They did a great job on fixing my burst pipe at my house. They were fairly quick on action and resolved it very quickly. The plumber I called before from Mr.Rooter was clueless and wanted to pay them money upfront before even touching anything. Two men and a snake plumbers were very professional and finished the big job within two hours, which is really good. They even took out electrical wires and disconnected to make sure it is safe. They were skilled to know exact problem and made plan of action. Highly satisfied by the job. Keep up the good work.

Can I give less than one star?? No call no show on a very icy/snowy day. My husband rushed home from Blair to get hom. Waited two hours, and no call/no show. The rescheduled appointment also was a bust. Knowing even 3 pm was a stretch to get home from work they show up at 2:15 pm. YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO CLIENTS! 3 pm TO 5 pm APPOINTMENT IS NOT 2:15 pm. Hard pass!!!

The promptness of the first time they showed up was great. They called immediately. Came a couple days later. Fixed the wax ring around the toilet. In and out. Quick. Great. Now....that was June 8th. There's still leaking happening and now my ceiling had huge water pockets that are dripping and the water spots have now increased on my ceiling. I put in another request for them to come out and look again as to why it's still leaking through my ceiling. They did not contact me. A week and a half later I put in another request for them to come out. They still did not contact me. I had to shut my toilet off because now the valve joint was leaking and there was a puddle of water on my floor! I had another plumbing company come today (July 11) and he told me that when he took the toilet off he didn't secure and tighten the valve to the toilet and it had to be replaced. He knew as soon as he turned the water on, water just started coming out of it. I would not recommend these guys. It was their fault and they couldn't even contact me to come fix it. I had to pay another service fee for another plumber to come out and the damage from the water on my ceiling is now going to cost me more to fix because there's a lot more mold and a lot more water damage! Good thing I didn't have someone come and fix my ceiling right after they were done cause it would've had to been redone!

I was very pleased with the service provided. The worker Bart was very informative and professional. And the call was made this morning with service being provided within two hours. Very pleased was giving good information to prevent further problems. Will recommend and affordable.

Update - Talked with owner and got an apology for for the no call back. Says alot about the business in my opinion that they wanted to reach out and try to make it right. While they couldn't in this case, if I need a plumber in the future would give them another try.

2techs came Monday and got main line open due to clogged drain. Very nice courteous and answered all my questions and explained everything. Then came back Tuesday to water jet the line due to tree limbs. The work they do is great and thank you Dustin great work. And ty to both your helpers to

My building manager got them to fix my kitchen sink. It was a work day so I came in 15 minutes before the guy so that I can open my apartment and I left to go back to work before he came.
I came back about 15-20 minutes after the guy left, the kitchen sink was fixed, but I noticed something weird in the bathroom, someone had been in my bathroom, left the toilet seat up and used the towel I use for my body to clean up something they spilled on the floor, I called the guy and of course he denied it.
When I called a second time, the guy confirmed that no one else had come into my apartment and I returned shortly after he left.

I know my toilet seat didn’t lift itself up, and the towel didn’t just magically fall on the floor and magically soak up some liquid, because I hung a smaller towel on top of it and that one was roughly tucked into the towel holder, while the other one was on the floor. If the towel fell, the one on top should’ve also fallen. Also there was no leakage of any form on the floor of my bathroom so where did the liquid come from? I used the bathroom before I went back to work so I know that’s not how I left it.
I found the whole ordeal very disgusting and disturbing.

John addressed our very slow kitchen drain efficiency and effectively. He was professional and friendly, and never hesitated to answer questions about what he was doing and why. Highly recommended!

We had a hose bib burst and flooded part of our basement, after calling numerous omaha plumbers that claimed to be 24/7 or emergency and only getting voice mails two men and a snake answered. They were at our house within 1 1/2 hours (only because the plumber was on another call). They were kind courteous and fixed our problem in no time. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and I didn't feel like I got gouged for an emergency call, even though that is what I was prepared for. Being in the construction industry myself, it makes me feel good that their are others out there acting in good faith. Thanks Kris for your hard work!

