend works from home. He was respectful and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend them.

Tom had to auger the sink line about 35’, dislodged the club, a grease section. He was quick & clean, appreciate that but the cost was far higher than expected. He also had to use my household plunger to assess the drain issue…did not have his own. Wonder if a “professional” plunger would have worked instead of the costly auger of the pipe. That’s why I did not score it higher.

Great experience with Omaha Drain. Thomas came over after 10 PM and got our drain taken cleared out in a jiffy. He didn’t rush off though. He helped clean up and looked at a few other areas of the house where we had some concerns. After all that he asked if there were any other problem areas that needed to be addressed. Excellent service. I’ll call them again when a plumbing issue arises.

They came at the time they said they would, and the guy was finished unclogging my drain in less than ten minutes. Professional and prompt.

I thought I needed my shower drain jetted luckily they just needed to power snake it. The guys were super honest i had Dylan and I'm not sure who his partner was but they were super professional, cleaned up afterwards and super honest! When I asked questions they weren't hesitant or giving vague answers. Most down to Earth service men I've met. Especially being a woman needing a contractor other companies and service men want to act like you're incompetent and want to rack up unnecessary services but they definitely didn't do that to me! I totally recommend this company and their services 1000% it was $249 plus tax for my snaking and they also take payment plans for any other services that are out of your budget! Shawn was on time, knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. He diagnosed the issue of a high efficiency toilet not giving enough water to completely flush. He suggested holding the handle down a bit longer and demonstrated its positive effect. Shawn offered addition remedies and prices.

Customer service was fantastic and they made sure to follow-up with me to make sure all the drains were working as expected. Additionally, they have very competitive pricing which allowed me to get my main line cleaned without breaking my budget.

Our floor drain and shower backed up late Sunday night. I called Omaha Drain first thing on Monday morning and a drain tech was at my house within 2 hours of my call. Thomas was very thorough and professional and got our issue resolved. He explained some future issues that we may have and recommended some services that will benefit us in the future. Aaron is top tier. Very nice, professional, and honest. I have some major problems going on with my main drain line. Aaron kept telling me sorry, he hates to be the bearer of bad news but I asked him specifically not to sugar coat anything. Just shoot me straight. He was upfront and honest about everything, let me watch the drain cam, answered all my questions with honest answers backed by proof. He cleaned up very well when he was done. No tools, trash, rags, boot covers, etc left behind. If he had to move something, it is back where it belongs. I would definitely trust Omaha drain for future needs.

Prices are expensive compared to other drain cleaning services I have used. Plumber left behind a company sticker on my hvac unit that was annoying and difficult to remove. Company also will constantly spam your email as well begging for a good review.

I contacted Omaha Drain late on a Friday evening for a clogged kitchen drain, I set-up an appointment for the next morning. They arrived on-time at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning, of a holiday weekend. The cost was exactly what they quoted me on the phone. The clog was further down than expected, and he had to bring-out a second machine to go down further. Our main drain backed up and we called Omaha Drain. They sent a rep out quickly for a low fee compared to other companies. The rep was courteous and quick and found roots growing into a damaged pvc pipe. He then told us the block was 14 ft down under our driveway. We got a second opinion from another company who found the damaged pipe 4 ft to the north, in our yard instead of under the driveway and 11 ft down instead of 14 feet. We used the other company to fix the damaged pipe successfully.

Plumber arrived in the 2 HR. window. Polite, answered my questions. Cleaned his mess. Wish he'd have cleaned mine.😂😂 Overall very satisfied. I have a question, when did tipping plumbers become a thing? I was taken aback with that. My repair was costly enough .

I needed some serious plumbing done.They needed to cut my main pipe and replace a section. Bart and Aaron were amazing. Very professional,very personable and reasonably priced.There are so many options out there but I will definitely stay with Omaha drain from now on.

We had a backed up sewer and we called around 10am - by 1245 they came and cleared it out. Very nice people and will call again if there are any issues with anything else.

Update: Had them come out to look at my dishwasher drain as it wouldn't drain. Technician was in and out in 5 minutes. Amazing work.

