After a small misunderstanding, was all good.

Gave Advantage Plumbing a call to get a quote for a gas water heater replacement. Mike called back and genuinely seemed concerned that I didn't have any hot water. It was a two-day wait until he and his crew could get out to the house. He answered all of my questions and was willing to talk through some of my concerns. He showed up earlier than the initial appointment and his associate wasn't far behind. They had the heater changed out in about an hour. Overall, I'm pleased with this experience and will likely work with Mike and Advantage again if future plumbing issues arise.

We noticed over the weekend that our water heater was leaking. We called first thing Monday morning, and they were at our house by 2:45 pm that afternoon. The technicians were very thorough and professional. They identified the problem and had it repaired in less than an hour. We appreciated that they were able to fit us in the same day we called!

Arrived on time, worked quickly and with absolute professionalism. Also very patiently answered all my questions. Explained everything once they were done to be sure I was comfortable with everything.

Under the suggestion of my wife's manager I contacted Advantage Plumbing because the previous plumber I had did install our bathtub / shower but failed to complete the job leaving off the spout and shower head. Joe was very thorough and professional. He explained all that was done incorrectly and made suggestions on to correct them moving forward.

Brenden and Joe came out to clear my kitchen drain. They were not scheduled to come out until Monday the 21st, but were able to fit me in today the 16th. Both were very professional, and knowledgeable as to how to keep my drain running well. Thank you!

I know there are some complaint reviews on here, but honestly Advantage Plumbing is the easiest, most fair, and reliable plumber I've ever used. I was kind of upset to see the reviews were from charging a pretty small fee to trouble shoot a leaky pipe to installing homeowner provided equipment. I've worked with Advantage Plumbing for 3 years on several remodeling projects and others I complete as a general contractor. Advantage Plumbing has by a long shot been the most consistently priced (I've gotten other estimates from other plumbers on flips and remodel projects), fair, and diligent in response. They actually do the work. They are a small family run company who cares. If you have an issues, just call and give them more than a day to respond to the issue. They've always backed up my work. And I was originally referred to AP by two other homeowners who loved them.

Your experience with owner Mike and company might not be perfect, but they'll make it right and do there best to make it right out the gate. I'm kind of obsessed with how great these guys are to work with. Instead of saying, I wish I could give 0 stars, but I have to give 1---to these guys I'd give 10 stars, but I can only give 5.

Needed three toilets replaced and dishwasher replaced. Joe came out, did an excellent job and was super fast! Excellent customer service and great work! Would definitely use again.

Installed a Garbage disposal for us and we were so impressed! Have called them back in to do some faucet replacements, Toilet replacements, and a Kitchen sink replacement. We will not be choosing anyone else for any of our plumbing needs.

These guys are plumbing rock stars. Showed up on time assessed the problems quickly. Had
two outside faucets fixed as well as water pressure blockage in the bathroom indoors.

Had them replace my galvanized pipes to copper. Very competent. I received several bids ranging from starting at the water heater to replacing from the line into the house. They were the replacing from the line into the house. Their estimate of time and money were correct when the job finished. Very happy I went with them.

I can not say enough good things about Advantage Plumbing. We were a few days away from our daughter's wedding at the house and we noticed a not so pleasant smell throughout the home. Mike came out, located the problem and set up immediate repairs. Everything was done and cleaned up before the wedding day!! We will continue to be repeat customers of Mike and Advantage Plumbing. I called about about a leaking faucet in my kitchen. They offered to come and give me a free quote. Two plumbers came and told me I needed to replace the whole faucet. Everything would cost over 250$ in addition to parts. I called Roto-rooters for a free quote. They came over took a look and said you just need to tighten some valves. Took them 5 min to tighten the valve.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have never had such a poor experience.
Here is the worst part. They continue to harrass me by calling my tenant. My tenant felt threatened. I found out that this company wants me to pay them 150$ for showing up through a letter in the mail. Threatened to charge me a late fee if I don't pay. Not going to happen.

2 service calls for a grand total of 20 minutes and a few beads of caulk didn't solve the problem. Okay, no problem. Compile that with the professionals missing possible issues and not spending time to diagnose the problem. As a bonus, the owner declined to help navigate and remedy said issues without ongoing and additional service charges. My money will be spent elsewhere. A couple small cracks in the caulking and fixed by another company for half the cost within a day. Advantage Plumbing drug this out for 3 weeks with the shower being out of commission. We pay professionals for a reason. This was the opposite of that.

We recently had some plumbing issues that we hired Advantage Plumbing to come and fix. Long story short, they did a great job for us, and even though they ended up having to spend more time than they originally thought they would, they still charged us the (very reasonable) amount they had quoted before work began. They easily could've tried jacking up the price, but they didn't.

These folks are honest, and we'd be happy to hire them again. (BTW, I have no connection to Advantage other than being a one-time customer.)

Less than a year ago, AP installed an in-line water filter shown in picture. I bought the filter assembly separate from AP. The plumber Joe installed it with inlet/outlet fittings that don't allow me to remove the filter head. I now need to replace the filter head because the internal bypass valve doesn't work.
I wrote to AP about this yesterday through their website asking them if they could come out and update the fittings that will allow me to replace the filter head. I have not heard anything back. The plumber should never have used fittings that don't allow removal of the filter head. Other than that they did a good job.