Had a busted water line from this last frigid weather, Two Men and a Snake showed up at the time I requested on a Sunday, did not charge a premium for the weekend. I can't say enough about Ron, the technician which repaired my water line. He was knowledgeable and professional.

They were fast. Reasonable price. Did good work. Only problem e as they didn't plug my freezer back in when they were done and I didn't notice for a couple days but I would recommend them highly for clearing clogged drains.

I’m absolutely furious with this company. They came out to my house 2 months ago and cleared out my main line. Well, my basement completely flooded again with sewage from the same line they just fixed. I immediately called Two Men and a Snake because they guarantee their work for 6 months (warranty). I have been calling and texting their phone number for 2 days and have received no response. Their hours state 24/7 but not a single acknowledgment! I was finally able to get in touch with a different company to come out after spending 24 hours of 2 inches of sewer water in my house and not being able to use any water/facilities. This also means, I had to pay again, when it should have been under warranty. I feel as though they are ignoring the call in order to avoid fulfilling their duty and guarantee. Absolutely awful company practice. If you’re going to state you have a 6 month warranty and are open 24/7, maybe you should actually answer your phones or at least send a text back.

Great company. Have been relying on them since 2012 for plumbing work in the Omaha area. Very good work, reasonable pricing, and honest business practices. For this last job specifically, Austin did a great job repairing a leak.

I had Two Men and a Snake come out for a simple repair. A faucet and a valve. When I set up the time of call they asked for pictures that way they didn't have to run back into town for parts since I live in a small town. Everything went smooth till this point. First The young man they sent out was late by about an hour and a half. Next when he got here he came in to see what parts he needed. Then ran back into town for them, What was the point of me sending pictures? Two hours later he came back. With what he thought was the right parts. Come to find out he didn't have the right parts and said it was more invasive and would have to give me an estimate. After he tracked mud all over my carpet he gave me an estimate of $4,500. I was shocked. I told him id have to think about it. I called a real plumber for a second opinion and he came in and did it for $200 with the parts on his truck. I would stay away from two men in a snake if you value your time of day, carpet, and your money.

Two techs came out yesterday to diagnose toilet issues. We were told we needed new toilets. They allowed us to go buy our own toilets (we had Menards rebates to use!) And we're back the very next day to install. I WISH I remember the young man's name who did the installation... He was kind, professional, and personable. He took time to explain what he did and gave my pup lots of pets after she escaped from the bedroom. Felt absolutely comfortable having them in my home and I'm confident in the job that was done! Thanks a bunch!

I had a bad drain clog up that I couldn't fix myself and Two Men and A Snake was able to schedule me the same day to look at my issue.

The two gentlemen came to my house within a few hours and were able to fix the issue and were very courteous/knowledgeable. Most importantly, they didn't try to upsell me on any services and actually helped save me money. Also, offered a 30 day warranty with my drain if it were to clog up again.

Highly recommend! Will be using them for all my plumbing work in the future.

I had the most unfortunate experience with this company. Sure they were prompt after I had called but they didn't listen when I explained that the toilet paper holder had fallen into the toilet and been flushed so they just pushed the holder further into the toilet and caused my four-plex to not have water for a weekend because the holder became lodged in the downstairs piping. When I called to explain that my landlord didn't want them to come back the owner, Cali, was incredibly rude to me. She even resisted in telling me her name (when asked her to spell her name she asked why to which I responded for my records so she quickly sped through the spelling making sure I wouldn't be able to catch it) and didn't want to take my phone number to call me back, I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism and lack of pride in proper business ethics. The next morning the plumber called and berated me about not explaining the issue and for calling the owner to complain. The plumber was incredibly mean to me and yelled at me saying I should have been more clear and he feels sorry for my boyfriend for having to deal with me. He went on to explain that my boyfriend was much easier to deal with. After this I felt justified in asking for the money back we had spent that resulted in further damages. This was met with serious resistance and arguing matches with the owner, Cali. She told me how I was wrong in every way and it wasn't until I made it clear that I would take this to the BBB and dispute it with the credit card company that she agreed to return the payment. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Trey did a good job unclogging our bathroom sink in less then half an hour. He came on time, he's friendly, courteous and polite. Would recommend Two Men and a Snake to friends, etc. I'm a happy camper now!!!!!