Would not recommend! They have a $99 main drain opening listed on their website. Good deal, so I scheduled and appt between 10 a.m.- 12. Didn't hear anything. Called then at 12:30. Dispatcher explained they were on an emergency call. Ok thats fine. Still waiting until 3 p.m. so i called back. Dispatcher said they were just fininshing up and would be another hour. I understand emergencies but you should communicate with your customers. Them the technician called at 4:30. Telling me they can make it now. He then asks if they told me about the $99 special and how thats only for the first half hour. After that it's $350, plus an additional $60 for a service fee. Nope they sure didn't tell me any of that. You can not get a drain unclogged under half an hour. Deceitful. Don't waste your time.

When jesse first got to my house,i showed him the problem and told him roto rooter said they couldn't snake it and jesse said i can.He did just that and had the drain unplugged within a hour.Will definitely use them again and saved me a ton of money

We had our main back up late at night & a technician, Thomas, came out stat even with it being memorial weekend. He ran cams located & cleared first problem but then continued further to find more & got every thing opened. He did an excellent job & easy to talk with about current issues & future work. Had our floor drain backup paid 300 for a camera inspection and a plunger to our floor drain. Took 10min. $30 a minute is a little steep.

Over the holiday weekend, we realized we had a plumbing issue. We called first thing the next morning and they sent Bart out immediately. Bart was able to diagnose the problem and Aaron and Bart came out this morning to fix it. They were professional, kept their word on timeframes and made no mess. I was expecting to have a clean up but there was nothing out of place. I would definitely use these guys again.

Sewer Inspection and consultation

I cannot stress how important it is to find a company that not only cares about their job but also their clients. The folks at Omaha Drain embody this and so much more.

I recently got a patch job done for my standing shower along with new hardware installation. This was not an easy job, the shower is old and required cutting into dry wall to get to the interior plumbing. Dylan came out and was not only honest with his work but realistic with the results. Unfortunately, due to the age of the shower the patch did not set properly. This wasn't an issue for Dylan though, as he showed up again just a few days later and redid the whole project FREE OF CHARGE! Needless to say, this was a stellar service that went far beyond what I was expecting.

So, if you're in the market for a plumbing service I highly recommend these folks. You won't be disappointed.

Jesse was very friendly and incredibly prompt in coming out to assist with a clogged kitchen drain. We had a full house of kids and a cat and dog that he was very comfortable with and kind to. This company gave us the run around for weeks while we had to live in hotels and with family. When we would call they would give us an answer and then change it within a day or two. The only thing they seemed in a rush to do was collect our check-they asked for it before the job was complete which I find completely unprofessional considering they didn’t say ahead of time they expected any money before completion. I found this company so frustrating I will definitely never use them again and will talk negatively to anyone I can about them.

Snaked a drain just like I needed. Came out promptly on early on a Sunday morning and got the job done for a fair price. No shady sales pressure or upcharging like the bigger places like to do. Very pleased.

These guys are the absolute best! They were here within 2 hours and came back three times until the job was finished. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumbing repair or a drain unclogged!

Omaha Drain was efficient and thorough. I had a stopped up kitchen sink on a Saturday and they were able to come that same day and fix it.

Since I am unable to review Omaha Drain twice, I will combine two different service calls into one review.

We live in an older home (1977) and the bathtub, main bathroom, kitchen sink and clothes washer all utilize the same small drain pipe that leads to the main line.

After all those years, we were experiencing periodic slow draining that would back up into the basement sink. I would run a snake down the line and it would be good for about 6 months before I had to do it again.

Bart and Aaron came out and we went over all the options and ended up having that smaller line and then the larger lines cleaned out with two different power washer devices. The guys worked extensively to first get rid of the tree roots near the city line (recurring issue) and then go back and clean out the smaller line into the larger line and then clean out the main line to the street. Seeing how it went, I am confident I won't be needing to snake that line out anymore and we can get back to tree root purging every so often. They stuck to their estimate despite what surely seemed like more work than we had figured. We were able to replace our basement carpet with confidence not long after they were done.

Bart and Aaron once again did a great job of taking care of our plumbing needs when a few months later, we had a hose bibb that was original to the house fail and was in a very difficult place to reach.

