Make sure your staff remember the appointments that you schedule the day before. First time you came like a year ago I liked the service but the second time you didn't show up and when I called the guy said he knew nothing about it.

I had a major backup of sludge overflowing my basement’s drain and Roto-Rooter was on TOP of it within the hour that I called them. I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and team that was brought over to my house. A technician was there to fix the issue along with a water damage specialist and plumbing inspector to check things out for me as well. They were all super knowledgeable and left me feeling great about the repairs they completed at my home. I will definitely be referring them to everyone I know!

Ww had a wonderful experience with this business. I messaged them on their website to request an appointment and they called me within the hour. The plumber was very professional and the repair cost for our burst pipe and spigot replacement was very reasonable. Before arriving, they texted a picture of the plumber and a little bio so we knew who was coming. I appreciate a company that is quick to respond and follows through with the appointment and work. 5 stars!!!

Due to a warranty company we were lucky to have been given A& A plumbing.. They came late in the day on a Friday in an emergency situation and were kind, courteous and efficient.. The owner even stopped by to lend a hand.. We had hot water that evening and were so thankful... Thanks again A&A.. We really appreciated everything you did for us!

The initial sticker shock for the cost was the worst part of the adventure. I asked the scheduler for a range of pricing to which they bailed and said the plumber would have to access. It's a clogged drain - seriously - that's why you call Roto-Rooter , not advanced mechanical plumbing! I feel that if they would have quoted me the $380 price tag for a basic job right off the bat I would either 1) not have scheduled the appointment or been at a lower risk for heart attack having time to digest that $ amount before the appointment. This puts undue pressure and reaction on the plumber /consumer and that just felt shady and completely unnecessary.My repairmen were very professional, they did a great job, were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. As soon as I figure out which organ I am going to have to sell to pay for this, I'll feel much better.

Our water booster pump had gone out a week prior. We had purchased and received a new one last Friday, however, our regular plumber could not get to it. Our water pressure was SO BAD, we got desparate and thought “what are we going to do?”. All plumbers don’t install these booster pumps, so we were really limited on our options. I decided to call AksarbenARS and ask if they installed them. Sure enough, they do and sure enough, they could come out the SAME DAY! Jeff arrived not long after my call. He was professional, super nice and super efficient. He did a great job and did not leave one little speck of mess behind, like others have. We decided that since Aksarben was so fast, so professional and so clean, that we would make them our NUMBER ONE for any further plumbing needs!!!! THANKS AKSARBEN ARS AND JEFF!

I had a water pipe burst due to the cold weather that came in December 2022. Dana, the plumber, came out to fix the pipes. He was very personable and delivered 5 star customer service. He also had the issue fixed in two hours with a very reasonable bill. If you need plumbing assistance call this company and ask for Dana. I can't recommend him enough for his service and professionalism!!!

Had my first experience with using American Rooter Plumbing Inc. I can say I am very impressed with the company and Brad. He was very upfront, friendly and honest as he explained all my options in repairing my bathroom. He finished the job in no time at all. I will say I would 100% recommend this company to anyone! Major Drain as a company has been great at helping us navigate our plumbing issues. JJ specifically is truly such a wonderful guy. Explained everything that was happening and what he could do to fix the problem. Very easy to talk to and professional. Would recommend 100 times over.

Great service and they were at our home within 2 hours of making the call. Really appreciate the sense of urgency they showed.

Honestly, they did a great job, but I thought it was a bit pricey for the small amount of parts they used to finish the job and the short time it took. Would I use them again yes . I had a bit of an emergency and they showed up and fixed it so at the end of the day that is all that matters. However if you have the opportunity get multiple bids on your job.

Trey did a good job unclogging our bathroom sink in less then half an hour. He came on time, he's friendly, courteous and polite. Would recommend Two Men and a Snake to friends, etc. I'm a happy camper now!!!!!

Josh was on time, professional, did great work, and did not over charge. I feel the work he did was done right and best of all, he was able to get us scheduled very quickly! He was even so kind to provide us with an extra part we needed to finish our bathroom project at no charge. We will definitely call him back for future projects. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled to after my experience. I had a broken flange that caused my toilet to leak. I called Mr Rooter and they said they were able to come same day. The first person showed up and said he didnt know how to do it. He set up for a different guy from Mr Rooter to come 2 hours later. That person never showed up. No call to notify me. I called Mr Rooter and they said the plumber went home sick and forgot to call me. They credited me $25 which was fine. I reset up an appointment for two days later. Again no one showed up and I never got a phone call. I called back now a third time and they sent me the next available truck that day. They eventually showed up and were able to fix my problem. The plumber was Adrian, who did a nice job and was friendly. I rated a 2 star not from the work performed but due to being no called no showed TWICE.