Ray and Brian really helped me out with a leak in one of my water lines. They found the leak and didn't need any parts to repair. Fantastic work and I will recommend this company to everybody.

We trusted Two Men & A Snake, and a employee of theirs STOLE something from our HOME while they were working on our drain!

When we noticed the item was stolen we called the police, and the company DIDN’T RESPOND for a long while!

Calyn (Vice President ) finally called back, and said their employee ADMITTED TO STEALING the item, he got fired at that time, and said someone would return it to us, and SHE WOULD CALL to let us know when!

Nobody called, and that evening the gentleman who took the item returned it to us. ( it was slightly damaged)

Calyn didn’t bother to tell us anyone was coming, SHE DIDN’T SEEM CONCERNED about the situation at all!

I couldn’t believe Two Men and A Snake sent a man who just lost his job to our house, not knowing how upset anyone would be.

We were very upset with how uncaring, and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL Calyn was!

We asked for money off our bill, and she said she’d have to ask “The Don” ( Michael, the president) and get back! I took a couple days to get back!! She said we could have $75 off our next visit from them... WE DON’T EVER WANT THIS COMPANY TO STEP FOOT IN OUR HOUSE AGAIN!!

It’s been close to impossible getting her to get back to us! THEY SHOW ABSOLUTELY NO CONCERN FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Our main line backed up flooding into our basement Rick and Chris came out the day I called. They worked me into their schedule last minute. They came out were very professional and were able to get the clog taken care of without any problems. Explained the situation and were very open with what the problem could be and how best to stop it from happening again.

It took more time of me calling around than it took for Dustin and his partner to show up to fix my 2 broken pipes. Dustin did a great job, he literally worked around me and had shoe protectors on. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Terrible, terrible, experience with this company. They were never on time or could even bother to inform my fiancé or I that they would not be there when they said they would. They misdiagnosed what actually needed to be fixed, received money from our home warranty and put us on the back burner when we called stating our pipe was still leaking knowing that they had already received the money and it would only cost THEM money to come back out. Please, please, choose a different company if you want the job done right and in a timely manner!

Update: I changed this to five stars from one star because of the service once a technician came out. I'd choose this company again, but probably try calling if nobody showed or called after an hour. Two hours with no contact from them is a bad sign.
I waited two hours and nobody showed up for the scheduled visit, and nobody answered the office phone either. Waste of my time.

Frustrated with other big-namers in the business, I called someone local and I was not disappointed. They came the day after I called and I happened to be at work. My wife was there and the guy who came treated her with respect and answered her questions. He went above and beyond what we expected and fixed our problem, actually taking our toilet off instead of going through it to fix the clog, ultimately finding another problem as well. I highly recommend them based on customer service and ability. 5 stars!

Good company I've been using for years both at my home and my business. Being an owner operator of a restaurant you need a good reliable plumber, day or night they take care of us.

On one occasion we did have a problem, that was reoccurring. 2 men&snake acknowledged that they had overlooked it and made it right as well as gave me a credit. The only reason I even said anything about this is because things happen to the best of the best, people make mistakes but how it is handled is what separates good customer service from bad.

Put down towels to make sure the black splatter did not go everywhere when cleaning a drain.
Cleared clog under a hour. Charge was very reasonable and under what I usually pay.
Nic cleaned the area with his own disinfectant and everything was back to normal.

John arrived on time and solved our clogged pipe issue promptly. He was friendly, professional and fast.

