Got the quote and looking at finances, but if I get water heater it will be through them.

If you need a plumber, call 615 Plumbing. They are great! We called them to look at our water heater and garbage disposal. When they arrived, I asked if they could look at our kitchen faucet too. They fixed the water heater, put in a new garbage disposal and replaced my faucet. They were quick, super nice and gave us a great price. Thanks 615 plumbing! 615 removed and replaced my old cast iron water main piping with pex piping. The crew did an amazing job they where quick and where very responsive with any questions or concerns I had. I would recommend them to everyone for any of your plumbing needs.

Needed a toilet repaired. Flange Broken and pipe cracked. Called 615 Plumbing because of all the reviews online. They showed up on time, explained what they were going to do and did exactly what they said they would. I was extremely please with the work and very satisified. Rip-off. Charged $79 to give estimate and then gave quote to unstop a drain of $504 for simple drain clear.I called another plumbing company and got quote of $110 including service charge.

I have had a leak from my shower drain for years. I have patched it with silicone a couple of times and each time it lasted 5 or 6 years before the silicone wore down. It just started leaking again last week. I was about to patch it again when I decided to contact a plumber to fix the problem rather than patch it. I contacted 615 Plumbing for the first time ever. All personnel were pleasant. I scheduled a plumber to come to the house. He arrived on time and also very professional and courteous. The company charges a service call fee, expected I suppose. I was told that fee could be applied toward repairs. The repairman told said to repair it right would require cutting a hole in the ceiling and replacing a couple things. The quote was $1400, I believe. So I asked him to just put some silicone around the drain and patch it like I had done before. This is what got me. It usually took me 15 minutes to caulk it, let it dry, and deal with it again in 5-6 years. He said to caulk it would be $440 ! I said are you serious? , he replied even though it will only take a few minutes I still have to charge for 30 minutes. I said You charge $440 for 30 minutes? He said yes sir, I don't set the pricing, the company does. I thanked him for coming out, dismissed him, went to the hardware store, bought silicone, repaired in 20 minutes, and it is leak free.

I must be clear, all of the personnel, including the repairman ,were courteous, but the value was miserable.

615 plumbing was great! They were a little on the expensive side but Jaden the tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was a problem with the financing but the problem was quickly resolved by the office. Jaden and Nick worked well together and were nice and professional. I will recommend them to other people for work.

Highly recommend! Everyone I spoke with, from the scheduler, the service manager and the technician, was helpful. I called with a problem that wasn’t an emergency and the technician arrived at my house just hours later. He was friendly and explained exactly what he thought the problem was and what the worse case scenario could be. Fortunately it wasn’t serious but I really appreciated how thorough he was and the information he provided. I would not hesitate to use 615 Plumbing in the future!

I should have insisted on a quote over the phone, it would have saved me the $100 diagnostic fee to find out they were substantially more expensive than other businesses. $700 to replace a laundry valve.

The tech who came out was polite and professional.

They were very professional and the quality of work appears good. I gave 4 stars because of the cost. I had a expansion tank on water heater replaced. The bill was over $300. I was asleep so when I woke up and wife showed me the bill I immediately looked up the cost of a expansion tank. They are roughly $60 give or take. So the labor was over $240 for a job that should have taken no more than a hour.

Won't use again for that reason.

Asked the employee to clear two toilet drains for clogging. He stated that the toilets that have been working for years did not have the right sized flappers and all he all he offer was non-itemized quotes to replace them. Charged me a service fee for showing up without doing any work.

I was in a panic when I heard we had a leak that was dumping 20,000 gallons of water a day. I called your office and was immediately sent someone to evaluate our situation. Mike was simply AMAZING. There was another company here when he arrived but he waited patiently for them to leave before introducing himself. Our situation was not looking very promising (according to others) until he did his assessment and figured out our problems. He could have blind sided me with multiple things that needs to be fixed and taken full advantage of my gullibility but he did not. He was very professional, straight forward, and explained everything in detail to make it easier to understand. Out of all of the people who were called out, I noticed he was the only one who came prepared with shoe covers. He even went as far as to offer the others shoe covers to help protect our floors. The technician was nice, but I was absolutely stunned by how much I was quoted for a dripping bath faucet ($650). They have significantly raised their rates since I used them last. I just ate the $80 service call fee and have called another company. Won't be using them again.

