I finally found an honest plumbing company. Mike was very good and he took the time to explain things to me. He is the greatest ❤️

Plumber Ken was polite, honest and told me straight up front that they dont work on my type of estate & the reason of why.

He also gave me a little more valuable info that is important regarding other plumbing situations.

* I would definitely recommend A. Raymond Plumbing if you'll need plumbing work done at your place. They're honest, decent, straight forward & dont rip you off like a bunch of other plumbing companies do.

We were having plumbing issues, with water all over in our basement. Raymond sent one of their experts (Mike), to troubleshoot and fix it, only to find out our main sewer line was damaged and needed to be replaced.

Eric and Josh arrived a couple of days later to replace the sewer line by boring under our sidewalk, concrete steps, and deck to replace the broken line. Our backyard was barely disturbed at all. Plumbing was restored on day 2. Dirt holes were filled and properly tamped, and concrete in the basement replaced on day 3. These guys were awesome! Truly nice guys that answered all my questions and made us feel very comfortable with their knowledge and proficiency.

They do get work!!

Two of Raymond Plumbing technicians came to our home to fix a stopped drain. We just bought the house not too long ago, so we were not sure what to expect. They were thorough, even leaving to grab a bigger snake. When they returned they were able to deduce the problem and, with the help of a Sawzall, they cleaned out a grease area that they assumed could have been growing for ten years. They never gave up. I expected the bill to be huge since they were here 2 1/2 hours, but everyone in the family agreed it was very fair because it was less than we thought. We will use them again!

I had a water pipe burst due to the cold weather that came in December 2022. Dana, the plumber, came out to fix the pipes. He was very personable and delivered 5 star customer service. He also had the issue fixed in two hours with a very reasonable bill. If you need plumbing assistance call this company and ask for Dana. I can't recommend him enough for his service and professionalism!!!

Efficient, friendly and there were some additional problems that occurred after they fixed the toilets but they came out promptly to fix without additional charges. Highly recommend them

Andy came to work on our plumbing and he had very reasonable prices he got the job done and did a good job of it.

Have been trying to get gas lines run for 6 months. First appointment was a no-show. 2nd appointment was late. 3rd appointment, when they were supposed to run the lines, they said there was a problem and couldn't do it. I finally called around and was told by the city, there is no problem. Waited 4 weeks, thinking I would hear from them and nothing. I call and they want me to start all over, with the let's see what is needed appointment again. We had already done that. That was going to take 4 weeks to get done again! I've spent too much time with this company. They were recommended to me by a friend.

We have HomeServe Warranty. Raymond Plumbing was assigned our trouble ticket. All aspects of the service was great: Scheduling and onsite work. Special recognition to the Technical Derek. He was professional, did a super job, and answered all of my questions.

A Raymond Plumbing came out last Thursday to diagnose and give me a bid on a leak originating from the bathtub in my main bathroom. Ken told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half to fix the waste and overflow valve on my tub through an exposed ceiling in my basement. A different guy shows up on Monday to do the work and after less than 20 minutes of being there the guy tells me he doesn't have the right parts to do the job so he leaves and he's gone for over an hour. He comes back does less than 45 minutes of work then presents me for a bill for 2.5 hours labor (because I have to pay for him to not only go back to the shop and get the parts he needs on a job they bid before coming to do but also for him to go shopping and buy a saw blade that cuts metal pipe which they can now use for other customers). From where I stand I think he should have had the appropriate parts and tools to do the job since they bid it beforehand and shouldn't they already have a saw blade that cuts metal pipes because I can't be the only house in town with
metal pipes. To pass that cost off onto me was not fair as they now have a tool that they can now use for other jobs. Then to bill me 2.5 hours labor when I checked my camera system on my house and his big truck sat in my driveway for less than 1.5 hours total was another way to inflate the total cost of the bill. I have since talked to 2 other plumbers and they both agree with me on the fact that they should have came with what they needed and I shouldn't have to pay for the time they spent shopping and for a tool they can now use on future projects. I really feel taken for a ride and I will not be using A Raymond Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and will tell my story to anyone that will listen.

They came out on a Saturday, were in great spirits, and helped us in a timely manner. The two men that were here were sweethearts and would definitely would recommend.

I have a Service Contract with HomeServe for my outside plumbing items. The company had Raymond Plumbing do the work. I needed an indoor shutoff valve replaced, but first the outside shutoff valve had to be located. Raymond Plumbing coordinated with Omaha MUD to mark the location. Then Raymond installed the necessary items so the outside valve could be easily located in the future.
My wife was VERY happy with the workers and the work they did.
I would HIGHLY recommend Raymond Plumbing.

Dwight, from Raymond Plumbing, recently came to our home to address a clogged pipe. He was thorough, and sought to understand the home's system as a whole prior to determining and addressing the issue of our water overflow. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide helpful information and tips to avoid further issues. I appreciated the service and would recommend the company for plumbing needs.

These guys really know what they're doing

The office gal was great to work with and Ken was able to get our issue fixed quickly and while dealing with my two kiddos insisting on coming in and helping every chance they could.

The company had to squeeze me into their schedule because I had to leave town this afternoon. Brandon was the service provider and he is the best! He took his time, explained everything, and persisted until the problem was solved.

Called on a Monday morning, after calling Burton, who wanted to charge $60 just to come out, A Raymond were out before 11am the same day of the call to install a hot water heater. They charge by the hour, are incredibly professional and Casey the serviceman went absolutely above and beyond in his courtesy and installation. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.

We had a hot water line burst on a Saturday night in our 110 year old house. We called the after hours technician on call and Ken B. was at our house within the hour. He did some additional work and was very responsive and knew what he was doing. Plan on using them again

Everyone at A Raymond has been so helpful this week. Our sewer line went out of commission pretty rapidly, and the folks at A Raymond were able to come out and get things fixed much quicker than we thought possible. Dana was a great help both times he was here. And Josh and Erich were here to replace the sewer line. They were just the nicest guys and they did such a wonderful job. We are thanking God for leasing us to such a great company.

We have a challenging situation in the home that another company was ill equipped to handle. Ken came in and managed the situation to get the job done. He definitely went the extra mile - his time and consideration were much appreciated (as is the unplugged drain)!

They installed my water heater fine however they didn't clean up behind themselves and the next day the drain that my washer goes to is clogged. I called them to help cause there was no issue with that drain before and they wanted to charge me $140 an hour. Do not use these people. They are very unprofessional and very unhelpful

Terrible experience with this company. The plumber was messy, disrespectful and unprofessional ! He used our bathroom towel and bathroom rug to wipe the water on the floor. He doesn't care at all about
our belongings. Every time I ask a question he quickly snaps. He seems angry and unhappy ! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone !

Came and looked at the plumbing that needed to be fixed but it took over a week for them to get a bid and I had to call them to find this out.