I took the quotation for pipeline and i got an estimate of 1260 (as per him it will be done in 700 to 800 )but he said i am estimating extra for any problems we face and in any condition the bill will not be more than 1260 in any case .
After work was done they gave bill of 1800$.I said ill take to the manager and she was very rude and said they cannot do anything you have to pay or they will take out everything they installed and wont make it as it it was before .
They are not professional -->
1) for each T or pipes they would go to Menards every hour and bring only one pipe or things. Then after another hour they will again go to Menards to buy same thing .This will happen whole day.
2)They did not glue the pipes. Luckily before starting water we observed it and saved some time and they had to apply glue to fix pipes.
3)They would say some parts are not present and roam about for 2-3 hours and say its not available any place around.
4)All plan was discussed how it has to be done but they will say its not discussed, so please write that down in estimated. They will never write in estimates and later on they will blow your bill 50-60%.
5)whole day they will be fighting with each other and pass hours.

Neither the manager nor employees will help you and threaten you for the extra money. They would say we had to but some extra stuffs and the money is for it .if you ask items added extra they will threaten you and say you need to pay any how else collections team will collect it. He also threaten to taken out some parts of pipelines and say if you don't pay we will not start water supply.

Please be aware of this company and plan to have 60-70% bill rise above the estimates. The company is so cheap they would buy pipes and t's only one piece at a time and go every hour to Menards to buy another one.

I would never use this company again. Although they showed up on time and fixed the problem the experience was not good. He came to get the hoses that were corroded on my washers faucets off. Didn't bother to shut the water off so when removing hoses as 1 faucet broke I had water all over my floor. He ran downstairs to check turned the lights on and 4 days later my lights are still on. When the water was running all over the floor I had to get a bucket to put the hose in so it wouldnt get worse. Also had to tell him to wipe the wood floor up so the wood wouldnt get ruined. But the worst was when I called to complain I just got the silent treatment until I asked her don't you have anything to say. Let's respect peoples property when you are hired to do a job. Especially at $125.00 an hour.

Got quoted over 325$ by another company to unclog a drain pipe. Called Two Men and A Snake and Dustin was over in less than 30 minutes. He had the drain unclogged and us laughing before the hour was up. Absolutely fantastic and WAY MORE affordable work from this company. Will definitely be using again for any issues.

If I was able to give zero stars to Two Men and a Snake, I would. We renovated our bathroom recently and our contractor arranged plumbing services from this company. Now, our contractor and his team did a phenomenal job and our dissatisfaction with our remodel is solely a result of the service that was provided by Two Men and a Snake.

Our problems with this company began immediately. They told my contractor that they would arrive on a certain day and time. On that day, they failed to communicate in a timely manner that an individual was ill and wouldn’t be able to make it. Now, illness is unavoidable, but failure to communicate and inconveniencing customers is entirely preventable.

When they arrived the next day, they installed an incorrect drain fixture and installed the valve incorrectly and against the manufacturer’s guidelines. While we noticed the drain fixture almost immediately, we didn’t notice the valve until the tile was placed and the fixtures were installed. They returned to fix the drain but did not adequately test it. This resulted in a leak, which was not discovered until we attempted to use our bathroom on the day construction was completed.

We called our contractor who came out after hours to determine the source of the leak. Ultimately, we ended up having to cut a hole in our kitchen wall to avoid disturbing the newly placed tile to confirm where the leak originated.

Our contractor called back and requested a plumber fix our drain as well as to reset the valve. One man showed up and fixed the drain but was unable to fix the valve as his tools had been stolen. Again, theft is an unfortunate event and we are sorry for the inconvenience this man has experienced, but a company allowing an individual to attend to calls without the necessary tools to work is irresponsible and intentionally wastes clients’ time. He assured us that his manager would arrive between 10 AM-12 PM the next day and would fix the problem during that visit.

Well, it appears that that employee failed to schedule our appointment and inform his manager about the extent of the problem because they did not arrive during the allotted timeframe. Then, when they did arrive, they told us that they couldn’t fix the problem that day and would have to schedule the next business day. During this consultation, the manager was disrespectful and condescending towards my husband and I. He insisted they hadn’t made a mistake. He stated they didn’t know the measurements upon the initial installation, which is false - we provided a drawing from an architect and they were able to contact my contractor at any point they had a question. Further, we provided the shower trim and the installation instructions in the bathroom for their review as they were working. Additionally, standard bathrooms have cement board and tile between the valve and a fixture, so an estimation shouldn’t have been too difficult of a task. Further, he stated he installed everything, including the valve, where it was previously located. Again, this is false, we raised the shower head and lowered the valve to accommodate for a tub (we previously only had a walk-in shower and the valve was much higher).

