Zoom Drain

We found a beautiful home in the outskirts of Omaha in the Florence area. It was built by the owner and his Father. The septic system was not exactly to code. We had drains in the laundry room exploded with sewage. Zoom came four times and didn’t charge us for repeated problems. The Customer Service people are so polite and professional in this time of computer phone systems where you have to waste time choosing a hundred different phone options , they are good old fashioned people that answer the phone and are polite and patient with panicked customers. I would recommend Zoom to anyone with water. Sewage and drainage problems Keep up the great work Zoom it’s a refreshing experience when you have emergencies. GREAT WORK!!!!

I took the day off work for an appointment with Zoom to have my drains cleaned on a Friday. They said someone would be here between 12 and 2 p.m. I waited and no one showed. I called at 2:30 pm and was told the job before me was taking longer than expected and they asked if my appointment could be rescheduled for Saturday morning between 9 and 11 a.m. I agreed. On Saturday morning, again no one showed. At 11:30 a.m. I text them to say just don't even bother coming. At 11:50 a.m. as I was leaving the house a Zoom van finally arrived, but I told him I no longer wished to receive their services. My experience was very unprofessional and I will be looking elsewhere for my future drain cleaning needs.

Zoom Drain was very responsive. I called at 4:45 PM and someone was here by 5:15. Vince was very helpful and professional. He cleared the clog and then came back the next day to throughly check and remove tree roots from the line.

The guys were super friendly and nice. They took care of our problem at a reasonable price. They explained what we can do to prevent this problem in the future.

I had then come out for a 2nd opinion. They just saved me $13,000!

Really friendly, worked quickly for the job done well. Went above and beyond! I highly recommend using this company! Best one around. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Fast and easy drain cleaning.

I used Omaha ZOOM Drain at a commercial property and Vance and Don did a great job! They were professional, competent, and communicated as needed. I will definitely be using them again.

This was my first time calling this company we had it scheduled for the next day but I had asked if anything comes up to let me know and to have someone come out as soon as possible they were able to have someone come out sooner they were quick polite and the guys name was jake and he when above and beyond I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again

We called this morning and by 3:00 pm Vance was here. He diagnosed the issue and completed the job with efficiency. When we are in need of another professional plumber we will be calling Zoom Drain Omaha and we will request Vance!

Long story short we had a drain back up in our basement. Since it was 10 o’clock at night we called Roto Rooter in a panic to have them come out and snake the drain. After coming back the next day to camera the drain, they told us that our cast-iron pipe was destroyed and we needed to pay $25,000 to have it ripped out and replaced immediately.

My wife and I wanted a second opinion so we contacted Zoom Drain. They came out right away and scoped the pipe with me standing next to their technician, Vance. He was extremely thorough and explained his findings, the pipe didn’t need to replaced at all. I discussed Roto Rooters report with Vance and come to find out their findings were completely fabricated.

The piping had some corrosion and rust buildup that’s causing clogs and flow restrictions. Zoom Drain has a service that can round out the piping for a fair $950. Vance assured me that this is all that needed to be done. I strongly suggest calling Zoom Drain for all your drain needs. Do not waste your time with Roto Rooter as they are only out to use scare tactics and get you to spend a bunch of money that is not needed.

I will be using Zoom Drain moving forward and I highly suggest asking for Vance their technician!

My drain was completely clogged. They cleared it out in a very short amount of time.

Made an appointment on line but apparently did not go through. Called them and they sent someone out within 15 minutes. Had my drain cleaned in 13 minutes. They even cleaned up the mess. Very reasonable price! Great experience!