As soon as we found our garage flooded with water, Tyler and his crew were at our home in less than 2 hours and had it up and working in less than three. Outstanding service and all around a great guy!

615 Plumbing charges for an attempt, not a service guarantee.

I had a leak in my laundry room and they wanted to charge $500 to unclog a washer line. It was going to be that or several thousands of dollars to build in some features that could help prevent leaks in the future. Not being able to justify the expense to renovate the area, I settled for the unclogging of the line.

After not being able to clear the line on their initial attempt, 615 Plumbing left the job with no return to attempt again. They left my washer lines clogged and would not come back to try again. I asked on three different occasions if they would try again, and they said only if I would pay for the renovation with thousands of dollars would they deduct the cost of unclogging the line like originally implied.

Please understand, you're paying for an ATTEMPT at a service, not the COMPLETION of a service with 615 Plumbing.

Our Water Heater started purging twice in 2 days. On a late Wed. afternoon, we could not find a 'familiar to us-named' plumber who could come out Thursday morning (which was best for our schedule)or before Sat. Then, my wife found 615Plumbing on Google and tried them. To her surprise, we got an appointment early Thursday morning. Kevin came out and provided very professional, quality service throughout. Kevin first discovered that the Metro Water pressure coming into our home was extremely high and caused our Water Pressure Reducing Valve and Expansion Tank to fail. He also believed our Hot Water Heater could function, but was leaking some from the bottom. Kevin gave us 2 repair options so we could choose the work we could afford. When we could not afford the estimate that included a new Hot Water Heater, he did not pressure us at all. As we considered our options further, they offered us 12 months same as cash with Zero Percent interest and we happily agreed to replace all. We appreciate his professional, quality work without trying to upsell us from the start. We now have a new favorite plumbing company and will request Kevin in the future.

615 was very fast to respond to our initial call and to immediately schedule our service. It was a very involved job with several different technicians. William in particular was incredibly communicative and professional.

I usually use Hiller plumbing but the last visit took too long to schedule and when you need a plumber you need it now.
This company came within a couple of hrs of my call explaining 3 different options for the problem areas of my 57yr old home. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap.
The tech Michael was polite, knowledgeable, and qualified. He worked quickly and repaired and replaced old pipes in the garage to restore drainage to two bathroom vanities. Done in less than 3 hours working quietly and cleaning up afterwards. Showing his work and explaining what and how everything works with a guarantee on parts and labor for 2 years!

Our regular plumber was out of town and the shower wouldn’t turn off. The almost 60 year old valve needed replacing. Jaden found the part at a local plumbing supply and saved us from cutting through the closet for a super expensive complete replacement. He also repaired the outside spigot valve instead of a complete replacement. He was knowledgeable, professional and kept us informed throughout the process.

About to sell my home and needed a plumber to come do some work on the house. I had a leak in my ceiling and a wall behind my toilet. I called them and not an hour later they were at my home to diagnose the problem. After looking around and testing everything Michael found the problem a leak in the cold line for my washer which shared a wall with the toilet. Also didn't have any issue with the ceiling after all so I'm just going to repair it and paint. Michael was very knowledgeable,friendly, and courteous to my home and got the job done. Great service

I’ve had the same problem with 2 of my toilets in my home. The first time I called this company and they said they had to rebuild my entire tank and charged me over $500. This time I went on YouTube and bought the part I needed from Amazon and it was about $10. They are not ethical people!

Tyler went so above what I even thought was possible for a business to provide. We had asked several time for the worker (who took before and after pictures) to send us the photos via text...still waiting. Would REALLY appreciate the photos being sent to us.