Admittedly, I then became frustrated and spoke forcefully to clarify why we were repeatedly being lied to by his employees and continued to be jerked around. The manager stood up from examining the structures and proceeded to yell at me and state that this wasn’t his fault because he wasn’t told about the situation. Furthermore, he alluded that he was doing us a favor by not charging us for something that was cosmetic and that he did not consider a mistake. He eventually calmed down (probably after realizing that yelling at a pregnant customer wasn’t professional) and apologized for the inconvenience. However, the damage was already done. As a result, they’ve officially been fired and we’ve sought assistance from a better, more reputable company.

So, in short, I strongly do not recommend this company. Save yourself numerous headaches and find another plumber!

Ron was very professional and knowledgeable about water heaters. He was on time, polite and finished the job completely when promised. He even taught me how to light the pilot light!😊 thank you Two Men and a Snake for hiring Ron.

John was on time and very professional. They said the time arrival window was 1p-3p. John was snaking our drain by 1:16p. If only other service companies could be that timely. We've only made the mistake of calling Burton once. We've gone to 2 Men & A Snake ever since for our plumbing needs. 10/10 recommend.

I have been using Two Men and A Snake for years on all my properties. They have done excellent work every time. They are the only one I call!

We have used 2 Men and a Snake several times but on Feb 28th we had them come to my parents house for a problem. The tech took a door off and leaned it against a heater which caused a good sized burn mark on the door. The tech offered no compensation for the door when he left so contacted the office and as of today have not received a phone call back. It would have just been nice to been offered something for the damage will have to rethink who we call in the future.

John P arrived on time, equipped with PPE and equipment necessary to fix my plumbing issues. I called on a Saturday at 7:30, he was here at 9am. Fixed problem in under an hour. Friendly, courteous. Will call them again when I need a plumber.

We have always used Two Men & a Snake to unclog our main drain about once a year (tree roots). Last week I came home to find water all over my basement floor. Ray was here within half an hour and found it was our hot water heater. He helped us drain it so we could replace it. The next day we came home to another flood! Ray was here, again, within 30 minutes. The shut-off valve had rusted out and slowly refilled the leaky heater.
Ray showed true professionalism even when we did not. He was the calm during our storm! We cannot thank you enough!

Do not go to them. They are very overpriced and will try to get more money than needed. They came to my sisters house couldn't unclog and said that they would have to drill and the estimate was around $900 my sister paid the fee for coming out and trying to fix it which I was still unpleased. She called Royal Rooters and they charged her another $130 BUT FIXED THE PROBLEM. I spoke to management and asked to get this resolved or try to get my money back and have yet to hear from them. I sent them a copy of the invoice from royal rooters as they asked. Very unprofessional and looking for easy money. Would never go to them or recommend again.

I was told to replace sewer pipe by other company's. I wanted another est. So I called 2 men and a snake. They came out with their jet pump hose kit and got the pipe cleaned out. So I didn't have to replace my sewer pipe(which was 3500k), just had it jetted out for 1/4 the cost. I did run some rootx down the pipe afterwards and will do again in 6 months. The tree is dead and cut down. I will have the pipe looked at again in a year. I feel with the tree dead, cleaned out, and rootx I can save the money for something else. The jet cleaning at this time is highly recommend by me. Thanks

First the men came out without a camera and just wanted to smoke bomb it to see if/ where a leak was. I said no that’s not what I asked for. The worker crawled into my crawl space and found disconnected pipes. Great! Found. They came back and connected the pipes. I thought fantastic. NOT! The methane smells is still there. They came out per my request to SNAKE my drains! THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. He added water to the p traps! I Called again actually text because they don’t answer the phone and said it still isn’t fixed, you didn’t snake the drains! Reply we can come back for another fee! This is 900$ later! They tell you the fee is 150$ an hour try 220$ and no results!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE CRYING MORE!

