Covert Plumbing was amazing with their professionalism and hospitality. My wedding ring fell down my shower drain and I was devastated. I knew that my best chance was that the p trap caught it under the house in the crawl space. To avoid pushing it further down the drain I immediately turned off the water. I called multiple plumbers desperate to help me and unfortunately everyone was too booked. When I called Covert Plumbing they were the only ones who could sense my urgency and prioritized my problem which I appreciated beyond words. The water main line feeding my home failed underground in the front yard. Approx. 50 feet of digging trenches + installing new pipe was the job.

I’ll attempt most DIY tasks, but given the cold weather, and lack of man power/machinery I didn’t this time.

A two man team lead by Jeff arrived on time, and executed installing a new water line into my home in about 4 hours.

The GM, Jason was helpful, and super knowledgeable in his profession. Would hire these folks again if a major plumbing job was needed.

I was expecting a major replacement issue. John took what we had, made some adjustments and totally corrected the problem. He could have easily proposed a much more expensive solution but actually took the time to provide the best solution for us.

I recently had the pleasure of working with your plumbing company, and I must say, I am beyond impressed with the exceptional service I received. After experiencing persistent basement flooding that previous plumbers couldn't diagnose, your team arrived and conducted a thorough inspection.

To my amazement, he quickly discovered that the grinder pump in my basement had been improperly installed within a sheetrock enclosure, and several vent fittings were not even properly secured. Additionally, he identified a major flaw in the 3-inch main that ran over two rooms, which had a backwards pitch right before connecting to the mainline.

Your Technician took the time to explain the issues to me in detail and presented the only viable solution available. He discussed rerouting the master bath and the hall half bathroom back into the room where the pump is located, and then redirecting the plumbing out of the front of the house. He meticulously located the sewer main and seamlessly tied the new line into it, completely resolving the problem.

I cannot express how grateful I am for your Technician expertise, professionalism, and dedication to solving my basement flooding issue. The level of care and attention to detail they demonstrated throughout the process while keeping a organized work area was truly commendable. I am delighted to say that since the completion of the work, I have not experienced any further flooding problems.

Called and explained the problem. Requested they quote a price for repair. The guy said they were 2-3 weeks behind and didn't have time for that. On top of that, the guy says to me..You've gotta have it done, don't you? You're kidding, right? No thanks.

Wayne was very polite, professional. He was able to inspect possible water leak and found there was no water leak and everything was good.

Great experience with them. I had a stubborn clog in the kitchen and they got it fixed without having to tear out walls.

Not a good situation, I hired them for addition , they pull the permit didn’t finish the job and it was leaking real bad so we had to repair because it’s fail the inspection, called several times no response.