UPDATE: Weeks later when we were having our crawlspace encapsulated we found out that the shower was draining directly into the crawl space. The pipe was so poorly connected that it had come apart. It was so bad, that I was advised to NOT have the 615 folks come and fix it - because their quality of work was so poor. I called to ask for some money back (since we had spent about $8,000.00) I was told that I would be called back to further discuss my request - but the cowards simply sent a check for $500.00 in the mail. No apology - nothing. Save yourself and go with another company.

Great first experience with 615 plumbing! Called late this morning to ask about having a toilet replaced and they were her within 2 hours! I was ready to wait for a couple weeks so that kinda blew me away :-). Kayman was friendly, masked, and did a great job. The company sent a text before he arrived and after he left. Price was reasonable, as far as I know. Will definitely use again!!

Technician found leak within 5 minutes but when asked to check sub pump in basement that had 2 inches of standing water, he left without checking it. I was paying him by the hour, he could have at least checked it.

Let me first begin by saying this is a great company. I feel it all started with the Dispatcher/Service Manager, Shelby. She was awesome. She was patient, answered my questions, and most importantly she worked with my schedule to make sure my issue could be resolved as soon as possible. Serviceman Tyler texted before he came, he was on time, nice, knowledgeable, honest, and upfront about what the issue is and how he can fix it. He was able to resolve my issue quickly, price was great, and you can't go wrong with the warranty that comes with the service. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family; and will use them again in the future.

We had been without hot water for four days so, we were very frustrated. I got in touch with 615 Plumbing and was able to get an appointment the next day. When I told them we had no water in the house they moved us to the front of the line. They got here quick did the job fast and efficient without leaving a mess.

I called out 615 Plumbing as there was a vibrating sound heard in the room above the tankless water heater. Tyler came out and after spending almost three hours searching for the source of the sound decided that it must be the main water meter outside. He contacted the water company himself and advised me to let him know if after the water company came out if the sound persisted. The sound was gone. I was very pleased with the time he took researching the source and the initiative that he took to solve it. I will definitely be calling 615 Plumbing for future plumbing concerns! Thank you, Tyler!

Let me just say i work in construction and these guys were as clean as I've seen. They had to remove drywall to replace some pipes. Rather than tear up half the wall they made precise cuts so it was easy to hang new drywall on the studs. They cleaned as they worked so my house never looked like a job site. Very polite and professional. Will be using them again.

I love these guys. Quality work. Proud of Tyler and crew for their success in a business he started from scratch in 2018. Always spread the good word about them. Cheaper than Lee, Hiller, etc.. Their overhead has gone up and they are getting more expensive.

They were able to get to the job before my usual plumber, and the tasks were well done. I thought the fee was a little high, though, given that it was pretty standard stuff and almost entirely labor costs. Maybe my own fault for not pushing back on the quote, but I shouldn't have to.

Called due to a catastrophic failure in our water heater. They were here within an hour and had the problem fixed within a few hours. Professional, fast, and amazing quality.

I requested for someone to come diagnose my central heater, he was nice enough, but he took off the small front panel, jiggled thing a bit, spun a little fan and said there you go, it’s fine!, he told me that since you don’t use your heater, except the winter the little fan needs a spin!, he charged me $ 130.00, was here for maybe 25 minutes. Maybe that’s average?!, I thought it was high!, he also provided no receipt.

Diagnosed, explained my options and another technician shows up with new water heater. They put in, cleaned up and explained all warranty info/cut off valves, etc. All employees at 316 Plumbing that I spoke to were knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. Again highly recommend!

They are VERY expensive!
I recently had a leaking hot water tank, dripping water through the ceiling below, and I needed prompt service. 615 Plumbing was the first company listed when I did an internet search. Because of the 5 star reviews, I contacted them and a plumber arrived within two hours. I was so relieved that a new hot water tank could be installed within a few hours, I agreed to their lowest option at a cost of $3000+. Although my old tank was 40 gallons, they installed a 50 gallon tank, without giving me options, or informing me if a 40 gal tank would be cheaper. That day - I was just pleased with two plumbers who did the work, crisis averted. I talked with my daughter several days later, who thought I had been ripped off! She had TWO hot water tanks installed at a cost of $4000 total - and she lives in Montana, where everything is more expensive!! I then talked to three neighbors who had also replaced hot water tanks within the last two years - costs between $1300 and $1800! When I called to complain, I was informed that yes! they are more expensive than everyone else. So if money is not a concern to you, call 615 Plumbing!