Bart and Aaron took great care to replace the unit and reroute it so if it ever was a problem again down the road, it would be a lot easier to deal with.

Their planning and care for my house was as if it were working on their own home.

Thanks again and we will only call Omaha Drain again in the future if the need arises.

Omaha Drain is amazing! Tom was great! They helped us when we were in a pinch and left to deal with an issue after our complex's emergency maintenance neglected our calls for help. Tom went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the information we needed! Cannot recommend them enough!

I needed to replace 25 feet of sewer running under my garage, family room and a bathroom. Bart listened to my concerns and worked with me to develop a work plan which met my needs.

Im a newer small landlord, used them for the first time and they were professional all around, the tech was thorough, never gave me the impression he was trying to rush through to get to the next job as many others do, able to hydrojet the important smaller 2 kitchen sink lines (not just mains), I will be using them again.

Rod did a great job finding his way through our old piping system. He was quick, efficient, and affordable. I will be contacting him for all further plumbing complications and/or updates.

Had a clogged kitchen sink. Called at 3:30PM and they had someone out to us by 9:00AM the next day. Ronnie did a fantastic job clearing the pipes. He cleaned up everything after and was very professional. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Jesse was amazing! Arrived on time, and had the problem figured out rather quickly, a very bad blockage in our drain pipes. He worked the issue until we could spin a full water load from the washer at the same time flushing the new toilet he put in. He repeated his tests a few more times to ensure there would be absolutely no backflow occuring. Great personality and great customer service. Final bill was within $10 of what he quoted and definetly not out of line. Highly recommend this young man and Omaha drain!

Called at 7am on site by 9:30am. Unclogged the main underground pipe and also did a smaller one. Both clear and draining. Cleaned up and out by 11am. Awesome job.

I call these guys all the time for several fast food restaurants when I have drain issues. They respond very fast, and have never had one issue they couldn't clear. They fixed everything I asked for. Communicated well. They advised before starting what the cost would be which is great but they ended up charging an additional fee for a garbage disposal reset which was more than it should’ve been in my opinion. They reduced the price, still an expensive ordeal. Overall I was happy with what they did.

I think it was a little expensive. However, Travis was very professional and explained what the 2 options were. He also did a very good job of cleanup.

We reached out to Omaha Drain for help with a main-line sewage backup on a rental property. Ron responded immediately, remediating the issue but warning it was a band-aid solution, and a long-term fix would require more. Days later, sure enough, the line was backed up again - and again Ron responded, promptly and professionally, with quality service that we hope will resolve the issue for good. The tenants also remarked that Ron was kind and respectful of the home while working in it. We'll hope to work with Ron and Omaha Drain again - but not *too* soon. :)

These guys came out and hydro-jetted my main line. I had serious root problems which was causing water to settle and back-up in my basement. They showed me a before and after video of exactly what the inside of my pipes look like, and I can attest that after hydro-jetting it looked like a brand new pipe. I would absolutely recommend making the investment and getting your main line jetted if you have an old house or live around lots of trees. You will rid yourself of problems for half a decade.

Hate places like this. I had an appointment window of three o'clock to four o'clock. They sent a technician before 2 and another before 2:30. I was leaving work to get there at three. What a joke. If you value punctual businesses and ones that respond when you tell them they are early to an appointment they set the time on, AVOID THIS PLACE.

Omaha Drain was able to send someone out promptly when our main drain backed up. Ron was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed on the details of what needed to be done and any delays in the process. I truly believe he was as happy as I was that things weren’t as bad as originally thought, even though a more complicated situation would have resulted in more money for him and the company. Would definitely recommend Omaha Drain.

Called on a Sunday when the basement floor drain began backing up while doing the laundry. Phone was answered by an actual live person, Josie, who was very nice and said she would have someone at our house in 1 to 3 hours. Ron showed up in 40 minutes and was very professional, polite and clean. He used their camera snake first and showed me exactly what was going on and where it was in the pipe. We have two clean out access points and he went down both of them to make sure he was getting everything and then ran a snake through and out to the street to clear it all out. He even cleaned up after himself with anti-bacterial spray.

