Bill is amazing! I have had him come out 3 times now, once for a drain clog, once for preventative maintenance and the third time because I forgot about the preventative maintenance appointment and then needed him to come out for my laundry room flooding. Bill has always responded promptly, has shown up got right to work, explained everything about the situation so I knew what was going on. He is quick, reliable and affordable. He has always charged fair prices and I will never call another plumber. Thank you Bill for all that you do, you are a great example of customer service!

The plumber and his apprentice put back the drain and overflow cover. We had an issue of a slow drain before the bathroom pipes froze. So, needed assistance with getting the water flowing and the drain cleared.

Very prompt and professional. Took the time to cover up things around the work area and left very little cleanup for us after the service.

They helped us put in two bathrooms in our house and they made it a fair and not stressful process. The estimate was reasonable and the communication is what won me over. They got back to me right away and kept me in the loop. Also, answered every question I threw at them.The finished product was perfect. 5 stars from me.

Anthony came over to my house to fix a clogged drain and to repair a leak behind my dishwasher. I had called another plumbing company the week before and they told me they would have to send 2 guys over and just about charge me double the amount. Anthony did both jobs all by himself with no problems, and charged less. He answered all my questions and his work was not messy. Anthony did all of the work in 2 hours and 15 minutes. That other plumbing company said it would take them 4 hours to do the work.( WOW). When I have another plumbing problem I will call on A& A Plumbing to do the job. LARRY ( 9-28-2019)

My kitchen sink was backed up and after a day of trying to get it unclogged I called Roto-Rooter! The scheduler was very friendly and assisted me very quickly. The technician, Ray, came out within an hour of me calling! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! He had my sinks unclogged in no time at all! I would definitely use them again if any plumbing issues were to arise!Thanks Ray!! :)

Our floor drain and shower backed up late Sunday night. I called Omaha Drain first thing on Monday morning and a drain tech was at my house within 2 hours of my call. Thomas was very thorough and professional and got our issue resolved. He explained some future issues that we may have and recommended some services that will benefit us in the future. I will definitely be using Omaha Drain again.

Brent and his team are hands down the best in the business. As a contractor, and home owner, their punctuality and attention to detail is second to none.

Unresponsive to emails & phone calls in regards to questions about our bill. Our service was the end of October. We finally got our bill fixed (end of March).

I called to pay the corrected bill over the phone with my card and was told I would have to pay a 3% fee. I then said I would just send a bill pay. They asked me to hold & transferred me to a women who threatened me with their lawyer I didn’t pay over the phone because my bill was past due.

She accused then said “how do I know you will even send a check” accusing me of trying to avoid payment. The invoice had no specifications of how it needed to be paid nor did it indicate a credit card fee.

A very unprofessional encounter & will never do business with them.