I am a Realtor and called to schedule an appointment to scope out the sewerline for my clients. As a realtor, I have to schedule and coordinate with multiple people so when I have a time set and the service provider says they will be there I expect them to be there. It was 10 till our appointment and did not hear anything so I called there office, there was no answer so I texted the number the recording gave me. With no response after 10 minutes, which was when we were scheduled, I decided to call the number I texted. Callie answered. I asked if we were still on for our appt and she said yes but then proceed to tell me for the first time that they give a 2 hour window and try to make it as close to the appointment time as possible. She told me that nobody was on there way yet and would let me know when they would be on there way. I'm writing this 60 minutes past our appointment and have just received another text, after multiple failed attempts to reach her by phone, that she has not reached anyone yet.
As a realtor, I understand that things go wrong and you can have a bad day. But lack of communication and a lackluster job at setting expectations for myself and my clients is my constructive feedback I would give this company. I hope this review is a catalyst to help them improve there systems and communication with prospective clients.

Update: since they missed our appointment they have reached out to me to reschedule one. They said they would give us a discount and would make sure that they were as close to the time as possible and apologized for all the inconvenience that was put on us. My clients decided to get the discount and continue to work with him.
This time I did get a call about 15 minutes prior to our appointment that they were going to be late about 20 minutes. They showed up 30 minutes after our scheduled time and was done within 20 minutes scoping out our sewer line. We did get a discount of $25.

Called for a simple shower drain. Sent 2 very young and cleary inexperienced kids that attempterd to clear the drain tried to charg me 400 for no results ended up paying 300 called a real plumber and in 4 minutes it was open and flowing perfect. Contacted 2 men and a snake was told the owner would contact me to.make this right that was a month agi...2 boys and a crook...

Beware.....
Service line was clogged. Two Men and a Snake told me I had a crack in the main sewer line, without putting a camera down the drain, during the process of clearing the drain. The plumber told me it would be $1250 instead of, the original price, $135. Told him I would be seeking a second opinion. 10 min later he came back and said the drain was clear, no cracks, and it was a sock blocking the line. Didn't want to believe the reviews but just be cautious. My first experience and probably my last. At least they came out in a timely fashion.

The finalised work performed was beyond all expectation , Would rehire them in an instant . Chris and Joe are very professional in their field !. 5 star rating !

Not happy with the way we were taken advantage of with this company. They came out to clean our sewer line as it was requested when selling our property. After cleaning it they said they needed to come back and replace a piece of the piping which entails digging 12' into the front of our yard which also costs $4,300. I then got two other opinions who spent 3 hours cleaning the line which we paid two men and a snake to do, both the other companies said there is a low spot but nothing that needs to be replaced at all. I then called Two men and a snake back as I felt I had been taken advantage of and we paid $570 for nothing as it wasn't even cleaned out, the woman on the phone said well there is a crack in your pipe. They had previously gave me the explanation of what was wrong with our piping and their recommendation and not once did it say it was cracked? I feel they wanted a job and wrong for a company to do this to their customers!

This review is long overdue. In February of this year I had Rick and Jordan at my house to take a look at my sump pump. It wasn’t draining and I was in quite the bind. Jordan, was training at the time and Rick would ask him questions. Jordan was VERY Knowledgeable and professional. Rick was the same. He would allow Jordan to let him know what the plan of action would be, and Rick would step in if that was any issue with his plan of action. They were both very professional and on time. There was even a part that needed to be replaced and they worked with my home warranty company without any issues and I only needed to pay the deductible. Thank you Rick and Jordan!

Took a while to coordinate appointments, but work completed satisfactory

Over the weekend, (Sunday) we had major draining issues, we texted two men and and snake,, they responded back with in 15 minutes, they said they would have someone at our house withing 30 minutes, we wanted to wit till Monday morning because we were installing a new toilet, at 9:00 o'clock this morning they were at our front door,, let me just say this, this service technician was beyond skillfull, knowledgeable, polite, he went out of his way to see that the job got done.
We offered him a cash tip, but he wouldn't accept it, he just responded by saying,that's are integrity to work hard and make the customer happy, all we have to say about this company is, GREAT WORK.. AWESOME EMPLOYEE, JOB VERY WELL DONE, AND WE NOW HAVE YOU ON OUR SPEED DIAL.