The drain was cleared as asked. The guy was here 10 minutes and it cost me $350. Will not be using again

Worker came quickly and started clearing the sewer line. Seemed like a tough job but he fixed it and told me what the problem was. He also pointed out another problem & told me how to fix it myself. I would hire them again.

Called a plumber on Monday morning to see if someone could help us with some clogged drains. They referred me to Omaha Drain and we were able to get someone to come right away. Jesse was our person for Monday, he was very friendly and professional , was upfront with recommendations and what the cost would be. He spent awhile trying to unblock our sink drain all the while with a smile on his face. We had to schedule someone to come the next day to hydro jet our lines and Collin and Paul were the two that did this. They were also very professional and courteous and finished the job for us . I wouldn’t hesitate to call Omaha Drain in the future. Very happy with results.

We used this company last year to clear our main line, so when it clogged again, we called them. A nice young man came out and cleared the line, gave us a coupon and told us we needed our main line replaced.
We then got an estimate for over $10,000. We asked that they honor this coupon, and that turned into an argument. We asked for a foreman to come out and discuss the project, and made an appointment for that. We were given a two hour window (10 to noon), so we missed a morning of work waiting for them to show-they never did, we called the company and the owner claimed he “tried to call this morning”, which was a lie-we all have iPhones and voice mail, so it was an easily verifiable lie at that.
The owner then said he would get in touch with the project manager. Maybe he did-we never heard from them again.
It was a blessing in disguise. The company we did hire was professional, prompt, courteous, and literally $4000 less. We recommend you hire someone else, too.

Marginal at best, on my last job they broke my toilet and couldn’t get the drain unclogged had to send some one else … had to pay twice. This time I called and asked for a seasoned tech I thought the person in office had a good handle on my request. She scheduled a veteran technician. Then someone else called and basically told me too bad they are not drain techs call a plumber

Had a 2 hr window set from 12-2 no call, no show then I get a call about 3:15 saying they were about 10 min out. Punctuality is HUGE for me because I always have a lot going on so I made sure I was available from 12-2. Ended up having them come out and get the job done and they did a good job and were pretty friendly. Just wish I would have received a courtesy call letting me know they’d be over an hr late. I also felt it was a bit costly considering the service. The guys who came out were very nice however.

My kitchen drain wasn't draining and my dishwasher was backing up. Omaha Drain sent someone out as soon as I got home from work. He was very nice and let us bring our Great Danes out to meet him instead of being locked up the in the other room for five hours. My main drain to the sewer was backing up into my basement. Ron Peterson was the technician they sent out. He was awesome! He answered all my questions and phone calls/texts. He was upfront with options to fix the problem, smallest cost to largest cost and possible problems that my arise. Unfortunately for me they did have to replace my main drain out to the transit as my pipe was old, rusted and broken. My only complaint would be the billing system. Since the original job turned into a larger one they had to bill for the first (which was discounted off the second) and then bill the second. If they could change that I would give 5 stars.

They were quick on the scene, efficient in their work, and pleasant to work with. With a clogged drain, speed of arrival is important, and they were on site fairly quickly. I may have found cheaper service; but a decent job completed in good order is pretty valuable. No pics, please.

We have a tree that sits on top of the line between the house and the city sewer, and we need to have the roots removed from the main line once or twice a year. This time we went with Omaha Drain as they have their prices listed on their website and they are more inexpensive than the company we have used the last couple of times.

Omaha Drain was able to schedule a time within 24 hours of our call, they were on time, they were polite and dressed professionally, and they were friendly and easy to discuss the issue with. They removed our roots, put everything back together without leaving a mess, and then charged exactly what their website said without adding on nonsense extra charges.

We are happy with their service, and will be using them again.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Jesse was our technician, and he was extremely friendly, very quick, and just great to work with. He was very up front about the cost and what each charge was. He made sure to tell me what the different possible charges would be for if he ran into a certain situation. Luckily, it was pretty straight forward and no hidden surprises! He made sure to keep our area clean and cleaned up after himself. Also, he loved my giant dogs and they equally loved him.

This is my 3rd experience with different plumbers, and although none of them have been necessarily negative, this one was by far my favorite. I will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend them to all my friends!