They were great and knew what they were doing. They replaced drain pipes to the washer. And cleaned out the grease in another pipe.
They were on time and very professional!

Within one hour of my realizing that I had no hot water 615 Plumbing were on their way to my house. They did a very thorough inspection of the water heater to see what was needed and since I was thinking about just replacing it anyway we discussed getting a tankless water heater. The next morning they were here and my new tankless water heater is running like a charm. The 2 techs who were here last night and the two who were here today were both extremely knowledgeable and Answered any questions I had and even told me things that I didn’t know I should’ve asked about. They came out and ran a camera down sewer lines that had been ran over by concrete truck, wanted to make sure pipe were in good shape before pouring concrete over them.

Drake came out and provided service at my house today and I was so impressed. I had a gas line installed to the fireplace, hose bib replacement, two flex accordion drain pipes removed and replaced with PVC, and an old connection in my crawlspace capped. He also helped me fix another loose plumbing fixture and install new hoses that I had bought for my washer.

It was quite a list, but Drake worked efficiently and provided excellent service. He answered my questions and explained everything clearly. Shelby also provided great assistance setting me up for the initial estimate and confirming my appointment. This is an unfortunate review as this was quite a big project that was ongoing for over FOUR WEEKS and I recommended them to everyone until customer service and accounting got involved. (Shelby, specifically)

Moral : Do not be mislead if you need to involve insurance for larger repairs. Get customer service involved from the beginning. There is a disconnect between them and their field techs.

The men who came out to manage the issue and do the repairs were wonderful. They were informative, kind, trustworthy. We felt comfortable leaving them with our keys to get in and out of the house as needed. We were upfront and honest about working with insurance. In return, They were upfront about the work needed and advised us on how to handle insurance and even spoke with our insurance company over the phone. They agreed to get us everything we needed to provide to our insurance company. (photos of before and after and a statement of what was caused the damage). All needed in order to receive insurance compensation for the extensive repairs needed. Once the work was complete, they sent us our invoice 4 days after work was completed (which did NOT include the information or photos they agreed to provide). Called us several times and demanded that we pay immediately and that our payment was in fact LATE and needed to be paid day of - a policy we were unaware of. We explained that we did not know and would be happy to pay in full once we received the paperwork we agreed to. They refused to provide anything until we submitted a payment and went on to explain that they do not work with insurance and this was completely unwarranted. Which is understandable but the issue is the false promises and the misinformation that led us to lean on them for what we needed to provide the insurance.

We have now paid in full and we still do not have what we asked for to provide insurance in order to receive our compensation.

It seems as though they may have had payment issues in the past and we were treated as though we had no intention to pay. We would use them again but never for something that required insurance to be involved.

I called to have a new faucet Installed and they said they had to come out to give me a quote; they came to Khana house and gave me a quote of $1600!
I ask if they added and extra zero and they say no; that was the quote and they wouldn’t pull their truck out of the shop for $100. They charged me $75 to come out to give me this outrageous quote. I paid the $75 and told them no thanks.
I called another local plumbing company and was charged $135 to do the work.
I do not recommend this company in any way.

I called 615 Plumbing at 8 am to schedule a repair. I expected to be told that it would be tomorrow before they could send someone out. Instead, I was informed that they could have a plumber there between 10am-12pm that same day. Their employee (Drake), showed up at 10am. For the amount of work that was performed, the price was very reasonable. I will call 615 Plumbing first from now on.

Honestly the gentleman that came out was great but spending $408.00 only to not have my problem fixed is very poor service in my opinion. Garbage disposal caused my kitchen sink to back up. Tech spent maybe an hour using an auger to then saying the fall in the pipe is the problem. House built in 2008 and I’ve not had a problem with this sink in the 3 yrs I’ve lived here. If the fall in the pipe was the problem it would have shown itself way sooner than this. Spending $408 to have a drain unclogged should result in an unclogged drain. It didn’t. Won’t be using this company again.