Fantastic work! I got home to my basement main line backing up carpet wet and the downstairs closet floor wet. I called all the 24 hour numbers google listed roto rooter, Burtons, ect and the plumbers who do all this advertising only to be told no one was available around 930pm on a weekday. Someone even mentioned waiting until Friday I was pissed. I initially called this company didn't get a answer but got a text saying I could let them know what was needed as no one was available. Someone texted me back saying a plumber could be out between 11p-1a, I took it! Ran to get a water vac since it was almost 10pm. Got a call 20 min later saying he was on his way. Awesome! The plumber ( I wish I could remember his name but I was so distraught about the floor) he was timely got to work immediately and got done quickly. It's was a unexpected cost for sure but could have been worse if I waited for all those other companies. I appreciate them coming out and getting that done so I could get things going so my house wasn't ruined. I will always keep them in mind if ever I need them again those other companies I called were a waste of time and energy. Way to go Two men and a snake.

If you like items taken from your house then this is the company for you. After the guy admitted to stealing the item they still did not give us a refund. The lady on the phone lied to us and kept feeding us lies until we gave up. Since we have now purchased cameras for our home because of our experience with this unprofessional company!!! Trust me call someone else!

Did a job left a big hole infront of my driveway for 4 months called because my front end got messed up because of the giant hole and the lady just sat on the phone for about 2mins then told me well i dont know what to tell you about that.

I heartily DO NOT recommend Two Men and a Snake if you need a plumber.

The guy who came out first was not only inept, but he didn't tell me what things he didn't actually finish until he was waiting for me to pay and I probed to find out what stuff he had completed. Then he just made a bunch of excuses for why the things couldn't be done, though he had made no effort to explain these things at any point before he had run out the clock for two hours at his hourly rate. He also wore his mask under his nose until I glared at him and he fixed it. He also left water running in a disconnected line under my sink and left for an hour long 20 minutes while the kitchen flooded and water seeped into the ceiling downstairs.

Then when the manager came out to fix the things the first guy flubbed, he held his flashlight in his uncovered mouth, then touched the flashlight, then touched things in my home. I wiped everything down that he touched and aired out the house with open windows and a fan on exhaust, but I feel violated and unsafe and I will never use this disservice again.

Worst company to work with. They don't delivery on what they say they will do and take advantage of people in need. I would never use this place. Not only was it the staff that came out but the office help is worse.

It pains me to have to give them even one star. We had the worst experience with this company.

1. Over an hour late to start the job.
2. Helped themselves to the tools we had without asking. (They were a different contractor’s tools) The two workers had their own tools in their van, but were too lazy to walk out to the driveway to get them.
3. Drilled the wrong holes in the shower and had to replace it the next day.... only to crack the new shower surround when installing it. Told us that “it’s okay... the trim will cover the crack.” So we have a broken shower before we have even used it.
4. Scratched the shower head pipe upon install, and only replaced it when we asked about it.
5. Scratched our new drywall to hell when putting in the shower and then told us that the surround would cover it. Spoiler alert: it did not. So now we have drywall that needs to be replaced.
6. Left a huge mess on our new wood floors. Snow, water puddles, boxes, tools, cement dust everywhere. Didn’t even bother to clean it up.
7. Did not take responsibility for all of this and wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount. We will need to hire MORE work to be done after those idiots were in our home. After many calls to their office, we still ended up paying way more than I thought was fair.

Do yourself a huge favor and google someone else for any plumbing projects in your home. If you go with this company, please prepare yourself for problem after problem. Absolutely horrible.