Used the team on a rental with shower/floor drain issues. They were able to come out immediately which was nice, but after hearing their pricing I understand why. Their pricing is on the higher end of the scale and on par with any of the bigger plumbers in town.

My real issue is they informed the tenant that they have magic pipes I guess. There is nothing in the pipe and it worked fine for 5 years, it stopped draining today for no reason. Goes on to say they think a junction is piped incorrectly, but it is draining again without issue.

Pretty large bill for doing nothing, but trying to drum up more work for themselves.

Ron was the best plumber we've ever had. He actually showed up, unlike the other ones, even after his scheduled day was over! At first we could not figure the problem out, but he did everything he could to make sure that we could reenact it and pinpoint the issue. He was very professional and friendly and explained everything to us thoroughly. He also scheduled a quick turnaround time to come back and fix it. Ron is definitely the best plumber around!

Second trip:
Ron was scheduled to come back and fix shower valve. I messaged him morning of to ask him to look at water heater as it was shut off because it was leaking natural gas. He came and looked at it, set up a time to replace it, then went to work on shower valve to make sure it was done correctly and fix the problem! I don't think we will ever contact anyone else.

Sidenote-recommended Omaha Drain to parents to fix clogged kitchen sink and they were quick and came in, fixed it, and left. They were professional and friendly! Many compliments for this company!

The first guy, Thomas, showed up and had a bit of a challenge locating the clog in my drain, after about 5 hours, he asked if they could come back the next day to continue. Bill showed up the next day and was able to locate and clear the clog in about an hour. This review is 5 stars only because Bill was able to get it taken care of. Thomas was fairly new to the company and may need more experience under his belt, but I feel like maybe he should not have been expected to do this on his own. In my opinion, shame on management for expecting him to come by himself to do a job that he was not properly ready to complete.

What kind gentlemen! I had concerns about our utility room floor drain and they came out the day I called! I will keep their phone number handy for any future issues, including a bathroom remodel we are planning to get done.

Floor drain was clogged. Called on Saturday, Aaron came to check out problem that evening. He was awesome. Friendly, professional and down to earth. Explained everything he did and was honest about issues. The clog was worse than planned at first. Had to come back on Monday to use more equipment to get unclogged. Had to break up concrete in garage floor to get to pipe that we were afraid was cracked and going to have to replace a lot of pipe. Ended up only needing to replaced a foot or so of pipe but found the problem in that piece of pipe. Somehow a squirrel got in there and was stuck. Could have been worse. Aaron and Bart were amazing and did a great job. They also made the long day not feel so stressful, which help me not be so stressed out too. I will definitely be calling them again when I have future issues, hopefully not too soon. 😉😁

This is our second time using Omaha Drain. We were having kitchen sink issues for about 3 weeks ourselves and we were trying to handle it ourselves but I gave up and called them. I had two other plumbers come out to snake my drain. Nothing was working. Ron Peterson came out to hydro Jet my main line. He initially pushed the clog forward but was stopped. He did not give up. He went above and beyond and went down in the city man hole and poked out the clog that was stuck at the end of our line. The drains are perfect and I can now use everything in my house again. 10/10 recommend Ron from Omaha Drain.

Colin was very good safe and polite, price was a shock because I called in off of an ad on the website that said $99 drain cleaning thru April and this was a very simple clean out (per Colin) we needed a new plug for the clean out and I ran and got that for him. The bill came to $252 for under an hour time I could of gotten a couple Attorneys for that price but I had to get it done hands were kinda tied. But did a good job and cleaned up good but didn’t do my dishes lol.
Suggestion: the trucks say prices starting at $99,
I feel their ad on the website should say starting at $99 instead of April special $99 drain clean out special

Seen special for $99 drain snaking on their website.....$315 later because it was a floor drain and a floor drain isn't part of the special and I also wasn't aware of the $55 trip charge. The special advetised is very is leading🤷‍♂️

Fast and professional

Called this company said and they would come out and fix the drain. They of course were late of their block time schedule. Not a big deal, but then you get to what they charged .......$299 dollars to snake a drain. They broke the snake in the pipe and didn't even finish clearing the drain. Absolutely horrible experience, A snaking should be no more then $150 dollars. There is a similar review I just read from two weeks for the exact same thing. I have even thought of charging the card back.

