Clay, Jason, and Ray at Harvey's are the most honest/skilled guys in the business. They have taken care of more issues than I can count for my family and I. We have 4 kids and a very active household. Harvey's Plumbing has been to my home multiple times and every time has done exceptional work.

Texted them on a Sunday evening after the Black Hills Energy technician suggested getting a plumber to repair a gas leak to my furnace. My call went unanswered, but that's fair... it was a Sunday evening, so I texted them (an option they give on their answering machine) with a service request to have the 1 1/4 union repaired/replaced. They rolled with my request for approximate timelines, called and showed up when they said they would, and not only did a great job but the bill was very reasonable. They did have to stop for a new part half way through the job, but overall for 2 technicians to spend approximately 2 hours I expected to pay much more than the $300 the bill would have been without the military discount. Oh. Yeah. There's a 10% military discount. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Clayton fixed my broken sprinkler backflow preventer quickly and for half the cost of another local plumber. He was able to come out less than 24 hours after I called him too. I will definitely use Harvey's Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

They came out to my home to fix a leak. They were unable to find it which was fine. My problem is they broke my kitchen faucet and never said anything to me about it. I contacted American Home Shield and file a complaint (this is the warranty company that sent them out) I followed up with them and they still haven’t heard back from this company. This makes me upset. I was replacing the faucet anyway but for them to damage it and leave like nothing happened is very discouraging. They have come to my home and been great but never again.

He did an excellent job that saved my landlord thousands of dollars. I had a very bad clog in my toilet, and my landlord was worried they were going to have to tear up my whole yard to fix the problem, but this plumber got it fixed going through my roof! A+ Service

Second service call Dec 2021. Repeat outstanding service,! Jason and Brandon opened two drains that were severely clogged. It took them multiple efforts but they didn't leave until the job was done correctly. The ONLY negative is that the website states 24/7 service is available and I don't believe that is true. Our issue began on 26 December and they weren't able to get to us until Dec 29th despite leaving numerous messages on 26 and 27 December!!!

Super professional! Kept me informed of their ability to get to my job throughout the day and although swamped and down a man, kept their promise to get my job done as scheduled! Very responsive! Very courteous! I have had 5 different plumbers out to my house and I can easily say the Harvey’s put the others to shame! Very highly recommended!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a company. Installed a water hater 6 months ago and it started leaking. My husband has been trying to call for a month and they never called back or responded. My realtor finally got ahold of them and they claim the water heater is not covered and they want to charge an arm and a leg to fix it. A water heater should last more than 6 months. Obviously it was installed badly if it started leaking less than 6 months later. They just left the job and the line that says call for 24/7 service no one answers or returns calls. They shouldn't advertise satisfaction guaranteed, because I am not satisfied with the product or service.

Edit: finally talked to someone and the guy is completely rude. He said I need to call the warranty company and that he needs to get paid no matter what. Um sir, contractors deal with warranty companies all the time. He clearly doesn't want more business based on his response back and over the phone. The website is a lie:

All on their website and even he said they aren't available 24/7. I called 3 plumbers since then and all have said this isn't right. Guess some contractors are just greedy

I utilized this company through my home warranty. My problem ended up being way bigger than expectex. They made sure not to just do the minimun to get me cleared, but spent the time and extra service to get me completely clear. The guys were professiobal and explained things really well. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a pipe break under my sidewalk. Everyone knows this type of repair is expensive. The honesty and integrity of this company stood out. They came out the next day and did the repairs and explained everything. Sent pictures as requested and explained everything when done. I couldn’t be any happier the way it all turned out. Is it just me or do you never need a plumber until its an absolute emergency? I've used Harvey's twice now, both in emergency situations, and that's when you truly witness a company's integrity. They showed up so quickly, I felt like VIP. They handled the situation with with swift professionalism, but talked to me like I was a friend they were happy to be doing a favor for. They could've easily charged me an arm and a leg because I was desperate and in a bind but they didn't. They'll always be my first call with any plumbing needs.

One of the rudest & unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. I deal with contractors on a daily basis & have never had an experience like today's. They do not stand behind their work or the products they install.

Prompt reply and scheduling of estimate for water heater replacement, etc. No high-pressure sales tactics or upselling even when I opened the door up wide with my questions about additional services. Though we had the job scheduled for a week later, Harvey’s responded quickly when our old unit completely stopped working and we asked if they could do the job on short notice. Fair price, great quality of work. They know their stuff.

This guy is a great plumber and offers fast, honest, and courteous service at a really great price. I got quotes from several other local businesses and he was the cheapest. More often than not, the cheapest doesn't always mean highest quality but his work is top notch. I was also impressed by his consideration of my pets - normally when people come over to do work, they leave the door open when they need to run out to their truck but he closed it behind him each and every time. He's done two jobs for me now and both were excellent all around - price, service, and quality of work. He'll probably be the only plumber I use for a long time.

These guys are amazing! We have used them twice now. The first time was a sink leak and toilet issue. Today they were able to come out within a couple of hours to clean out or main line from the house. They are friendly, professional, and efficient. Will always be our first call with any plumbing issues.

There's never a time when someone WANTS to call a plumber, but when I had to, Harvey's was there fast, and knew exactly what the problem was and the best way to get it fixed. I'm planning on having some remodeling done in the future, which will include some pipe work and it's huge load off my mind to know I don't have to worry about who to call for the plumbing part of it!

Harvey’s Plumbing is very well ran and professional! In the past few months, I had them install a new water heater, then a new garbage disposal. Their crew is very efficient and professional. In the past I have used other plumbing services and never have had such a positive experience.