Over priced. Plumber showed up to add a shut-off valve to a copper line for my refrigerator. I told the person I made the appointment this and the plumber still showed up not knowing what I needed done. He then looked at it says oh i don't have that part I'll have to go get it. He then proceeded to leave for over an hour when I called him to see if he was alright and coming back he said yeah I'm on my way and took another 30 minutes and proceeded to charge me for that entire time as if he was working. Pretty sure he just had me pay him for his lunch break. When he finally got back he worked for maybe 20 minutes. So for less then 30 minutes of total time being there and working I got charged for 2 hours of work plus parts, that he should have already had. When I called and said something I was basically told oh well. Well here's your oh well in review form I hope plenty see this and avoid that nightmare.

My plumbing from my house to the sewer suddenly got clogged. Flooding my basement. Kitchen sink water coming up to the basement drain. I called and just left a voicemail. 24 hour service advertised? I need help now!

They did a great job. Dewey was top notched.

They came to our house to address some issues and started the repair. Then they were supposed to call back with a quote to do more work and disappeared. Never responded to multiple messages left for them. They just want to keep the credit they said they would apply towards the additional work they were supposed to do. Had someone else come out and they said it looks like nothing was even done. Do not hire

This company is top rate! They helped us last fall in my home and just this week in one of my rentals. Rick and Nate did an awesome job with the work and explaining my options. I will always call 2 Men and a Snake. I just hope I don’t have plugged drains too often! 😂😆

They came out to unclog my main line on 6/18, it is now 7/25 and backed up again. I was initially pleased that the technicians got it cleared in half the time as it took a year or so before, however, it is obvious the job was not as thorough. I cannot get any response and they are 24/7. I have left messages and sent texts.

Overall we had a very good experience with them. We had a backed-up main sewer line over the weekend. I called on a Sunday for an appointment and did not get called back until Monday morning but we did not have an emergency. In spite of that we got scheduled very quickly on Monday morning. The tech came on time and was great to work with. Keep in mind these guys often have to haul around a very heavy clean out rig up and down stairs. Our drain problem was solved within an hour and I was very pleased with the result and the explanation. Was very happy to pay the $140 cost to get our problem resolved. Would use them again.

I was on the interstate this morning and one of their vans almost caused an accident! They were driving so recklessly, following super close and speeding, with all the business information clearly available. I thought of calling them but I feel like customers should know to look out for these vans on the road. Hopefully this company will now make sure it’s employees are driving safely.

Had the pleasure to use Two Men and A Snake for another main line clean out. I first used them about 5 years ago. I gave up on the local highly advertised plumbers due to some customer service issues and prices.
Callie is very good with understanding my needs and gets me a service person who will quickly respond to me.
Adrian was my service person. He like other previous techs was pleasant and professional. I really appreciated how he listened to me and made a concerned assessment of my situation. It took awhile to resolve my issue but he was making sure things worked and I was satisfied.
I have recommended this company to all my friends. I still feel I have made a great choice to use them. They are priced good and stand by their work.

She wrote a check and then stopped the check from being cashed, blocked the business from social media and has been avoiding every form of contact with this business. Very unprofessional and low. My Technician was Dewey. I woke up to a clog in my bathroom sink and bathtub. I tried to fix the issue myself and it didn’t work. I was recommended to Two men and a snake by a Menards rep. I called them and within an hour Dewey was here to save the day!! Fast, efficient, professional, and very responsive is how I would describe Two men and a snake. Highly recommended in my book!!!

The first day we had a drain problem I called several plumbers to get the best value. I chose two men and a snake based on my first conversation. The lady I spoke with was polite and helpful and the technician promptly called me back. They were out that same day and have been back to complete a bigger job than we thought.
Our main technician was Rick. He's AWESOME! Very professional and informative and CLEAN! He was on his knees wiping my floor sever feet to the front door!
I will never call anyone else and recommend!! Thanks to your whole staff!

They are great. They went above and beyond the call of duty. We had a backed up tub that also needed replaced and it was a lot of extra work and they did a great job and were the best prices I could find. Are toilet started leaking from below and all I did was text them and they came back out and fixed that problem too. They are the only plumbers I will ever use.
