UPDATE June 1, 2022:
Adam and Drain Daddy continue to have our business for life.

We had another emergency situation with an overflow that did some damage to the level below. Luckily we had a regular appoint to have a (non-emergency) clog cleared that day.

Drain Daddy rescheduled us for earlier than our scheduled appointment so they could help us with the overflow situation as quickly as possible.

Water issues (especially flooding) can be overwhelming and scary. Adam was thorough, efficient, calming and fixed everything.

I would (and do) recommend Adam/Drain Daddy to everyone. This is not just a good company, but truly good people. Thank you again for making a potentially horrible day much better.

Drain Daddy (founder/owner/plumber: Adam Anderson) was available when several other plumbing services had no availability for several days.

Adam arrived promptly within the time frame given. He was extremely professional, diagnosed and fixed the drainage issue we were having, and cleaned up everything. We have white carpet on the steps and he didn't leave a mark. We also have a small dog that doesn't like visitors, but he had no issues with Adam -- which was a pleasant surprise.

It took him 10 minutes to identify and fix the issue (he had to pop my basement floor drain cover off and clear two plugs with a big snake). He didn’t leave a mess. He was professional and represented his company very well. My invoice came within a day via email. Paying online was a breeze. I will likely never call anyone else for this type of issue, and I will refer them to everyone.