Had a water leak from the meter to my house I told them exactly where the leak was they quoted me $3000 and I needed to replace a water spigot they said they would throw that in for free they normally charge $400 for that well good thing I got a second quote because it saved me $2700 had another company doing it for $300

If you used Drain-o, wait 24h before calling them! They get to our house and say they can't do anything because I used drain the night before. It would have been great to know that beforehand because they still will charge you a $80 fee for coming out. Was then quoted $600 to snake our drain. Nice people, but the prices were outrageous.

Never fun waking up to a cold shower and having your 75 gallon water heater flooding your basement. 615 was at my house that day, and were able to install a tankless system the next day! *Fast service * Reasonably priced* 10 year warranty*. But what really stood out was the customer service and professionalism of the office and our installer. The office kept me updated that the installer was running late, and he stayed well after 7pm, until the job was done, with a smile on his face the entire time.

We had a new tankless water heater installed by 615 Plumbing in May this year. It ran good until this weekend the new water heater stopped working due to PCB error. 615 Plumber came on the same day when I called in to report the issue. He called the manufacturer for part replacement and requested for overnight shipment. The part has not arrived by Monday morning. 615 Plumbing decided to purchase the part locally and had plumber replaced PCB without making us to wait for part from the manufacturer. Thank you for getting this resolved so quickly.

This is our second time using 615 Plumbing and again we could not be happier with the service we received. We requested Michael Tienvieri again as his professionalism, integrity, and character as well as the service quality, those are just a few of the reasons that we will continue to use 615 Plumbing.

DO NOT USE!!! THEY ARE SCAMS!!! They get you to sign a quote up front and tell you this could be the cost if they are there all day. No problem, I understand that could be the cost for a 8 hr day. But they was only there 2 hrs to unclog a drain and then the guy said well let me get my paperwork done and we asked what the cost was and he said oh you already signed it and charged me $2300
I called the office and they was like well you already signed paperwork. Then I talked to the manager and they was like well all I can do is give you 10% back.

What a great company! I wasn’t sure what was wrong but had a “sewage” smell coming from our guest bath sink. I thought about addressing it myself but my wife urged me to call a pro. I’m so glad I did! The specialist from 615 Plumbing came out (on time) to diagnose the problem, and was able to figure it out and fix it in less than :30 minutes. It turns out the solution was beyond my expertise—although he was able to explain and show me what was wrong so that I could be aware of it in the future. No more sewage smell and our drains are flowing! Well worth it.

Had Jason and Kevin out for a leaking water heater. They moved me to the top of their schedule and arrived very quick. They were very thorough and professional. I decided to install a tankless wayer heater with water softener and I couldn't be happier with the service.

I had my kitchen sink clogged for more than 2 weeks. During that period I had 3 different plumbing companies trying to fix it. Before 615 Plumbing, I had Maynard recommending the replacement of the main sewer line that would cost $7000.00.
I contacted 615 Plumbing for a second opinion, when the technician Jason Stalter came and unclogged the sink with a snake. He was very insistent in trying to do the basic/simple job first (snake), even though I was very resistant since I had seeing 3 other people trying to do that before and it wasn't working. I was only wasting money. He empathized with my frustration and negotiated with his manager to give me a discount in case the snake wouldn't work. It worked and, although is a temporary solution (we will have to check the sewer line eventually), we can use the kitchen sink and the cost was way less expensive than replacing the sewer line.
I would definitely recommend this service.

These guys are trustworthy and deliver high quality plumbing. Really, a pleasure to work with. Trained by working at the big outfits in town but delivering a small business quality of service. I've already called them back for another job.

very bad experience with this company, the plumber came in and DID NOT fix the problem we had. We still paid over $400 for only the “inspection” after all. (The problem still there and we have to get a new plumber) Be aware of the pre-agreement they ask to u sign — cause even they don’t fix it u still need to pay. we will certainly NOT call this company for help again.