I expect a response.

Edit: After a response from the company, I did receive a refund for the issue. I have changed my review to 4 stars because they did take care of the bill. I do appreciate them contacting me and resolving the issue.

Rod was right on time, assessed and fixed the problem in under 30 mins. Stayed for an extra 10 mins to make sure the problem was totally fixed...very nice guy. Would recommend to all.

The technician was very unprofessional, shared inappropriate personal information and did not explain the problem very well and gave me a 6000 estimate only after I insisted to know what he thought it would cost, just wanted to do the work. Major drain had a very good reputation and was recommended by my plumber so I don’t know if the new name, Omaha drain has changed the service but will not use again

There were a few issues but the owner was prompt and courteous with fixing the problem. They showed up ahead of schedule and the work was done quickly, they cleaned up their mess and were extremely professional in their actions.

Thomas was friendly, polite, and professional and worked late into the evening to make sure everything was taken care of for my family and I. There was no hidden fees or ridiculous charges and they were kind enough to add me on to their task list late in the day.

Excellent response time and service.

They had a flat fee to come out and look at a drain. They quickly removed the clog via sanke and were done in less than 40 minutes. They never told me a price during the process. $298 was the total. I contacted 3 other companies and they said it shouldn't have been more than $160. One said they could have done it for $139.

Expensive for unclogging a sink line. But available on the weekend and did a great job. The tech Thomas was extremely personable, knowledgeable and over did a good job quickly.

Asked how much generally it would cost for what I wanted done but was told a technician would talk to me when they arrive ($29 fee to come out) Then was told when he got there for what I wanted done would cost me upwards of 2000 dollars and it’s a set price for this particular service. So I am out $29 for nothing when I could have been informed over the phone but I guess that’s easy money in their pockets. Technician was nice though.

The two technicians, Bill and Thomas, were excellent. Very knowledgeable, and courteous. They worked quickly to discover the location of the blockage in my outdoor drain and cleared it. Strongly recommend this company.

Had to shut off water line to replace my refrigerator. I had a very cheap shutoff valve and one that wouldn’t even turn. I was desperate to get a plumber out to replace valves to keep my frozen food from thawing out. Ron came after receiving a call from my wife late in the afternoon. He didn’t have the parts needed to fix the problem but came back early the next day. He was very courteous and professional, and fixed everything I needed. He even took the time to hook up the water line to the new refrigerator. I’m not going to say it was cheap, but considering my circumstances I’m glad I got a plumber that was experienced and knew what he was doing!

Looked at several different plumbers. Nobody would give me an estimate before they came out. Finally I found Omaha drain. He gave answered the phone late on a Saturday and gave me the lowest price I could have hoped for. He came out hours later and cleared the drain. Was fast, professional, and did a great job. Cannot recommend Omaha Drain enough. Travis was very friendly and very thorough. During the hydro jetting he showed me what was going on through the camera and showed me all the roots being removed. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Do not hesitate to call them.

Service was professional and quick. Aaron was a great guy and was able to diagnose and fix my issue. First plumbing company I’ve used in Omaha that didn’t leave me feeling like I was getting ripped off.

Sink line was clogged, and they had it cleaned out in 15mins, excellent and fast service, a little pricy, but is worth the great work.

Called and told the service fee is $49 and asked what it costs to clear the drain and said they won't provide that over the phone. When the technician got here was here for 30 seconds and said its $250 to clear the clog in a kitchen sink. Waited all day on the company when I could have been told over the phone the price and gotten someone else out. Really upset as this seems like gotcha type business practices. Called Burton and they are $93 or its free. Asked about additonial pricing on the phone and they were very upfront. Never again trust a company that won't tell me the pricing over the phone.

We had a stubborn clog affecting our downstairs bathroom and kitchen sinks. The plumber that came out was kind and determined to fix the issue at hand. He snaked the different lines that could possibly have the clog, discovering that our kitchen and bathroom lines connected eachother directly instead of each going down to the main line separately. When he figured out how to access the clog he showed us how to get to it so we wouldn't have to have a plumber come out next time. Pricing is much more reasonable than any other places we've dealt with in the past.
