NxtGen Plumbing

My bathroom faucet was leaking under the sink, infrequently, but annoyingly! I couldn't find the source of the leak, but NxtGen's technician Bill quickly determined what was wrong, left to buy a replacement and had a new faucet installed and operating perfectly so quickly. I'm so happy with NxtGen's responsiveness and ability to diagnose and solve the problem.

I was having an issue with the water valve on my bathroom shower, and Josh with NxtGen Plumbing promptly came to fix the issue where other plumbing technicians could not. I was truly appreciative of his friendliness, professionalism, & service. He took the time to explain the issue and showed me what needed to be repaired. My shower is now working perfectly with no issues. I would definitely recommend Josh and NxtGen Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! Excellent work.

Josh was on time, professional, did great work, and did not over charge. I feel the work he did was done right and best of all, he was able to get us scheduled very quickly! He was even so kind to provide us with an extra part we needed to finish our bathroom project at no charge. We will definitely call him back for future projects. Highly recommend!

Unresponsive to emails & phone calls in regards to questions about our bill. Our service was the end of October. We finally got our bill fixed (end of March).

I called to pay the corrected bill over the phone with my card and was told I would have to pay a 3% fee. I then said I would just send a bill pay. They asked me to hold & transferred me to a women who threatened me with their lawyer I didn’t pay over the phone because my bill was past due.

She accused then said “how do I know you will even send a check” accusing me of trying to avoid payment. The invoice had no specifications of how it needed to be paid nor did it indicate a credit card fee.

A very unprofessional encounter & will never do business with them.

Josh and his team are awesome. Prompt and on time. They diagnosed the problem quickly and provided only the service that was needed. Cost effective too. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a problem with our master bathroom shower and our kitchen sink. Josh came out and figured out the issue with the shower and discussed some resolutions with us on that. Found the problem with our sink faucet and replaced it for us after purchasing the new one of our choosing. Would definitely use NextGen again and plan to for some of our upcoming projects. Excellent, professional, and friendly with great prices!

I used NxtGen today for a possible leak we had in our shower. Alicia helped me on the phone this morning and was extremely courteous. Being the day following 4th of July weekend, she was able to squeeze us in for service as they knew I was unable to use my master shower. The text alerts were great and she was very informative about what to expect with the arrival time of the technician. Our tech was William and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed his knowledge and gave some pointers to prevent future troubles. He made sure we knew how to contact him if needed again and took our best interests into consideration during his consult. I would use NxtGen again without hesitation.

Josh is awesome! He’s attentive to detail and is so nice to work with. He’s handled our urgent calls when we’ve needed him and our commercial tenants have all enjoyed his services.

I wanted to proactively get my main sewer line cleaned out to ensure there are no problems developing, so I called NxtGen plumbing and spoke to Josh in mid May. He gave me a quote and I scheduled a time for a technician to come out the following week. When the technician arrived he apologized and said he did not have the correct equipment in his van to clean out my line. He left and assured me someone would call me to reschedule. I receive no such call, so I imagine my surprise when I received a $190 bill three weeks later stating they “ran my kitchen sink line “and diagnosed a repair estimated at $2500. After leaving multiple messages with office staff, I finally received a callback from Josh. He apologized after I explained what happened, but then I received an amended bill stating I owe $45 for a “trip charge.” How I am responsible for this considering the technician arrived without the correct equipment is beyond me! What is even more frustrating is that I have called the office repeatedly for a month and this issue is still not resolved! The office staff state that only Josh has the authority to correct the charge, however he is consistently in meetings, on the other line, or out of the office when I call. He has yet to return my calls. Had I known with a headache it would be to deal with this company, I never would’ve called in the first place.

Had to pipe bust late in the night and these guys were so quick the next morning to come out and fix it! Not only were they so good on price, but they were quick, professional, clean, and the guys were awesome! Definitely using this company from here on out had a five out of five star experience!

My second time using this company and like always they did an awesome job. They are quick, efficient and very professional I definitely recommend them and will use them always !

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please be cautious when using this company as they will take (A LOT OF) your money without fixing any of your problems.
The first problem arose when I initially called to schedule a technician to come to my home. The secretary was kind but she told me she didn't have the schedule in front of her and that she would give me a call back the next morning. I NEVER received the phone call so I called back myself, I was scheduled for the next day between 12-4. I received a phone call from the technician the day he was supposed to come around 3pm. He told me that he would have to charge me over time if he arrived at 4 as this would be after working hours. I told him I would just elect for the next morning to avoid additional costs, and what's one more day without hot water.
Well, the technician was unprofessional as he not only showed up an hour late, but he charged me for that hour in which he was looking for a part that he couldn't find. When he finally arrived at my house, he sat in his work vehicle on a personal call (he told me it was a personal call) for at least 10 minutes (time I was paying for). He then proceeded to replace a thermal coupling (something I could have easily picked up down the street) and left. LOW AND BEHOLD, still no hot water.
I am an understanding person but this is where it sent me over the edge, I called back to obviously have someone come back to FIX THE PROBLEM THAT I PAID FOR. The secretary told me that she would call me back tomorrow for 4 straight days. Four days, they purposefully put me off for what? Finally, when I begged to be put on the schedule 3 days out, they told me that they can't get me in until the following Monday. That would mean they didn't come back to fix the problem 10 days AFTER I paid them to fix it the first time....
This place will ROB YOU AND NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEMS AND THEN PUT YOU OFF SO THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO COME BACK.

I will recommend Josh and his company to my family and friends for their plumbing needs. He was very upfront and honest about everything. A+ in my book.

Actually I initially called Southside Plumbing and came to find out that Southside and Nxtgen were merging. I had issues with 2 possible sources of a water leak. Greg C. looked and assessed the 2 possibilities and determined that it was my toilet, and was positive that the culprit was the toilet. He went to work in an efficient manner. Came to find out that when we had some tile placed in the bathroom the tile guy didn't quite do it right. Greg C. explained why it was leaking and how he was going to fix it. His communication skills were excellent and did not talk over my head nor talk beneath me. He promptly took care of the situation. He added that he would have fixed it in the same manner, if it was his home. That meant a lot. Greg C. was very professional and yet personable. I'm sure he is a true asset to the company. I would not hesitate in a heartbeat in calling NxtGen for any future plumbing needs!