One plumber from another company tried to say we needed to replace our entire plumbing system for 11,000 dollars. 615 diagnosed a simple fix at 570 dollars, and furthermore confirmed the rest of our plumbing system was in perfect working order.

We have used 615 Plumbing two times. The first was to install a new water heater (1/2/19) and second to install gas logs (1/9/19). Quick response times when our old water heater started leaking, and when a follow-up service call was needed to tighten a gas fitting. Very pleased with the service they provided us. Will be using this company again for any future plumbing service calls. In addition to being good plumbers, Drake and Tyler are nice young men.

My kitchen faucet was leaking and after using the emergency stop I noticed the water did not shut off. I called 615 Plumbing and they had someone out in less than 30 min. Anthony recommended replacing the old Moen faucet and stops. A new delta kitchen faucet with side sprayer and all 3 emergency stops were replaced.

It was quite a bit more expensive than I had thought, but as the Treasurer of my HOA know various home repair costs have rose across the board. Not sure if this is an industry practice, but my one issue is the company's practice of not itemizing bids on work which left me uncertain how much I was paying for the parts & materials and labor for the work.

Had an old hot water heater start burning through wires, needed to be replaced. I was pleasantly surprised when calling at 2 pm that a technician could meet me that day. Caleb showed up quickly, and was able to talk me through all my options for replacement with pricing up front. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, someone I felt very comfortable with going in and out of my home. He even offered to replace it that same night, so that I wouldn’t go without hot water in the morning. Instead of that we did the next day. The removal of the old heater, running of gas line, installation and venting of the new unit went flawlessly. Caleb worked quickly but very well and helped me to understand what he was doing in the process. The final result was a brand new tankless unit within 24 hours of calling. The only drawback was a little higher on the pricing end, but with Covid inflation and the quality of service received, I believe I made a great decision. Big thank you to Annie (phone rep), and Caleb (technician) for relieving a headache quickly!

When I woke up this morning and realized my water heater was not working, I didn't think 615 Plumbing would be able to send someone out to fix it in the same day! In less then six hours I was able to call and make an appointment and have my water heater replaced!

I have used 615 plumbing to fix all 3 of my toilets. They were running and since it's the original basic toilet from when we had our house built, the valves were worn on them. Charged me $400 to unblock a toilet he spent 15 mins on

This company and especially the young man who did the repair went well beyond what was expected. We had a small leak in the copper water line underneath our house. Unfortunately the leak was in a very difficult place to access and make the repair. The company gave us (what we felt was a reasonable price) quote and even though difficult the repair was completed as promised.

They are great at what they do. They are fast and easy to work with. I would use them for future use.

William was on time and extremely nice! Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions so that I knew exactly what was going on. Not only got my repair work done but also signed up for the club to have annual maintenance inspections because I felt comfortable with William and that he would do a great job. Definitely recommend!

The technician arrived promptly at the appointment time. He was very professional and courteous. I was offered a choice as to what level of repair he could perform. He explained each option and we discussed the choices until I was comfortable with plan. He did a good job, and worked quickly. He was not completely satisfied with one of the clamps that was in place so he left and came back with a better part.
I was pleased with the job performed.
I was then contacted by customer service the following day to confirm that I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend 615 , and would use them for future needs.

These gentlemen saved my life by saving me over $7,000 in repairs by another company, Holt Plumbing. 615 Plumbing is efficient, thorough, on time, and cares about you as a customer. I am thankful to have found out about them. You will not be disappointed. They are experienced and actually did research on my house before arriving so they would know exactly what the issue could be. Very nice company and will definitely use again and recommend to anyone without hesitation!

Hired them for leak detection. Tech was friendly, punctual, and professional. He isolated the problems quickly and efficiently, but when it came time to discuss cost to fix the price was significantly higher than I expected. I called a couple other licensed professionals to get a bid and found that the price 615 quoted to me was nearly a $1,000 more than the two other bids I received.

If it wasn't for their prices I would have used them in a heartbeat. Even if they were a couple hundred above the others I likely would have used them as they just seemed trustworthy, but at the end of the day I could not justify an additional $1,000 for this job.

At the end of the day what this company is doing is taking advantage of people who don’t know any better. Since having them out I have found that the work they quoted me astronomically high prices for can be done in roughly twenty minutes for a cost of less than $50.

I will never contact this company again for any plumbing work. Truthfully, I don’t know how one could feel good about conducting business the way they do. It is entirely dishonest and unethical.

I am doing an entire bathroom renovation and I did not want to deal with replacing the cast iron drain piping for our shower. We had a local plumber quote, but also received a quote from 615 Plumbing. 615 Plumbing offered a much better deal and did not try to upsell us. I was beyond impressed with how professional they were and how quickly they got the job done. We will absolutely be using them again for our next renovation.

The service was very good. On time, nice guy, fixed issue promptly. My only complaint is the cost. Total time spent on repair was maybe 30 minutes and it cost me 700.00. I probably could have watched a Youtube video and fixed myself for 20-50 dollars. I kinda feel taken advantage of.

The Technician that came out was on time, courteous, and was very thorough. He explained to me everything he was doing and showed me what clogged the sink when I asked him. He was very apologetic when it came to water on the floor or around the sink. He also wiped up the water and put everything back how I had it. He was very outgoing and also suggested something so that my sink wouldn’t leak should that happen. What more could you ask for in a gentleman like that. I would recommend him to anyone who was going to use this company. They also installed my garbage disposal, however it was what I did that caused the clog. They are an outstanding company. Michael was my Technician and I couldn’t rave about him more. I would but it would go way beyond this review. BTW He also had his mask on the whole time, and let me know when he came in/out of my residence so not to startle me.

Great experience with this company. Had a pipe burst and they were able to come out and fix it in no time at all. Even offered insight as to why it could have happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Locally owned, friendly service, and competitive pricing.

I called this company during the freeze in December. They were unable to come on the day they had told me that they would, so I agreed to have them come on the following day. I had no running water and asked the associate for his recommendation since it was my first time in this situation. I have a 12 inch pipe in my balcony closet that was bare and apparently all it needed was to be heated up to get the water running again. The associate explained that there may be a leak when water came back on and he would be required to drill holes in the wall and fix pipes in the wall. I asked for his professional advice and based on his description of the choices that was given to me, the third option would cover any complications that may have occurred. He ended up taking a mini butane torch, heated up the pipe and got running water within 10 minutes. He insulated the pipe on the wall. All the materials used came up to less $100, and charged me over $2,000 for everything. Time spent was less than 3 hours (part of the time was him driving to get what he needed from supply store 10 mins away from my house, which took about an hour). I called the office and the manager Neil was unprofessional and rude. He barely gave me the chance to talk and told me that he wasn’t going to give me a refund. I hadn’t even asked him for a refund at that point. He accused me of lying to him about how many price options I was given. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Make sure when you look at their reviews online to click on the negative reviews and you will find there had been many price gouging instances with this company. Do not recommend.

They can fix it all. I had a honey-do list of repairs. Jason and his coworkers did them all, the same day. They pretty much fixed everything that was leaking in my house. Jason explained the process, he went over pricing,showed it all on his tablet. You accept and tge work begins. It was easy! How I like it! If you need a good plumbing service, 615 will hook you up! We needed 3 inches of pex pipe replaced. It costs 89 cents a foot at lowes. A job that would take a plumber 5-10 min to complete. They wanted $1,098 to do this job. I told him he was crazy and I was not going to pay that. Before checking anything out, he was already trying to tell me I needed a filtration system. I'm not sure if he thought he was in an exclusive subdivision and a woman would just pay that. I would recommend call anyone besides 615 plumbing. What a rip off.

Jason and Cole did a good job installing my kitchen faucet. Thumbs up to them. The service was a lot more expensive than I expected but Jason made an inquiry that knocked some $ off.

I used this company to take a look at my dishwasher. The drain was clogged so the drain just needed to be cleaned out. I was charged $437 for the service, I could of bought a brand new dishwasher and installed for that price. I will definitely be shopping around and not using this company for future service.

So happy I called them! Tyler was quick to find a time that worked with my busy schedule. Gregg was able to come out and take a look the next morning! Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. They saved me a ton of money and I'll never use anyone else! They've earned my trust.

Techs were very polite and knowledgeable. Let me know they think my problem is with my washer and not the actual plumbing. Huge difference in cost! Very glad to know I need to find a handyman for my washer vs having them have to remove drywall to get at the problem! It’s a old house..we’ve been here 3 yrs..no one has cleaned the pipes in some time😬He got pipes cleaned up..and checked everything. He also answered questions on future projects & checked out water heater 👍

The two men, Drake and Tyler were both very knowledgeable and professional. Quality work was done at our home.

Kevin came to repair the toilet of Mr. Smith. He did a minor toilet rebuild - replaced flapper and fill valve. Hand augered the toilet due to weak flush. No warranty given per the email receipt that Mrs. Smith received via email. Stated no further water leaks. Toilet was not flushing the same day. The bill was $295. When Mrs. Smith called back, she was advised that the toilet could be replaced for $600 and they would deduct the $29. She would have to purchase the toilet. A 2 year warranty would be given. I will not be using this company again.

This is the second time we have used 615 Plumbing and have been pleased with there knowledge and courtesy. When there has been a problem, it has been explained to us in terms we can understand. And when there was not a problem, there was no charge. We appreciate them and will call them whenever a plumbing situation comes.

Terrible experience with this company. Technician came out to check out my water heater and spent less than five mins without taking off any parts and told me that I need a new water heater. He told me my water heater was installed 10 years ago whereas it was actually installed in 6 years ago. Next he presents the new water heaters with cheapest option of almost $3k. They are sales professionals instead of professional plumbers. No wonder why they charge a dispatch fee upfront.

This company came to unclog a sink and was unsuccessful. They charged me $450 for not solving my problem. I then called another company, and even though they were unsuccessful they said no charge because we didn’t solve your problem. They actually treated the visit like a estimate.

Had a very small issue when moving into a new home. They came out quickly, inspected thoroughly and identified the problem easily. The employee spent time walking though everything and was extremely courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for any plumbing needs.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and 615 had the best/lowest service call charge that I could find. Plus they waive that fee when you have service done. In our case it seems the main cleanout was clogged severely with gross gunk!! Mike was great! Plumbing is always rather expensive no matter what, in my experience. We went with the membership to get a discount and some extra maintenance benefits. I highly recommend the company.

We've always been pleased with the professional service 615 provides. It's great to know we can call on them when we need them and they'll get to us quickly, fix our problems expertly and charge us fairly.

Cory was great! He was able to diagnose our problem and get it fixed, and he explained everything as he went and answered all our questions. He also gave us estimates for other possible jobs.

I texted and called and got prompt service. However, when the tech left At lunch time, after he installed a new water heater, I was told the water was heating. 4 hours later, still no warm water. They came back about 6 and around 7 pm, after much ado, decided it was a breaker. He went to lowes and came back with the wrong breaker insisting he didn’t know and had sent his boss pictures and that’s what he was told to buy. I had him leave since it was bedtime. The next morning, I called and asked for a different service person. The original guy showed up, and I asked him to leave (since he kept insisting he isn’t an electrician and was not going to work in the panel/breaker box.) After several calls, the “owner” agreed to send an electrician even tho that was “above and beyond their work”. Electrician installed a new breaker… and checked the work the tech did… and the LICENSED electrician said no hot water was likely because of a bad connection made by the plumber. Less than 30 minutes after he arrived water was HOT. $3000 (for a $700 water heater) and 28 hours later… after being told I was rude, I got hot water. Like the previous review… if you have extra money and time to waste, these are the folks to call!!! If I could give minus stars I would.

Totally disappointed with this company. I have a leaking shower head (small leak) but from the get go it felt like a “sales” call. The man said it would be over $7k to treat system and over $400 to fix leak!!!! Had to pay $59 for technician to get a 3 second look at it. Come on!!!!! skip these guys for sure.

Jason was professional and took little time to solve the issue. If I need plumbing work in the future, I’ll definitely call again.
